“We are actually doing everything that [the U.S.] have been doing for decades,” Putin said

The spectrum of nuclear warfare has just been raised yet again, as Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today on Russian television that he has authorized the deployment of a nuclear weapons launcher in Belarus, one of their few European allies.

Earlier this week the United Kingdom announced that they would be supplying Ukrainian fighters with depleted uranium shells to fight against Russia – weaponry that would harm both the Ukrainians and the irradiate the environment. Putin and Russian officials did not take too kindly to the news, warning that Russia would respond appropriately.

Furthermore, it should be noted that Putin officially ended the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, also known as the START Treaty that places limits on intercontinental-range nuclear weapons. This came after U.S. President Biden made a surprise visit to Ukraine weeks prior to the one year anniversary of the conflict.

With these things in mind, it now appears Russia is moving to defend themselves and threaten NATO with the use of their own nuclear weapons.

Russian news outlet Tass has more on this latest development:

Russia, at the request of the Belarusian side, will deploy its tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, just as the United States has been doing on the territories of its allies, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on the Rossiya-24 news channel on Saturday.

Even out of the context of these events, this statement (about the possible supply of depleted uranium shells by the UK to Ukraine – TASS), Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko has long raised the issue of deploying Russian tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus.

Putin said.

He stressed that “there is nothing unusual about this.”

The United States has been doing this for decades. They placed their tactical nuclear weapons on the territories of their allied countries, NATO countries, in Europe a long time ago. In six states – these are the Federal Republic of Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Greece – well, in Greece there aren’t [tactical nuclear weapons] now, but there is a storage facility.

And we agreed [with Belarus] that we will do the same. Without violating – I want to emphasize this – our international obligations on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons.

Putin stressed

Crew Training And Storages

We have already helped our Belarusian colleagues to reequip their planes. Ten planes are ready to apply this type of weapons. We have handed over to Belarus our well-known and very effective Iskander system that can carry [nuclear weapons]. On April 3, we will start training the crew and on July 1 we will complete the construction of a special storage for tactical nuclear weapons on the Belarusian territory.

Thus, everything the President of Belarus asked about, all the issues he raised in this regard, they are being implemented, and all our agreements will be reached in the very near future.

Putin said

But he stressed that Russia does not transfer such weapons to Belarus, just as the United States does not transfer them to its allies.

We are actually doing everything that they have been doing for decades.

We are going to do the same, this is exactly what Alexander Grigoryevich asked for.

Putin explained, noting that the Americans deploy these weapons, prepare carriers and train crews.

Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, in response to the UK’s plans to supply depleted uranium shells to Ukraine, said that Russia would supply Belarus “ammunition with real uranium.”

As for our negotiations with Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko… The reason (for the statements of the Belarusian leader – TASS) was the statement by the British Minister of State for Defense [Annabel Goldie] that they were going to supply shells with depleted uranium to Ukraine, which is somehow connected with nuclear technology.

Putin said.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

[7] And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. [8] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

Mark 13:7-8

Naturally this will of course cause the U.S. and NATO to send even more heavy weapons and artillery to Ukraine, if not even supplying bona fide nuclear warheads into Ukraine.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Jacob was Moses not allowed into the promise land because he disobeyed God this once when he struck the rock twice instead of once?

does that mean God only gives us one chance?

    • Yes, living by the Law means it only takes once to break the law and your done.
Moses represents the Law, whereas Jesus Christ represents Grace.
With Jesus (Truth) and Grace He is more than forgiving!
But you need Him in your life!

      • thank you so much. i dont know how i stumbled over that one coz i know we are no longer under the law anymore. satan is smooth in tricking us back under the law.

last night when i was studying over mount sinai is when it happened to me at the part where he could see but not enter into the promised land. and i have no idea why i became overwhelmed that it applied to me only getting one chance only. i guess studying that late i must have become tired and satan took advantage.

i guess its that easy for satan to beguile people back under it and i know i am no match for him.

i will use this experience to definitely help others, now that its happened to me and so swiftly.

the swiftness of his evil craftiness i hate. i’ll be glad the day this dispensation is over and get to enter into his rest. then one more trial and eternity with him and satan done away with forever.

Thank again for taking the time to help me.

    • I am not Jacob, but Moses was chastened, not damned. Hebrews 12. There is a difference.

If you read Galatians, then Colossians and Hebrews KJB, you will find your answer. Romans 10, 1 Corinthians 10, 2 Corinthians 10, and all of Ephesians are pertinent, too. John 14-17 KJB.

Isaiah 30, too. Isaiah 30:15 For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

Remember, too, what David did when confronted with his sin. 1 Samuel 16 – 1 Kings 2 cover his life, & most of the Psalms. All of us have both the old and new man until the resurrection, 1 Cor 15, and it is ever a war. Romans 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

      Not an excuse. A fact.

      • Thank for i appreciate your words and thank you for listing examples of scripture i can read through.

its hard, it really is at times. ive never experienced this in my life before until i got saved.

isnt that funny how when i was lost i felt peace with myself even though everything wasnt going my way but now i feel the burden of my flesh for the first time.

This world sure is nothing like one thinks it to be when lost. in everything i have lost to gain the Lord i count it for a blessing in my life that i have him.

      • yeah you see i know that one jacob tahts why i dont get what happened to me last night coz i know and stand firm on that we are not under the law and these wicked people are trying to get all these sould back under it for the TOJT. i should have made the connection. i must have been tired. its scary how i almost let myself get puzzled by it.

i gotta stay sharp in God’s word as satan launches his darts at me.
i n ow he tried to get back after having me so many years. but no, no way it was horrible without God and i live this life with him soo much better.

i am soooooo thankful he came into my life and i pray for my family and others to get saved too.

  • The title here reminds me of Bryan denlinger said somewhere in one of his videos about how WWIII will start off as small theatures of operation. We are seeing it, even the unfreezing of frozen conflicts (such as the Korean stand off between the communist North Koreans and the democratic South Koreans, & the Chinese civil war between Taiwan and mainland red (red as in communist) China). Also, Belarus is now calling for a truce between the 2 sides and that Zelensky is now ready to talk with China.
