Colin Rugg, an X user who shares trending content on the platform, said in a post with an accompanying video that a couple of black SUVs circled the area where the aid was kept in a “slow roll” for roughly 45 minutes before a helicopter hovered above and messed up the area from the chopper’s rotor wash.

A number of people said this was deliberate trolling.
One commentor under WranglerStar’s video, claiming to be a retired Rescue Specialist and certified MRA (Mountain Rescue Association), said this was very intentional.
Another angle of the incident has since circulated on social media.
A growing number of online users believe this hurricane was likely part of a nefarious plot to force the residents off of the destroyed towns so the government and corporations can strip the land of rare natural minerals such as lithium and quartz. On top of this, victims of the hurricane are only receiving one-time payments of $750.
