Yesterday, U.S. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity that he’d rather see emergency funding go to Israel instead of going to victims recovering from Hurricane Helene, which left a path of destruction across the East Coast, including parts of Graham’s state of South Carolina.

Graham told Hannity:

I’ve been going all over South Carolina, like most people I haven’t slept much. But look what’s going on in Israel. We have to help our friends to keep the war over there from coming here.

Hurricane Helene is considered the fourth deadliest hurricane in U.S. history, with 226 confirmed deaths as of Friday. Thousands have been left without power, food and water for over a week.

Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently revealed that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) does not have enough funding to make it through the rest of this hurricane season, a problem that has been exacerbated by the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene.

The Biden-Harris is providing a one-time $750 payment for victims of the hurricane.

Graham went on to chastise Biden and Harris fo a number of shortcomings, including their inadequate response to the hurricane, the open borders and influx of immigrants, among other issues. He said the way to fix these problems are by voting for Trump and Republicans in November.

Besides Israel, Graham has routinely cheerleaded for supporting Ukraine. His reasons, however, have drawn controversy as he has said more than once that Americans must defeat Russia because Ukraine is sitting on trillions of dollars worth of rare earth minerals.

Proverbs 29:7 The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: but the wicked regardeth not to know it. [10] The bloodthirsty hate the upright: but the just seek his soul.

We say it every time, this man is wholly evil and corrupt. There is not a single war this fiend doesn’t love, and is frothing at the month to start news all the time. Recompense is coming to him and this country…

Hebrews 10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. [31] It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
