On November 4th, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provided an update on the current situation regarding the purported of the country’s first infection a pig with avian influenza.
On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, USDA reported an avian influenza A(H5N1) virus infection in a pig on a backyard farm in Oregon. This is the first time an H5 bird flu infection has been reported in a pig in the United States.
Sequence data from birds in the avian influenza A(H5) virus outbreak on this backyard farm showed no mutations that caused concerns related to disease severity or adaptability to humans. The discovery that an avian influenza A virus has infected a new mammal species is always concerning, especially when the virus is detected in pigs, which are susceptible to influenza viruses circulating in pigs, humans, birds, and other species.
These viruses can swap genes through a process called genetic reassortment, which can occur when two (or more) influenza viruses infect a single host. Reassortment can result in the emergence of new influenza A viruses with new or different properties, such as the ability to spread more easily among animals or people. Reassortment events have happened in pigs in the past. A series of reassortment events in pigs is believed to have caused the 2009 influenza A(H1N1) pandemic.
Based on available information, the risk to the general public remains low; however, CDC is continuing to gather information.
Straight Arrow News reported: ‘Officials said while there are no concerns about the safety of the U.S. pork supply, the positive test is concerning because pigs can get bird flu and human viruses at the same time, which might create strains of the virus that infect humans more easily.’
Though drowned-out by the election coverage, a number of mainstream outlets still sounded-off on this ‘concerning trend.’
Rick Bright, a virologist and the former head of the U.S. Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, told the LA Times, “This is one big event that everyone has feared.”
Experts and commentators have minimized the outbreak to date, saying, ‘but it’s not in pigs yet.’ Well, now it seems to be, and just in time for the other critical ingredient to brew a pandemic virus … seasonal human flu viruses.
We cannot afford to keep playing a wait and see game. We all know how quickly this virus can emerge and spread. We must immediately remove it from these farms, increase all surveillance, and begin planning actions for a larger response. … We cannot afford to do wait and see … again. We need to act now.
Bright added
Florian Krammer, a flu virologist at Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine in New York, told STAT in a comment: “If it starts to spread from pigs to pigs, then it’s much more of a problem,” he said. “If it ends up in large pig populations in the U.S. similar to cows, I think this would be a disaster.”
Since The WinePress last reported on the supposed spread of bird flu in the U.S. and around the world, the CDC reported 27 human cases of bird flu. That number has now grown to 44 confirmed cases.

Other notable headlines published within the last week warning of the continued spread of bird flu include the following:
- Washington coast avian flu outbreak devastated Caspian terns, jumped to seals – (Phys.org)
- “An Oregon Pig Has Bird Flu. That’s ‘Worrisome’ for Humans.” – (Barrons)
- “Bird flu spreading faster than 2023 in the EU, data shows” – (Reuters)
- “Bird Flu Cases May be Spreading From Cat Owners to Their Pets” – (Newsweek)
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
Regular readers may recall that months ago, when I was reporting on this media propaganda, plenty of mainstream fake news outlets were playing up the fears that if bird flu spread to pigs then it would spell game over. Of course, I don’t believe a single solitary thing the media tells me, as far as I am concerned they need to create this colorful narrative – as if we did not know already how this was all going to work out. Clearly we have now reached that part of the story line.
A few weeks ago we discussed MSM predictive programming that said whoever won the election would be the “Bird Flu President,” as this would most likely be a pandemic by the time either one takes their seat behind the Resolute Desk. Now that we know it will be Trump (presuming this remains the same until January 20th), Trump will be the man to launch this bird flu garbage on us next year into 2026, if this predictive programming is to be believed; if you have been following The WP’s complete coverage of this for years now.
Buckle-up, because things are going to get crazy in 2025.
The reason for this is to allow the government and elite players involved to massively consolidate more farms under the headship of the federal government, and put small, independent farmers out of business (or arrest them if they don’t comply); perform mass-vaccination campaigns on the livestock, wildlife and pets, which will make them inedible as to safeguard our health, and/or will cause widespread deaths of these animals (especially if mRNA vaccines are used, which it appears that will be the case); and therefore this will lead to meat and dairy being yanked from store shelves, and will succumb to heavy taxation and grossly inflated prices. The (stupid) Atlantic is trying to blame some of this food inflation on “bird flu” already; and I suspect this will be the excuse in 2025 and 2026 as the Federal Reserve goes on a giant money creation spree, as the broader economy continues to collapse.
We know for a fact that “they” want us to stop eating meat and be more “sustainable” to fight this made-up crisis called “climate change;” something only the King James Bible prophesized would happen approximately 2,000 years ago. SEE: The King James Bible Is The Only Version That Accurately Predicted The War And Restrictions On Eating Meat
[1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
While we do not yet know for absolute certainty all that will befall us next year (Proverbs 27:1), I do firmly believe the media propaganda machine, the “ministry of truth,” is spelling out what may likely happen in 2025, regardless of who is President. The WP has noted a number of times that world leaders and private interests have said that the “next pandemic” is coming. However, this time a lot of deaths, I believe, will be required to sell the story, as too many people began to realize they were getting played in the fallout from the Covid rhetoric. So do not be surprised if we start to see those who took the Covid shots get very sick and die in larger numbers (more than they are already have).
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
