Earlier this week, Elon Musk’s Tesla debuted their long-awaited self-driving taxi and car, along with showcasing greater strides with their humanoid Optimus robot that Musk hopes to make a staple in our everyday lives by performing a number of basic tasks.
Tesla’s innovations were showcased at Tesla’s “We, Robot“ convention on October 10th, 2024, at Warner Bros. movie studios in Burbank, California.
Before the event, Tesla declared that “The Future Is Autonomous.” “To create a sustainable future, we must democratize transportation. We do this by making driving more efficient, affordable and safe. Autonomy makes this future possible, today,” Tesla said on its website.
During the event, Musk and his team debuted three highly-anticipated products: their self-driving Cybercab, an autonomous mass-transit vehicle called Robovan, and Tesla’s Optimus robot with improved capabilities.
The Tesla Cybercab follows a sleek, futuristic aesthetic that allows for a completely hands-off experience and full live-stream capabilities. The car has no steering wheel, no pedals, and no charge ports. It will be sold for around $30,000 upon release, though this number is most likely subject to change when official sales begin. Tesla showcased 50 fully-functional cars at the event.
“You could fall asleep and wake up at your destination,” Musk said during his presentation.
Musk also debuted Tesla’s autonomous Robovan, a metallic rectangle-shaped bus that can seat 20 people.
Musk’s main pitch during the convention was that greater autonomy is not only much safer but also argued that “with autonomy you’ll get your time back.” Musk compared this to “sitting in a comfortable little lounge,” and even jokingly admitted that autonomy would allow for more time to watch movies, play games, do work or “whatever you want to do.”
He explained he wanted to give the audience an idea of what “cities will be like in the future.” He described how “parking lots [will be] turned into parks.”
Musk noted that Tesla plans to do more pilot programs starting in California and Texas.
And lastly, the Tesla CEO showcased a much improved Optimus robot. In December of last year, Tesla unveiled a first look at their humanoid robot that is designed to take on a multitude of simple tasks. A month later, footage emerged of the bot folding clothes, though the bot needed minor assistance from staff.
It appears now that Optimus has improved. The robot was shown dancing in unison with other Optimus bots, serving drinks as a bartender, and could even speak to patrons at the event. Musk said the robot, which will cost somewhere around $20,000 to $30,000, can mow the lawn, babysit the kids, play games, and so on.
Musk also stated during the show:
The cost of products and services will decline dramatically, and basically anyone will be able to have any products and services that they want. It will be an age of abundance, the likes of which almost no one has envisaged. It will be something special.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY
Ecclesiastes 5:10 He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity. [11] When goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners thereof, saving the beholding of them with their eyes?
When Musk says autonomy will free-up more of our time, he really means more time for vanity.
Slavery comes in different forms; and modern American and Western slavery has been that of indebtedness, mass consumerism and abundance of junk and vanities. That’s all this is: pure, raw, unfiltered vanity.
Even Musk giggled during his presentation because he knows that what Tesla and other competitors are doing will only allow for more meaninglessness, such as watching movies and playing on your phone. Well, those things are killing us now: and so the solution is more of that? More autonomy will create even more slothfulness and more perversion.
Proverbs 12:24 The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.

For anyone that still, for whatever reason, believes Musk is a “good guy,” a “white hat” that is ‘one of us,’ this event further demonstrates that he is just a globalist punk that does not have your best interests in mind. He is doing what the World Economic Forum has described as smart city living by 2030. The WEF wrote in an essay about life by 2030:
First communication became digitized and free to everyone. Then, when clean energy became free, things started to move quickly. Transportation dropped dramatically in price. It made no sense for us to own cars anymore, because we could call a driverless vehicle or a flying car for longer journeys within minutes. We started transporting ourselves in a much more organized and coordinated way when public transport became easier, quicker and more convenient than the car. Now I can hardly believe that we accepted congestion and traffic jams, not to mention the air pollution from combustion engines. What were we thinking?
Sometimes I use my bike when I go to see some of my friends. I enjoy the exercise and the ride. It kind of gets the soul to come along on the journey. Funny how some things seem never seem to lose their excitement: walking, biking, cooking, drawing and growing plants. It makes perfect sense and reminds us of how our culture emerged out of a close relationship with nature.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

In the grand pattern of things you actually secure a B- just for hard work. Where you actually lost me personally was in your particulars. You know, they say, details make or break the argument.. And that could not be much more true here. Having said that, allow me say to you just what did work. Your text can be rather engaging and this is possibly why I am making an effort to opine. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Secondly, while I can easily see a jumps in reason you come up with, I am not really confident of just how you appear to connect your ideas which produce the actual final result. For right now I will, no doubt yield to your point however hope in the near future you connect the facts much better.

With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any solutions to help reduce content from being stolen? I’d certainly appreciate it.
I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
