“Despite this, Western countries are trying to preserve the old world order which is beneficial only to them. They are trying to force everyone to live according to proverbial rules that they thought up, which they regularly break and frequently change, according to their immediate needs.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin fired back at Western leaders in Europe who persist in sanctioning Russia, noting that Europe will “freeze” if they do not reverse course, but also boasted that Russia has only flourished because of them.

The energy crisis in Europe continues to worsen by the day, but European diplomats continue to snub their noses at Russia. Just recently The WinePress reported that the German Foreign Minister explicitly said she would devote the country’s resources to the Ukraine first, ahead of her own people:

German Foreign Minister Says She Will Put Ukraine First ‘No Matter What My German Voters Think’ Or How Hard Their Life Gets

And just several days ago the major Russian oil supplier Gazprom indefinitely cutoff their resources to the Nord Stream 2 pipeline: “Russia’s Gazprom ‘Completely Halts’ Nord Stream Pipeline Indefinitely Due To ‘Unexpected’ Leak.”

At the recent Eastern Economic Forum summit, which, according to ZeroHedge, was primarily made up of Chinese delegates – Putin spoke on these sanctions being imposed on Russia and the effects of the Ukrainian conflict.

Putin said these sanctions are falling back on their own heads:

“Now we are seeing how production and jobs in Europe are closing one after another,” Putin said, emphasizing that this is happening because “Western elites, who would not, or even cannot acknowledge objective facts.”

He again went after “the [Western] world order that benefits only them, forcing everyone to live under the rules, which they invented and which they regularly break and constantly change depending on the situation.”

European Union Votes To Block 90% Of Russian Oil Imports By Year’s End *Update*

After the pandemic, different challenges arrived that have also been global in nature, and impose a danger to the whole world. I’m talking about the West’s sanctions fever.

It’s brazen and aggressive attempts to force others how to behave, deprive them of their sovereignty and force them into submission. There is nothing unusual about that. This policy has been used by the West for decades.

Despite this, Western countries are trying to preserve the old world order which is beneficial only to them. They are trying to force everyone to live according to proverbial rules that they thought up, which they regularly break and frequently change, according to their immediate needs.

The high level of industrial development in Europe, the standard of living, social, and economic stability – all of which is being thrown onto the fire of sanctions. They are being wasted on orders from Washington in the name of so-called Euro-Atlantic unity.

Though, in reality, they are sacrificed in the name of preserving the U.S. dictatorship in global affairs.

Putin said in his speech

The Moscow Times also provided some additional details to Mr. Putin’s speech:

And the Russian president also warned European countries that they could “freeze” if they tried to go without gas and oil supplies from Russia.

If European countries impose a price cap on purchases of Russian oil, Putin warned that Russia would simply halt supplies.

“There are contractual obligations and if there are any political decisions that contradict them, then we simply won’t fulfill them. We won’t supply anything at all if it contradicts our economic interests, in this case. We won’t supply gas, oil, coal or heating oil,” he said.

The president said countries that import Russian energy “are in no position to dictate their will.”

“Let them come to their senses,” he added.

When asked about gains and losses for Russia following the invasion pro-Western Ukraine in February, Putin appeared not to acknowledge military casualties or Russia’s economic downturn.

“I’m confident we haven’t lost anything and won’t lose anything [after invading Ukraine]. Our main gain is strengthening sovereignty,” Putin said.

Putin also claimed that most of the grain leaving Ukrainian ports after a Turkey-brokered deal to lift a Russian blockade was reaching the European Union instead of developing nations.

Putin said European countries “acted as colonialists in recent decades and centuries” and “they continue to act so today.”

Meanwhile, the Russian oil supplier Gazprom mocked Europe and NATO nations in a recent trailer, depicting the company turning off their supplies, and showing different European nations completely frozen over and covered in snow, movement at a complete standstill.

The video features a lady singing softly these words in Russian:

But winter will be big —
Here, look on, the river
Quiet autumn dies,
Waving yellow hand.

Crying wet aspen
Crying grandfather Arbat
Crying Blue Russian ,
Transformed into a snowfall .

And, smashing the snow drifts ,
The sun falls upon the spring …
But winter will be big —
Only the twilight and snow

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

[4] Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and hast defiled thyself in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a mocking to all countries. [5] Those that be near, and those that be far from thee, shall mock thee, which art infamous and much vexed.

Ezekiel 22:4-5

I have been warning since the Ukraine drama unfolded in February, that it would create plenty of famine that could not be ignored, nor will it be. On top of that, the energy supply became an even greater issue. Putin and Gazprom are not joking around: Europe will freeze until the leaders repent and supplicate with Russia – the likelihood of such is super slim to none. Hence, this is why I have been advocating for readers in Europe and abroad to be preparing for long and rough winter.

Checkmate: Russia Makes Powerplay To Force Buyers To Pay For Their Natural Gas In Rubles. Europe Now Begins Fuel Rationing

In my humble opinion, the potential for a “dark winter” is looking more and more plausible, though this is just speculation on my end.

The Lord is allowing Europe to be oppressed and judged:

[8] Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: [9] That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD: [10] Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: [11] Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. [12] Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon: [13] Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant. [14] And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters’ vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit. [15] For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. [16] But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift. [17] One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.

Isaiah 30:8-17

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Call me retarded but I’d rather freeze than blaze!

It’s God’s judgement on Europe as well. They were causing Russia problems also and so as a result, Russia gave Europe the backhand.

  • Same antichrist dialectitions….but the Lord has their number, & they will be judged in their turn as surely as the kings of Babylon, Egypt, Greece, Assyria etc of old used to chastize God’s people. Hebrews 12….as Andrew put it, better to freeze than to burn. Better to be found a faithfully chastened child of God than a spiritual bastard.

SOOOO scripted….it’s like an echo of Trump (gotta play their parts!….Russian collusion, you know, for the dupes, stooges, & useful idiots)….are you sure he didn’t say winter was going to be HUGE?? HUGE, I tell ya…

Playing with peoples’ lives, many of whom are far better & saved, or more likely to be saved than they. They are the deceiving and being deceived, evil men and seducers waxing worse & worse…..and God is giving them great delusion.

  • Carnivorous Vultures Or Demons Of War?
You are forgers of lies, ye are all politicians of no value. We were under the thumbs of the Bolsheviks for decades and threw them out. Protests erupt across World over Gov’t Russian tyranny. Now you will feel on your own skin how we suffered for decades because of you. Leave Ukraina alone, because in a moment you will actually be on the brink of an abyss. People like Ukrainians people never give up!!
