The program is set to rollout in September, according to Indian publication the Economic Times. The procurement process began on Monday, the 24th, to August 4th; which the first phase will apply to 2,21,484 family card holders. The second phase will commence August 5th to the 16th, covering 2,47,111 ration card holders.
‘As many as 35,923 camps are set to be held across the state for the registration exercise,’ The ET noted.
Eligible women have to prove they make less then 250,000 Rupees per year ($305.00) for the whole family income. The ET also added, ‘In case the applicants own wetland, it should be less than five acres and in case of dryland, it must be below ten acres. Annual domestic electricity consumption should be less than 3,600 units.’
She must also be at least 21, and be listed as only one woman/woman-head from a family that has a ration card. However, ‘if the name of a man was mentioned as family head, his wife would be regarded as woman head of the family. For some reason, if the name of the man’s wife does not figure in the ration card, one of the other women, who are part of that family would be treated as woman head of family for the purpose of the scheme,’ the Indian publication clarifies.
The state government asserts that if some of these people who do not have these cards, they will be granted them in order to receive the UBI.
When framing the 2023-2024 fiscal policy, a large sum of money ($855,000) was set aside for this scheme per the ‘Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thittam’ (Kalaignar Scheme for Women’s Right), that they have access to basic income rights.
Other nations are trialing UBI. Wales and two other cities in the United Kingdom are trialing providing £1,600 a month, to observe what people would do with it while not working. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has also been urged to implement UBI in the U.K., as the country has been researching a central bank digital currency (CBDC).
In January it was found that dozens of U.S. cities siphoned federal Covid pandemic aid to fund social programs and variant forms of UBI. The state of Oregon has also considered giving homeless people $1,000 with no strings attached.
Earlier this week The WinePress reported on an interview featuring Economics Professor Richard Werner, the man who introduced the economic philosophy of “Quantitative Easing” (QE1 and QE2), who has been recognized by the World Economic Forum for his accomplishments, revealed that before CBDCs are broadly instigated digital IDs need to be in place first; and that according to inside sources he knows, central banks want to put implantable microchips in people so they can receive payments in real-time.
But what was already ready around 2015, is the ultimate goal – what they really want, apparently, I was told by a Central Banker – is CBDC looks like a small grain of rice that they want to put under your skin, which is my view a violation of human dignity. And they realize there is a hurdle to get people to accept this.
You will get 2 000 Euros into your account every month. But of course, to run this efficiently [they’ll say:] ‘We need to use the latest technology so you need the CBDC chip implant.’
There is an argument to be made, and that is the entire Covid scam may have been run in order just to prepare things for the CBDCs and the real goal, or the big prize to them, [are] the CBDCs.
There is one step before then: they need digital IDs.
Werner explained, referencing the vaccine passports that did not make sense, he said, and how that framework is now being used as the basis for the new digital IDs and global health passports; for which they and the CBDCs will be interlinked, he said.

As evidenced by in this Indian province, the all-in-one digital ID system is what the elites and technocrats are trying to rapidly implement so they can better control people, before the CBDCs can truly be established. It is also worth noting that India has their instant transfer payment system, that can deliver payments in seconds. Brazil also has one, along with the United State’s recently introduced FedNow.

Again, this is a very important brick in the foundation for the coming mark of the beast before that can arrive on the scene. But before that, as more people are forced to become even more defendant on the system, especially when the world economies begin to collapse at freefall speed in the not so distant future, many petrified people will immediately capitulate with this agenda.
