Lennar, one of the largest homebuilders in the US, showcases beautifully rendered images online of its new single-family homes in the Fort Worth, Texas, area. To prospective homeowners, the neighborhood appears picture-perfect for raising a family.
However, Lance Lambert, the founder of the research firm ResiClub, pointed out on X that these tiny homes in the Risinger Court community are not as they appear online.
Lambert shares a rendered image of one of the 763 sq ft homes, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, side by side with an image of the same house in real life.
“It’s always fun to see how much foliage is included in renderings — even for far higher priced new home communities,” rental housing economist Jay Parsons wrote on X.
Real estate broker Aaron Layman said, “There should be an MLS violation and fine for putting a “representative” photo on a listing which is not really representative of the actual product. Customers should have a reasonably accurate expectation of what they are showing up for.”
Another X user said, “It looks like a minimum-security prison camp,” while another pointed out, “They rebranded trailer parks as tiny homes.”

You may recall I reported on some of Lennar’s other exploits last year where they partnered with other tech firms to use robots to 3D print new homes from the ground up with a new hybrid solution; and they are by no means cheap either, and are very unproven as to how they will hold up structurally for many years to come, not to mention they look really goofy. Pray the Lord comes soon, for the suffering won’t be limited…and no one with the word & Holy Ghost of God can easily watch those around him starve or be poisoned while being untouched by it. There are many things being brought against all of the world’s people to ensure homelessness. Contrived ‘crisis’. RIDICULOUS new demands upon homeowners & insurance strong-arming. And the socialized medicine part of the ‘transfer’ scheme is coming into view now, too.

Healthcare workers lured back with no vaccine requirements etc have been noting drastic changes to the insurance& payment, ‘professional’ to patient discussion & lack of disclosure rules….. Look for another mass exodus from there.

As the corporate owners get their system into place, ridiculous fees are becoming standard….often with billing lagging by months. Surprise, surprise!

Be aware that an urgent care visit can now run into the $500-600 dollar range without any real treatment given. Fees for everything, including $80 mandatory charge for ‘dispensing a medication’: even if it’s just a stupid tylenol….are in place. Prices so ridiculous that staff thought it had to be a mistake as they came down.

Patients approaching the front desk can not be sent to hospital when they present symptoms requiring tests that many urgent care facilities don’t have.

Routinely, folks have been warned of this before incurring the formerly minimal co-pay & wait, but now that is verboten, & you can bet that reporting & see something, say something back-stabbling, self-promoting….as well as insurance paid ‘test patients’ sent in to ‘insure quality of care’….tie the hands, stifle natural compassion & care, free speech etc. is in full mode & operation.

If you needed another reason to steer clear of that as much as possible. Be cautious & aware that much ‘natural’ medicine is just as pagan in its methods &payment demands.

Folks at the Urgent Care centers must now allow such patients to incur the $500-600 cost of said visit to Urgent Care, not to mention lost time waiting in cases that may be critical….and THEN call squad transportation (more fees), or send them to the hospital or appropriate test facility by an able bodied driver for more of the same!

It’s socialized medicine at its worst. Immigrants with medicaid waltz through ignorant of any of that giving the benefit of the doubt to pawns, & with all expenses paid. But what happens when the crash comes? We’ll all just be slaves together.

Also. Working on equipment at ‘food banks’…. learned that every immigrant upon entry to the U.S. is given $300 voucher to avail themselves of that service. (Not that most of us would want to eat the usual fare provided at those places… but it’s sad how many of these people are taken advantage of, & still desperately unfair for honest minded, working Americans….the class in which real Christians that still exist are found…)
