“We are envisioning a future where we consume cultivated jaguar meat to have better sleep and mood, or cultivated elephant meat to increase our cognitive performance, or pediatrics might warn parents to feed their child with cultivated lion meat at least two times a week to have a better bone and muscle development. This is just tip of the iceberg.”

The rapidly exploding faux meat industry now has even more competition, with the London-based company Primeval Foods, in partnership with Ace Ventures, in launching a line of more exotic fake meats that are grown in a laboratory.

The company is looking to bring things like cultivated lion burgers, cellular-cultured tiger steaks, sushi with cells from a zebra, and so much more, to your dinner plate.

We are currently working on: the Siberian tiger, leopard, black panther, Bengal tiger, white lion, lion, and zebra. We sourced cells of the big cats from captive animals, and for the zebra, we sourced it from an exotic meat market.

The reason we consume traditional species like beef and chicken today is not that they are the tastiest, healthiest, or most nutritious ones. It’s because they are the ones easiest to domesticate. Since cultivated meat allowed us to go beyond domesticated species, now we can explore the tastiest, healthiest, and most nutritious [options].

And based on demographics and taste preferences, we will see new signature foods and dishes from each cuisine/country; for example, Giraffe meat might be the new flagship of Italian delicatessen, or Bengal Tiger might be the new signature ingredient in Chinese cuisine.

Yilmaz Bora, Managing Partner of Ace Ventures, told FoodNavigator.

Primeval Foods says that no other animals have been domesticated since the agricultural revolution, which, the company sees this as the opportunity to ‘double down on innovative ideas,’ and ‘wide open’ for the taking in this trillion-dollar meat market.

FoodNavigator further notes, ‘Primeval stressed, as a novel production method, cultivated meat allows companies to produce food from species without slaughtering animals – opening up the ‘previously unavailable’ cultivated meat market.’

Bora goes onto further explain that these cultivated meats just might actually be healthier than the typical domesticated meats at the store.

Cultivated exotic meat consumption might lead humanity to a new evolution for our brain and gut microbiome because of the unique protein and amino acid profile – without the downside such as cholesterol and saturated fats.

We are envisioning a future where we consume cultivated jaguar meat to have better sleep and mood, or cultivated elephant meat to increase our cognitive performance, or pediatrics might warn parents to feed their child with cultivated lion meat at least two times a week to have a better bone and muscle development. This is just tip of the iceberg.

People are constantly seeking to discover new foods, new restaurants, new culinary experiences, but the traditional species have reached their limitation on meeting this demand. It has to go beyond the current beef, chicken, and pork dishes, and it has to come without the expense of nature.

The company is currently looking to launch its ‘commercial offering with exotic meat burger patties,’ FoodNavigator reports. The lab-grown tiger, lion, and zebra cuisines will be available on the menu at Michelin-starred restaurants, when these dishes finally receive their regulatory approval.

Bora furthered explained that taste testings are planned for London and New York. He also envisions their company making waves at the grocery store.

The goal is to become globally mainstream, one way or another. We want to be in every corner of the world, at least with a product and/or species. We start with restaurants because chefs have the ability to create amazing foods and culinary experiences. We believe that will accelerate consumer acceptance.

I believe all countries are welcoming cultivated meat as an idea, but nobody wants to head the regulation (except Singapore, of course). In general, what we see in novel technologies is that when a ‘leader’ country (economically, culturally, and legally) ‘heads’ the regulation, others will follow them by adapting the framework. I think we will see that when the US regulates the industry.

A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.

Proverbs 12:10

Where’s animal rights activists when you need them? All bad jokes aside, I wonder how many of these wild animals were inhumanely poached, experimented on, and murdered? Of course, these eco-warriors fighting for “sustainability” never tell you this data.

I am waiting for the day this company, or another, starts cultivating whale blubber; and the “Save the Whales” activists stay silent.

These animals they are growing cultures from were not domesticated because they were never meant to be domesticated!

[1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

1 Timothy 4:1-3

So instead of just practicing healthy, regenerative, and cruelty-free methods of agriculture (not the conventional feedlot garbage, that these eco-warriors and vegans always use as springboard to justify their slop), these hypocrites go through all this effort to make a disgusting lab-grown piece of crap on a plate they call “meat,” and lie about its nutrition quality.

19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

Every angle we look on the course of this world is just a twisted, evil mess.

“The reason we consume traditional species like beef and chicken today is not that they are the tastiest, healthiest, or most nutritious ones. It’s because they are the ones easiest to domesticate.”

Such an dumb statement. Even if you “adopted” a baby tiger, cared for it, let it sleep in your bed, baked it a birthday cake, put a stupid sweater on it during winter, when it grows up, unless you’re a twisted psycho and lobotomize it, it’s still liable to bite your face off in a blink of an eye.
