World War III: Russia Launches New ‘Oreshnik’ Hypersonic Ballistic Missile Against Ukraine, Putin Sends Warning To NATO

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that they had been hit with what he described as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. Zelensky said in an address to Ukraine:

On November 21, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom – remembering the two Ukrainian revolutions, honoring what Ukrainians truly are. Also today, our insane neighbor has once again shown what they truly are, and how they despise dignity, freedom, and human life itself. And how terrified they are.

So terrified that they are already using new missiles. And they are searching the world for more weapons. First in Iran, then in North Korea. Today it was a new Russian missile. All the parameters: speed, altitude – match those of an intercontinental ballistic missile. All expert evaluations are underway. Obviously, Putin is using Ukraine as a testing ground. Obviously, Putin is terrified when normal life simply exists next to him. When people simply have dignity. When a country simply wants to be and has the right to be independent.

Putin is doing whatever it takes to prevent his neighbor from breaking free of his grasp. And I thank all Ukrainians, who are defending Ukraine from this evil – unwaveringly, bravely, firmly. With dignity. This is one of the key words for Ukraine – dignity. And it is a word that will probably never be used again to describe Russia.

Today, I will sign a Decree enacting the National Security and Defense Council’s decision on dignity. On respect for the true heroes, heroes of Ukraine, for all our dignified people, and on fair treatment of those who chose the other side – chose Russia and treachery.

The first list of such individuals includes 34 names.

Zelensky celebrated the Day of Dignity and Freedom in honor and memory of those who fell in the 2014 Revolution of Dignity. He placed a votive lamp at the cross in the Alley of Heavenly Hundred Heroes in Kyiv.

Hours later, Putin revealed that Russia has launched a new hypersonic missile called ‘Oreshnik’ into Ukraine, emphasizing that this hypersonic cannot be shot down by anyone. While he and Russia are open to peace talks, it is the United States that is escalating the war, and warned that Russia is more than prepared to up the ante in defense if they are pushed to do so, Putin argued.

The Russian President’s speech was published by the Kremlin. The speech was translated from Russian to English (so there might be a few grammatical errors). He stated:

I want to inform the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, citizens our country, our friends around the world, as well as those who continue to have illusions about the possibility of strategic defeat of Russia, about the events that took place today in the area of special military operation, namely after application in our territory of long-range weapons of western production.

Continuing the course on the escalation of the conflict provoked by the West in Ukraine, USA and their NATO allies have previously stated that they are giving permission on the use of their long-range high-precision weapons systems on the territory of the Russian Federation. Experts are well aware and the Russian side repeatedly emphasized that to use such weapons without the direct participation of military specialists from countries – manufacturers of such weapons are impossible.

November 19th at six ATACMS operational tactical missiles manufactured by the United States and November 21 during a combined missile attack by Storm Shadow systems manufactured UK and US HIMARS hit military installations in the territory of the Russian Federation – in the Bryansk and Kursk regions. From now on, like [we] repeatedly emphasized earlier, a regional conflict provoked by the West in Ukraine acquired elements of a global nature. Our system’s air defense reflected these attacks. As a result of goals that obviously were set in front of them by an adversary, not achieved.

Arising in stock ammunition in the Bryansk region fire from the fall of missile debris ATACMS eliminated, no casualties or serious destruction. In Kursk area attack was carried out at one of the command posts of our groupings “North.” As a result of the attack and the air battle there is unfortunately, victims, dead and wounded from among the personal the composition of the external security units of the facility and maintenance personnel. The command and operational composition of the control point was not affected and exercises routine leadership of the actions of our troops to destroy and expel enemy units from Kursk area.

I want to especially again emphasize that the use of such weapons by the enemy [was] unable to influence the course of hostilities in the zone special military operation. Our troops successfully advance along the entire line of combat contact. All the tasks that we set for ourselves will be resolved.

In response to the use of American and British long-range weapons on November 21 of this year, the Russian Armed Forces inflicted combined impact on one of the objects of military-industrial complex of Ukraine. In combat conditions, including and testing one of the latest Russian medium-sized missile systems range – in this case with a ballistic missile in nuclear-free hypersonic equipment. Our racers called her “Nut.” The tests were successful, the launch goal was achieved. On the territory Ukraine, in the city of Dnipropetrovsk, one of the largest and known since the Soviet Union of Industrial Complexes, which today produces rocket technology, other weapons.

Development of intermediate missiles and shorter range is carried out by us as a response to US plans for the production and deployment of medium-sized missiles and shorter range in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. We believe that the United States made a mistake by unilaterally destroying in 2019, under the far-fetched pretext of the Treaty on the Elimination of Missiles medium and shorter range. Today, the United States not only produces such technology, but, as we see, they are during the preparation of their troops worked out the issues of transfer to different regions of the world, including number to Europe, their promising missile systems. Moreover, during the exercises they conduct training on their use.

Let me remind you, Russia voluntarily unilaterally committed do not deploy intermediate and shorter range missiles until American weapons of this kind appear in any region of the world.

I repeat: the tests in combat conditions of the “Oreshnik” missile system are carried out by us in response on the aggressive actions of NATO countries in relation to Russia. Question on further deployment of intermediate and shorter range missiles will decide by us depending on the actions of the United States and their satellites.

Objects for defeat during further testing of our latest missile systems will be [those] we determine based on threats to the security of the Russian Federation. We we consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against military installations of those countries, which allow you to use your weapons against our facilities, and in case of escalation of aggressive actions we will answer the same decisively and mirroring. I recommend that you seriously think about it and the ruling elites of those countries that have plans to use their own against Russia military contingents.

Of course, choosing if necessary and as a response, facilities for lesions by systems such as “Nut,” in Ukraine, we will offer civilians in advance, as well as ask citizens there friendly states leave dangerous zones. We will do it for humanitarian reasons – openly, publicly, without fear [of] opposition from the enemy, also receiving this information.

Why without fear? Because today, the means of countering such weapons does not exist. Missiles attack targets at a speed of 10 Machs – it is 2.5 – 3 kilometers per second. Modern available in the world air defense systems and systems created by Americans missile defense in Europe such missiles do not intercept, it is excluded.

I emphasize once again that not Russia, namely the United States destroyed the system of international security and, continuing to fight, cling to their hegemony, push the whole world to global conflict.

We always preferred and now they are ready to solve all disputed issues by peaceful means. But we ready also for any development of events.

If someone else doubts this, then – the answer will always be.

Putin is not bluffing about their hypersonics. Russian and Chinese hypersonic weaponry is more advanced than the United States and NATO nations, something The WinePress has documented before: “Russia And China Have Deadly And Unstoppable Hypersonic Missiles, The US Does Not And Fails To Create An Effective One.” The U.S. does not have the defenses to stop them.

Last year, former U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski, who has experience working at the Pentagon and the National Security Agency (NSA), has warned that the United States cannot match the power and production of nations like Russia. Her statements came off the back of the news that shipping giant Maersk was cutting their contracts with the U.S. military, giving them to a smaller and newer company, creating a logistical bind to transport America’s weaponry. She stated at the time:

“We have an inability to outproduce the Russian military, we cannot out produce the Chinese military in terms of our weapons production, our technology cannot match theirs, in terms of hypersonics or any other advanced technologies.

“I mean, [look at] the story of our F-35 [going missing] in South Carolina not long ago. This is putting a face to the reputation of what modern military technology has done to us. It is not making us stronger, better, faster.

“If we can’t logistically go other places, and if we could with these ships, we don’t have the stuff to point on the ships to bring to fight a war, to bring a war to other places like China, like Russia, or anywhere else.

“We are not a force to be reconned with, and, it doesn’t matter what you tell the American people, ‘oh rah-rah, we’re great, we can do it’ – in reality, the folks that are our near peer competitors, or anybody in this planet, that have access to the same information that you or I do, and they are drawing these conclusions.

“The end of the American empire is near.”

The end of the United States’ economic and military hegemony is here and now. All empires collapse and die eventually, and the U.S. is no different. The U.S. is launching its “last grenade,” sort of speak, and going out with a bang by trying to light the world on fire with all these wars that cannot be won – Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, etc. This of course justifies the transition to a multipolar world and new economic system, which I detailed in my report on tokenization. Biden may be leaving the Presidency (though we all know he didn’t run much anyway), but by the time Trump becomes President this war, I presume, will have already escalated anyway and Trump’s supposed calls for peace talks will have already been off the table.

All that is left is a false flag event. They do it every time.

President Trump has been very unclear about what exactly he would do to broker a deal to end the war in Ukraine; and his recent cabinet picks (more on that in later reports) are more of the same warhawks, neocons and RINOs previously. Just days after Trump was [s]elected, The Telegraph reported: “Trump is considering a peace plan for Ukraine: British troops patrol 800-mile buffer zone.” In other words – let me spell that out for you – this would be akin to what the U.S. does in countries such as Syria so we can “protect” the oil and other “national interests,” but then claim we are not at war or illegally occupying sovereign territory that most Americans could not find on a map. Ukraine will continue to be used as a ballistic sandbox and vassal state of the United States, until the U.S. hegemony crumbles.

Even the recently selected Senate Majority Leader John Thune (South Dakota) is a total warmongering deepstater, an underling of braindead Mitch McConnell that is now retiring.

Biden-Harris will continue to flood Ukraine with more weapons until the moment they can’t; and the goal is clearly, in my opinion, to ramp-up the war so much so that by the time Trump does takeover, it will provide the perfect alibi for Trump to “talk tough” with Putin and keep funding this war out of necessity, to the cheers of the MAGA crowd that unflinchingly supports anything and everything he does.

But as far as I am concerned the war was going to continue until it doesn’t regardless of who won. However, with a Trump administration, it will probably become a lot easier to recruit and retain soldiers under the false narrative that Trump is a real leader and talks tough.
