Ukrainian Government Forcibly Shuts Down Ukrainian Orthodox Church And Arrests Clerics Amidst Takeover

Going widely unreported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the government have been heavily cracking down on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, arresting and beating congregants, as with clergy members and priests, as both groups are being forcibly annexed from their places of worship as the state has been moving to takeover the temples as they consolidate the country’s religion.

The most recent move by the Ukrainian government and military will now be forcing the monks, priests and clerics of the Ukrainian (Eastern) Orthodox Church to vacate the oldest monastery, Kiev-Pechersk Lavra by the end of this month. Kiev-Pechersk Lavra (located in the capital city of Kyiv) is the largest monastery in the country dating back to 1051.

Roughly 75% of the population (3 out of 4 people) are reportedly aligned with the Ukrainian Orthodox religion, while other statistics claim it is around 65%.

Last week the chief of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church tried to negotiate with Zelensky to discuss this ousting of their religion, along with other clerics. The religious leaders were made to wait outside of the Presidential offices for 3 hours, to only find out and be told that Zelensky would not hear their pleas.

A clergyman speaking on the behest of the Diocese of Odessa sent out a warning in multiple languages titled, “The Unity of Orthodoxy is in Danger!” The spokesperson for the church said in his PSA, “Why is the World Orthodox Church, not responding to the crisis and enmity between the Orthodox Christians of Ukraine and simply remaining silent, taking the pose of the ostrich?”

The clergyman frustratedly called out to other Orthodox churches around the world to stand united and come to their aid, and not turn a blind eye to the destruction and persecution of their faith no more.

The Diocese wrote in a statement accompanying the video:

If we think adequately about the crisis in Ukrainian Orthodoxy, then we can safely say that this is the most test for all world Orthodoxy.

“If one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is glorified, all the members rejoice with it. And you are the body of Christ, and individually members,” the apostle Paul tells us.

How should an Orthodox Christian, who is in different parts of the world, react when he sees the beating of believers, how people who call themselves Orthodox Christians drive other Orthodox out of churches, while beating them and seizing their churches, when monks are driven out of their cells.

After all, it’s a shame. If the world unitedly responded to the war in Ukraine with help, then the Orthodox world, looking at the enmity between Christians in Ukraine, does not react in any way. Silence.

Silence betrays God! While we are silent, we testify that there is no unity in Orthodoxy.

As long as one member of the church suffers without responding to his suffering, the pain will surely spread to the entire Body of Christ! And the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is certainly a member of the world Orthodoxy, and this does not require proof.

The only way out is not just to stop the crisis of Orthodoxy in Ukraine, but to save Orthodoxy itself in the world, this is a pan-Orthodox council of primates, which will finally solve all the burning issues that destroy the unity of Orthodox believers.

As noted in the cleric’s briefing, Pope Francis has openly lent his support for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Francis said he was “thinking about the Orthodox monks in the Kiev Lavra,” over a week ago.

“I ask warring parties to respect religious places,” he added, emphasizing that the clergy of any denomination “are the support of the people of God.”

Two points here:

For starters, once again we see evidence of the corruption that embodies Ukraine. I have reported many different times that the Ukrainian government and militia groups are bona fide Neo-Nazis, that butcher, oppress, and massacre their own people. And now “free” Ukraine – who are nothing more than play things and toys for the U.S. and NATO – are now going after their own religions and people, as these Nazi’s continue to strip away more freedoms of the people in this hostile takeover. Just like Nazi Germany, Ukraine is getting battered and beaten but refuses to admit they are losing; and this will happen till the day the Russians eventually overrun Kyiv.

But I think there is a lot more to this than meets the eye.

A little over a year ago to date I reported that Pope Francis would pray a set of blessings (cursing) to their Marian idol (the Babylonian Semiramis) for Ukraine and Russia – for which I said this would only signal doom. As I noted in that report – (which I think you should reread) – the Ukrainians, many of them, began to pray to the Roman Catholic Virgin Mary for protection. The nation itself has had long ties to Roman Catholicism and adoration for the Mary of Rome.

However, when I learned of this news in Ukraine I had a bit of an epiphany, realizing something that never really dawned upon me until last night:

From my perspective, we are seeing a massive consolidation of religion happening around the world, ultimately under the banner and umbrella of Rome. Prior to II Vatican Council in the 60’s, what Rome used to call “heretics” were then called “separated brethren.” But now that everyone in the mainline religions and denominations have sworn their allegiance to the Vatican, and have been thoroughly polluted with Roman Catholic dogmas; it appears Rome is now starting to tie-up their “loose ends,” and truly bring an end to all of these sects that are now wholly Roman Catholic. Thus, it appears that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is biting the bullet now.

Furthermore, when you consider the state the United Sates, Europe, Australia, and the rest of the Western lands are in – their economies are at end are set to go thermal nuclear, and the loss of life will be immense, due to the unpayable debts, the famine, the disease, the wars, the anarchy, etc. In the midst of that – though the Protestants ended their protest in 1999, with the Orthodox, Pentecostals, Evangelicals, Baptists, Mormons, and others all doing the same before and thereafter – the destruction of these Western nations will finally see the end of these sects and denominations, along with the liberal and rebellious Catholics; thus, leaving the traditionalists and radical Catholics, the New Apostolic Reformation blasphemers, and other sympathizers left. In other words, “Ignite the Right.”

I already knew this was the overall plan, but as I said when I saw this information, it made me realize once again what is happening.

I often rip on the WEF, UN, WHO, and other globalists, and for good reasons; but one must not forget that ROME is pulling the strings first and foremost.
