1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Due to the sheer amount of information that needed to be covered, I instead filmed two separate videos on the subject.

At it’s core, one of the primary reasons why the professing church and body of Christ has so many problems (hypocrisies, scandals, coverups, envy, constant division, iniquity abounding, etc.), is because there is a lack of charity.

Charity is one of, if not the most important doctrines in the entire Bible. It is mentioned in word only in the New Testament. Charity is the fulfillment and and of the Old Testament law given by Moses.

[5] Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned: [6] From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling; [7] Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

1 Timothy 1:5-7

For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

John 1:17

These two videos will discuss how the King James Bible defines charity, and how it helps us define what liberty is in the life of a Christian: how we treat others, the brethren, and faith amongst ourselves.

It is to be noted that all translations, with exception to the King James, is that they remove the word ‘charity’ most if not all times. It is often replaced with the word ‘love.’ While it is true that charity is indeed love, not all love can be deemed as charity. As seen in these videos, charity is the proper translation, and no Greek text is needed to discern it.

On top of that, one of the videos also refutes some false doctrine and teachings concerning liberty, and what happens when charity gets perverted. Without charity, it turns into this:

[13] Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. [14] But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. [15] This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. [16] For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. [17] But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. [18] And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

James 3:13-18

In short, these videos will teach what charity ought to look like, and acted upon; and what it does not look like.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Thankyou Jacob for bringing us the truth. between you and
Bryan ive learned a lot about what a Christian is

  • Glory to God !!!! This was so edifying to me. thank you so much for doing God’s good works. wont u pls come back to regular ministry. i know i am asking too much and i really appreciate all the daily hard work you do on the WP to keep us all informed.

its just that you were like a rainfall of fresh water poured over me. I am a lady twice your age and i thank God today for this beautiful teaching that he has laid in your heart.

When i hear you i always fondly think of Moses & David … and no i am not calling you a prophet or a king, should anyone get uncontrollably excited to think so. But truly, the Lord hasn’t left us without teachers (in these times) between you and brother Bryan are a joy to my new life with the Lord.

The Lord saved me 9-10 years ago and brought me to brother Bryan about 7 years ago where i was inundated with a wealth of joy in truth never known to me and assurance unexpected and then you arrived too and i became so amazed at God coz he truly is always the same and never changing using a kiddo like you so bold and strong in his word just like david when he was a kiddo too yet so mature and wise beyond his years.

and brother bryan, how could i not compare his teaching to my Lord Jesus (in the years of his ministry on the earth). such a fatherliness in his teachings. planting my feet boldly in God’s goodness & truth, being that double edged sword when i needed and picking me up when i have dispare and sister catherine’s immense hidden labour ( not gone unnoticed) thank you for being such a courageous & strong godly example for me & all sisters.

i could go on for miles and days but i wont just so to keep this humble. but i just really felt the need to get this out from my heart since i have kept it so long, felt it was the perfect timing to let you know just how much you all have done in my life through doing God’s work. God has done such great works in my life and blessed me with two of the most wonderful brothers and teachers.

God bless all of you and yall are in my prayers forever, keep going no matter who or how many fall away coz there are so many more that stand with you ( in heaven and on earth).

see you at the catching up

  • Steve,

Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? The goodness of God endureth continually. Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs; Like a sharp razor, working deceitfully. Thou lovest evil more than good; And lying rather than to speak righteousness. Selah. Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue. God shall likewise destroy thee for ever, He shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. Selah. The righteous also shall see, and fear, And shall laugh at him: Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; But trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.
    Psalm 52:1‭-‬7 KJV

O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
    Matthew 12:34‭-‬37 KJV
