Former President Donald Trump recently revealed that he is open to giving Ukraine renewed monetary support in the form of a loan. Trump made these ambitions known during a press conference with Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.

At his residence at Mar-a-Lago, Trump said they are “thinking about making it in the form of a loan instead of just a gift.”

We keep handing out gifts of billions and billions of dollars, and we’ll take a look at it.

But much more importantly to me is the fact that Europe has to step up, and they have to give money. They have to equalize. If they don’t equalize I’m very upset about it, because they’re affected much more than we are.

The Ukraine situation would have never happened if I was President, would have never ever happened.

He stated

Last week Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he is confident that a new aid package would be sent their soon, but is willing to accept a loan if that is the only way to get the money. He stated in an interview:

You know, a senator was here recently, and he asked me: would you agree to take the loan money? I said, ‘What are the options?’ He said, ‘Well, if, for example, they tell you that the money is a loan or you won’t get it.’ I said, ‘What’s the point of such an election if there is no choice?’

Let’s be honest: we will agree to any option. I’ll tell you more: if Ukraine was offered a package on credit today or free of charge in a year, we would say: only today. There is no choice here. Our only choice is to survive and win. We are trying to do this in different ways. This is about the loan. Important: the sooner the better.

Unfortunately, we are a bit hostage to this situation. Unfortunately, the issue of Ukraine, namely the issue of Russia’s war against Ukraine, has become a domestic political issue in the United States today. Although this is the security of the whole world.

In February during a rally at the Nevada Republican Caucus, Trump finally disclosed his position on Ukraine, explaining that he would get the European nations in NATO to match the funding the U.S. has been sending, saying that Europe is not paying their fair share. In other words, Trump is not calling for de-escalation but rather continued funding for the war.

As noted by journalist Michael Tracey in a piece written earlier this year, Trump was the first to give Ukraine lethal weapons in 2019 in the prelude to this open conflict, and was actually increasing funding to NATO during his tenure as President.

Well, well, well, so much for “America first,” right?

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

James 1:8

Trump was never “America first,” his policies and actions as President, and what he is saying now, more than prove that. His administration increased the military budget during his tenure, adding to the national debt, dropping more bombs and launched more drone strikes than Obama, to the point where by 2018 the Pentagon revealed they were dropping bombs every 12 minutes. It’s just a uniparty. Policy never changes, your vote is in vain. Trump just flaps his mouth at his rallies and on social media, but when it’s time for rubber to meet the road he falls in like everyone else. This country was sold out a LONG time ago to rich business interests, bankers, corporations, and the Vatican and their Jesuits. We’re just a vassal, a shell company for them all. Trump is not coming to save you, it’s all just theatrics.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
