Russian President Vladimir Putin says that he and military strategists have used “restraint” in Ukraine, but now says the country is perhaps planning to up the ante a bit.
Western media has recently been gushing over purported victories by the Ukrainians, supposedly retaking large swaths of territories in Ukraine, whilst purportedly decimating Russia’s forces and making them retreat in terror and disarray.
The WinePress, however, has documented in different reports that a lot of what is being plastered by Western media are gross overstatements, and simply ‘fake news.’ Examples of that can be read below:

Be that is it may, Putin had ridiculed some of these headlines, essentially claiming that their forces have been taking it a bit easy.
During a recent press conference in Samarkand, Uzbekistan – where both China and Russia openly said they are ready to jointly lead a new world order together – Putin had this to say:
The special military operation is not a warning of some sort, but a special military operation. We’re witnessing attempts to stage terror attacks, attempts to damage our civilian infrastructure. We respond to this with restraint, but only for the time being.
Quite recently, the Russian armed forces delivered a couple of sensitive strikes, let’s say they were a warning. If the situation continues to develop in such fashion, the response will be more serious.
Putin said
RT added, ‘The president also touched on the ongoing counteroffensive launched by the Ukrainian military, which is already celebrated as a great success by Kiev and its Western backers. Before drawing any conclusions, one should wait and see “how it ends,” Putin suggested.’

One must be aware of Putin’s duplicity here as well. While Western media continues to totally malign the truth about what is actually happening in Ukraine, and Russia’s tactics are purposefully designed to be a “slow-burn” – as to subdue military forces and militia groups, and taking civilian lives, which are being used as living shields and intermingled with the militia groups – Putin is just as guilty for perpetuating this nonsense. He too is another globalist stooge, working to reset the tables. He is, after all, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and a boy toy for the Pope.

Regardless, this will signal MORE money to be printed by the United States and NATO nations, to curb these “acts of aggression.”

Serious question: Is there an actual war going on??
I have met a few Ukrainian “refugees” but no men, I’ve spoken to single mothers who ALL say, ” oh, everyone is fine.” or ” Its ok, nothing is happening.”

or just rumours of wars?
From what I have gathered, it seems that there are indeed operations going on in Ukraine, but it seems like most of it is still in the Donbass regions. It has not even gotten remotely close to Kyiv. Most of the killing is from Ukraine, killing and harassing their own people. But I’d say practically everything we see and here about this is fabricated. I saw last week people in Kyiv were having an outdoor rave party!
I believe it’s a rumor of war, but however, it can escalate to a full blown war.
Soon, the occupied areas LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions will have a referendums on whether or not to join the Russian Federation. Putin also called for a partial mobilization (mobilizing up to 300,000 out of the 2 million reservists). Many Russian men ages 18-65 are leaving in panic because they might be sent to military operation/war & hundreds of war protesters were arrested for protesting the war.
We must watch very carefully and be vigilant, because there will be more wars & rumors of wars.
