On Thursday, July 13th, President and Commander-in-Chief Joe Biden signed an executive order that authorizes the Department of Defense (DoD) to send several thousands of reservists to active-duty to Europe; a move that Biden has once said would spell the beginning of World War III.
In a brief statement Biden’s office wrote:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 121 and 12304 of title 10, United States Code, I hereby determine that it is necessary to augment the active Armed Forces of the United States for the effective conduct of Operation Atlantic Resolve in and around the United States European Command’s area of responsibility.
In furtherance of this operation, under the stated authority, I hereby authorize the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy, under their respective jurisdictions, to order to active duty any units, and any individual members not assigned to a unit organized to serve as a unit of the Selected Reserve, or any member in the Individual Ready Reserve mobilization category and designated as essential under regulations prescribed by the Secretary concerned,
Not to exceed 3,000 total members at any one time, of whom not more than 450 may be members of the Individual Ready Reserve, as they deem necessary, and to terminate the service of those units and members ordered to active duty.
Furthermore, Army Lieutenant General D.A. Sims, the Joint Staff J3 director of operations, said to the press:
Based on the level of presence and operations in the U.S. [European Command] area of operations, DOD’s support requirements have grown, as well. These authorities will enable the department to better support and sustain its enhanced presence and level of operations in the U.S. EUCOM [area of responsibility].
[This reaffirms] the unwavering support and commitment to the defense of NATO’s eastern flank in wake of Russia’s illegal and unprovoked war on Ukraine.
Moreover, Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said declaring Operation Atlantic Resolve a contingency operation “unlocks capabilities and authorities that…enables us to provide better support and sustain our forces. So this includes things like increased contracting responsiveness, personnel-related entitlements that — that give activated reservists the same benefits as active component personnel.”
The general added that this allows the Pentagon enhanced capabilities to better track direct spending associated with the operation. He also clarified that the U.S. would not add to the forces already stationed in Europe, but permits the Pentagon to replace some forces with reservists if needed.
What it does is it provides additional access to reserve component forces. So you’re now able to call on Guard or reserve forces to come support Atlantic Resolve, and [be] entitled to the same kind of benefits as their active duty counterparts.
So – it’s not additional forces, it’s unlocking additional forces for use in support of this operation, if that makes sense.
He said
Operation Atlantic Resolve has been on-going since 2014, proceeding the events of the Obama administration organized coup to overthrow the democratically elected government of Ukraine, which led Russia to invade Ukraine and annex Crimea, and has been used to allow the U.S. and NATO allies to help train and rebuild the Ukrainian army after it was severely impacted by Russia’s operations at the time.
In March, just a couple of weeks after the war began in 2022, President Biden said that he would not send troops to Ukraine because that would signal the beginning of World War III.
The idea that we’re going to send in offensive equipment and have planes and tanks and trains going in with American pilots and American crews – just understand, don’t kid yourself, no matter what y’all say, that’s called World War III.
He said at the time
The former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said in response to the NATO meeting this week, prior to Biden’s announcement, said that all this continual support for Ukraine will only lead to World War III.
The completely crazed West could not come up with anything else. In fact, it is a dead end. World War III is getting closer. [This was] highly predictable, to the point of idiocy.
The Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday that only 2,200 mercenaries remain in Ukraine of the near 12,000 that had rushed to Ukraine’s defense since the conflict escalated.
RT reported:
A total of 11,675 foreign fighters from 84 countries have been recorded entering Ukrainian service since February 2022, Lt. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said during a daily briefing.
Poland accounted for the largest number of foreign combatants – more than 2,600 of them. The US and Canada furnished over 900 each, followed by Georgia (more than 800), the UK and Romania (over 700), Croatia (more than 300), France (over 200) as well as some Syrian territories under Turkish control.
However, a total of 4,845 foreign fighters died in battle and another 4,801 fled Ukraine, leaving only 2,209 on active duty in the country’s armed forces as of June 30, Konashenkov noted.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman, Kiev is intensifying efforts to recruit mercenaries in Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, due to manpower shortages at home.
The Kiev regime uses mercenaries mostly as cannon fodder for meat assaults. The Ukrainian command has no regard for their lives. The only choice they have is to flee Ukraine or die.
Konashenkov said.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
It should be worth noting that the United States has already been sending forces near the Ukrainian border, including with some troops in Ukraine, confirmed by the Pentagon in November.

US Troops Officially On The Ground In Ukraine
[7] And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. [8] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows. Mark 13:7-8
For all intents and purposes, Ukraine has been defeated. They are out of men, their supplied weapons and artillery have been chewed up, morale is dead, the economy is destroyed; it’s over for them. Unsurprisingly, U.S. and NATO are now throwing troops at this, way more than they already have.
World War III is on the horizon, and therefore be ready for a false flag to “officially” kickstart it.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

3000 appears to be a number in the bible which is assigned to the losing side. Saul came with 3000 men to attempt to kill David. Samson was mocked by 3000 men and women on the rooftop just prior to him collapsing the pillars and them perishing. This does not bode well for the US. Bidens order also mentions a limit of 450 members of the Individual Ready Reserve. This is also significant because Baal had 450 prophets who were eventually killed by Elijah. The 450(000) number has also come up before under O’biden as the amount of money to give separated migrants at the border.
