Japan’s Prime Minister Says Country Is On “Brink Of Social Dysfunction” Amidst Declining Birth Rates, As Economy Collapses

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida issued a statement yesterday that the country will be dedicated to addressing declining birth rates, and measures designed to tackle the problem are the government’s most important policy issue.

According to Japan News, the PM said that births in Japan are forecast to fall below 800,000 in 2022, saying that the country “is at a critical point with regard to whether it can maintain its social functions.” He further vowed to “create a children-first economy and society” and facilitate “the most effective investment for the future.”

‘As the Children and Families Agency, a new governmental body to oversee child policies, is scheduled to be launched in April, Kishida said his administration will map out an outline of a plan by June to double the budget related to child-rearing down the road,’ Japan Today added.

We will consider how society as a whole can stably support children while making various efforts.

Kishida said

Furthermore, he said to meet these “policy measures to fight against the declining birth rate on an unprecedented scale,” said the government “will present outlines to double the budget in the future” by June of this year, when the Cabinet sets the new Basic Policy on Economic and Fiscal Management.

Kishida went on to address other issues, such as the classification and approach with dealing with Covid moving forward, mulling much of their attentive perspective on it. He also discussed how they planned to address the cost of living crisis and rising inflation, among other issues, and strengthening national defense as related to events concerning China, Taiwan, and North Korea.

Japan News added:

‘Addressing his pet policy of a “new form of capitalism,” the prime minister advocated reforms for the labor market in order to realize wage increases that exceed the rise in prices and vowed to promote “investments and reforms” for economic growth. He also opined that the public and private sectors must work together on efforts toward decarbonization and expressed an aim to develop and build next-generation nuclear reactors.’

Japan, just like the West, is on borrowed time and are guaranteed an imminent collapse. Kishida’s words are just empty and vain.

I have not reported on a lot of Japan’s exploits (simply just because I do not have enough time and resources to cover the economics in detail on a routine basis); but what I can tell you, based on what I have read – the price of everything is becoming unbearable, largely because the central bank has been stuck at negative rates for some time, and has had to try and rig their debt/bond/credit market to try and keep the charade going longer than it should have. It’s currency, the yen, is in the dumpster; as the country has continued to shill-out stimulus checks.

In November of 2022 The Trends Journal published an article discussing how inflation in Japan set a new four-decade record. The TJ does not forecast anything positive for them this year, and believes they will finally raise rates from being negative.

Japan’s government and central bank have set out on a dead-end path.

With interest rates rising everywhere else, Japan will continue to struggle to attract investment.

Meanwhile, it pours trillions of yen into stimulus and household support programs for an increasingly elderly population no longer working and contributing to the national treasury to fund those public payments.

As the world lurches toward recession, Japan’s trademark exports will provide less income.

In 2023, the central bank will be forced to raise its interest rate, which will raise the cost of government borrowing to fund welfare payments.

Also in 2023, economic reality will force the government to cut back or end its generous public support payments, leading to public outcry and political churn.

The TJ has many more articles documenting how the government and central bank are printing money hand over fist to keep this insolvent economy operable.

The following week on November 29th, the TJ again reported on Japan’s inflation, forecasting:

Japan has one of the world’s oldest populations, requiring broad social spending and other supports.

A large proportion of people on fixed or limited incomes, as well as an economy that never fully recovered from the Great Recession, is persuading the Bank of Japan to remain the only major central bank with a negative interest rate— -.10 percent—where it has been since 2016.

That makes yen-denominated investments unattractive when money can find positive interest rates in other countries.

Ultimately, for that reason, Japan’s central bank will be forced to raise its interest rate to make investments there practical. The government, long accustomed to subsidizing the consumer economy, will continue to do so, incurring greater debt at a higher interest cost, sinking the economy further.

And the list goes on and on. The men are useless, soft, and effeminate; and most of the women have been reduced to cheap thrills, perversion, and selling themselves. Their health is in the toilet, and who’s heads have been filled with endless deviant cartoons.

The birth rate collapse is in line with many other developed nations, whose populations have been heavily vaccinated.

Japan will not fix these problems, neither will the rest of the West.
