“We all know, but still pay insufficient attention to, the frightening scenario of a comprehensive cyber attack, which would bring a complete halt to the power supply, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole,’ Klaus Schwab stated.

As tensions with Ukraine and Russia have boiled over into war, and with the United States and NATO angered with all that is going on, the next crisis and pandemonium is emerging, and will unquestionably catch the masses totally sleeping at the wheel, and usher in chaos the likes of which we have never seen.

Putin recently stated, as he began to invade Ukraine, this:

Whoever tries to hinder us, and even more so, to create threats to our country, to our people, should know that Russia’s response will be immediate. And it will lead you to such consequences that you have never encountered in your history.

What is this new scripted and artificial pandemonium of epic proportions: a cyber attack.

Readers of The WinePress know that we have been warning about this since, essentially, the site launched in 2020. Unmistakably, this is one the next major powerplays for control.

Furthermore, The WP has reported on an increasing number of outages, glitches, cyber attacks, hacks in the system, and noted how they were progressively getting larger and covered a wider spectrum of functions in society. You can checkout a handful of them below as examples:

But with war breaking loose in the Ukraine with Russia, the media has seized the opportunity to float out the ominous warnings of a cyber attack, per the Russian Federation.

Howbeit, there have been purported reports of cyber attacks occurring in the midst of this conflict. As noted in a recent WinePress report delving into the conflict – scraping past the media pejoratives and propaganda – the Ukrainian government websites and some banking systems were taken down due to these hackers.

And at the time of this publication, more reports of cyber attacks and hacking occurring in the Ukraine are increasing.

One clip depicts Ukrainian broadcasts across a variety of channels to play the Ukrainian national anthem, by a YouTube channel called “Suchomimus,” which has been rapid firing a ton of clips from all over the Ukraine documenting the conflict.

On top of this, in a paradoxical sense of hacking, The Verge and Vice’s Motherboard reported that the Russian Federation has banned its people from using Twitter, as it appears that the government wants to control what the people can see of the conflict, and voice their opinions.

The Verge wrote:

‘As the invasion of Ukraine enters its third day, Russia has blocked access to Twitter in an apparent effort to stifle the flow of information, according to a report from the internet monitoring group NetBlocks. Beginning Saturday morning, NetBlocks saw failed or heavily throttled connections across every major Russian telecom provider, including Rostelecom, MTS, Beeline, and MegaFon. Russians are still able to access Twitter through VPN services, but direct connections are restricted.

‘Journalists on the ground in Russia have confirmed the block. A BBC reporter described access as “severely restricted,” saying “this message got through, but took a while.”

‘The motivation behind the restrictions is unclear, but comes amid a broader crackdown on social media platforms in the country. Friday night, Russia announced a new block on Facebook after the platform removed the accounts of four state-run media organizations, a move the government described as a violation of “the rights and freedoms of Russian citizens.”’

Hack Attack

But these “hacks” are lightweight in comparison to the debilitating plans that are to be unleashed.

To put that in perspective, do not take our words for it, but listen to Klaus Schwab from the World Economic Forum (WEF) said what the effects of a massive cyber attack would look like:

We all know, but still pay insufficient attention to, the frightening scenario of a comprehensive cyber attack, which would bring a complete halt to the power supply, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole.

The Covid-19 crisis would be seen, in this respect, as a small disturbance in comparison to a major cyber attack.

[We need] to use the Covid-19 crisis as a timely opportunity to reflect on the lessons to cyber security, community, control, and improve our inpreparedness [sic] for a potential cyber pandemic.

So, it is not The WinePress blowing smoke to scare people – as some naysayers may assert – but even Schwab has made it perfectly clear that a cyber attack would dwarf any of the hectic outcomes the Covid war pandemonium has dealt, which is obviously telling, seeing just how much damage all the nations have felt since that “pandemic” was propagandized to us all.

Just as the Covid pandemonium was scripted, detailed, and planned far in advance; these cyber attacks and grid-down scenarios have also been well planned, staged, and written many years prior, with them really picking up these past several years.

For more details on these actual scripts and plans to launch a “pandemic,” read the following report below:

In mid-December The WP reported that “Israel Heads ‘Hack Simulation’ On Global Financial Markets,” going over what would happen to the world economies when this cyber attack is launched.

“The exercise – reportedly dubbed a “war game” by the Israeli Finance Ministry – ran through a number of different kinds of attacks, including breaches that affected foreign exchange and bond markets, liquidity and the security of data shared between exporters and importers around the world. It also examined the impact of misleading news reports on the would-be crisis, as well as what steps governments would be expected to take” – (an excerpt from that report).

Or on January 11th, 2022, Bloomberg reported that the “EU [staged a] Large-Scale Cyberattack Exercise on Supply Chains.” ‘Participants will be confronted with attacks on their supply chains and some spillover socio-economic effects in other member states, before having to coordinate public communications and a diplomatic response, according to people familiar with the matter and documents seen by Bloomberg,’ the financial outlet explained.

Intriguingly, they also wrote, “The EU simulation comes amid concerns that Russia could couple any aggressive act toward Ukraine with cyberattacks directed at the West.”

Then, “coincidently”, just several days later, one of the first rounds of “cyber attacks” were levied against the Ukraine, reported by Swedish outlet Aftonbladet.

But, probably the best example of a scripted cyber attack model quietly came in 2020, hosted by the World Economic Forum called “Cyber Polygon.” This event was also primarily funded and ran by Russian cyber companies, and this simulation event made it very apparent that Russia would be the black sheep of the nations, and be used by the media as the aggressors and cause of these attacks.

From that detailed report by Unlimited Hangout – republished by The WP, that I strongly encourage you to read – that author wrote this, after observing what was depicted at this multi-day and livestreamed event:

Although Russian Federation authorities are quite used to being out in the cold both politically and physically, there appears to be a change in the usual order of nations. Russia’s inclusion as the leader in such an important global cybersecurity initiative is a bit surprising, especially after Russia has been the scapegoat of choice for any cyberattack committed against any Western power for several years, most recently with the SolarWinds hack in the US. Yet, there was no outcry in the West over Cyber Polygon 2020, in which a company that is majority owned by the Russian government was able to gain direct knowledge of the cyberdefense weaknesses of major global institutions, banks, and corporations through their hosting of the exercise.

The complete absence of the “Russian hacker” narrative at Cyber Polygon as well as Russia’s leadership role at the event suggests either that a geopolitical shift has taken place or that the Russian hacker narrative commonly deployed by intelligence agencies in the US and Europe is mainly meant for the general public and not for the elite figures and policymakers in attendance at Cyber Polygon.

Another possibility for Russia no longer being treated as the perpetual enemy of cyberspace is that it is entirely on board with both the official coronavirus narrative and the allegedly imminent cyberpandemic. Cyber Polygon 2020 appeared, in part, to be a Russian charm offensive that was welcomed by the powerful elite. Tony Blair, who once held out the hand of false reconciliation on behalf of the international community to Colonel Gaddafi, has often been involved in these exercises of international diplomacy on behalf of the elites in the years since he left public office. His involvement in the exercise may have been meant to facilitate support among Western WEF-aligned governments for even greater Russian inclusion in the Great Reset. Part of this is due to the WEF-led effort to bring BRICS nations like China and Russia into the Great Reset fold because it is essential for their agenda’s success on a global scale. Now, Russia is pioneering this new model of supposedly national finance systems that the WEF supports through Sberbank’s creation of a digital monopoly not only of financial services but all services within the Russian Federation.

Cyber Polygon 2020 was both an ad for pro-Russian relations and a promotional exercise for Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset. Some of the people who took part and supported the Cyber Polygon event are involved at the highest levels of cyber intelligence; some may have even been unofficial representatives of their national state intelligence apparatus. The decisions of several national governments to participate directly in the WEF-led Great Reset is no “conspiracy theory.” For instance, the incoming Biden administration sent its climate envoy, John Kerry, to the WEF annual meeting last month, where Kerry underscored the US commitment to the Great Reset agenda and the associated Fourth Industrial Revolution that seeks to automate most jobs being currently performed by humans. With the governments of Russia, China, the US, the UK, Israel, Canada, and India, among others, on board with this transnational agenda, it becomes deeply unsettling that high-ranking operatives in both the public and private sectors joined the WEF to conduct a simulation of a crisis that would clearly benefit the Great Reset agenda.

A massive cyberattack, such as that simulated at Cyber Polygon 2020, would allow faceless hackers to be blamed for economic collapse, thus absolving the real financial criminals of responsibility. Furthermore, due to the difficult nature of investigating hacks and the ability of intelligence agencies to frame other nation states for hacks they in fact committed themselves, any boogeyman of choice can be blamed, whether a “domestic terror” group or a country unaligned with the WEF (for now, at least) like Iran or North Korea. Between the well-placed warnings, simulations, and the clear benefit for the global elite intent on a Great Reset, Cyber Polygon 2020 appears to have served not only its publicly stated purpose but its own ulterior motives.

But there have been other scripted scenarios written farther in advance, seeming to prophesying these future calamities and debacles.

As discussed in The WP report about Crimson Contagion – a scripted event that took place in 2019, and funded by the Trump administration – a document produced by the Rockefeller Foundation, calledScenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development,” discusses a future they call “hack attack.”

The Foundation lays out four different societal events and societies of the future – one of which includes the infamous “Lockstep” events, that prophesy many of the events that have played out since 2020 – and of these events called “Hack Attack,” is briefly described as,

An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge.

Just like “Lockstep,” we already starting to see shades of what was written playing out now.

The document begins the section by noting some of these “shock events” and catastrophes, that they say have attributed to many economic disparities and financial despair, famine and supply shortages, and climate change; along with global conflicts and wars erupting.

Resource scarcities and trade disputes, together with severe economic and climate stresses, pushed many alliances and partnerships to the breaking point; they also sparked proxy wars and low-level conflict in resource-rich parts of the developing world. Nations raised trade barriers in order to protect their domestic sectors against imports and—in the face of global food and resource shortages—to reduce exports of agricultural produce and other commodities. By 2016, the global coordination and interconnectedness that had marked the post-Berlin Wall world was tenuous at best.

Amidst all this adulterous and thieveries actions that were ignited by these issues, they also wrote of “Technology-enabled gangs and networked criminal enterprises exploited both the weakness of states and the desperation of individuals.”

Technology hackers were also hard at work. Internet scams and pyramid schemes plagued inboxes. Meanwhile, more sophisticated hackers attempted to take down corporations, government systems, and banks via phishing scams and database information heists, and their many successes generated billions of dollars in losses.

Desperate to protect themselves and their intellectual property, the few multinationals still thriving enacted strong, increasingly complex defensive measures. Patent applications skyrocketed and patent thickets proliferated, as companies fought to claim and control even the tiniest innovations. Security measures and screenings tightened.

The script also mentions the year 2022, and writes,

In 2022, a biofuel breakthrough in Brazil was protected as a national treasure and used as a bargaining chip in trade with other countries.

It also warned that “The positive effects of the mobile and internet revolutions were tempered by their increasing fragility as scamming and viruses proliferated, preventing these networks from achieving the reliability required to become the backbone of developing economies—or a source of trustworthy information for anybody.”

But even with what they call ‘positive effects,’ massive disparages would occur.

The very rich still had the financial means to protect themselves; gated communities sprung up from New York to Lagos, providing safe havens surrounded by slums. In 2025, it was de rigueur to build not a house but a high-walled fortress, guarded by armed personnel. The wealthy also capitalized on the loose regulatory environment to experiment with advanced medical treatments and other under-the-radar activities.

Those who couldn’t buy their way out of chaos—which was most people—retreated to whatever “safety” they could find. With opportunity frozen and global mobility at a near standstill—no place wanted more people, especially more poor people—it was often a retreat to the familiar: family ties, religious beliefs, or even national allegiance. Trust was afforded to those who guaranteed safety and survival—whether it was a warlord, an evangelical preacher, or a mother.

In some places, the collapse of state capacity led to a resurgence of feudalism. In other areas, people managed to create more resilient communities operating as isolated micro versions of formerly large-scale systems. The weakening of national governments also enabled grassroots movements to form and grow, creating rays of hope amid the bleakness.

By 2030, the distinction between “developed” and “developing” nations no longer seemed particularly descriptive or relevant.

Interestingly enough, the WEF who prophesized that by the year 2030 that “You’ll Own Nothing And Be Happy,” make an illusion that could potentially be pared with what the Rockefeller Foundation wrote.

My biggest concern is all the people who do not live in our city. Those we lost on the way. Those who decided that it became too much, all this technology. Those who felt obsolete and useless when robots and AI took over big parts of our jobs. Those who got upset with the political system and turned against it. They live different kind of lives outside of the city. Some have formed little self-supplying communities. Others just stayed in the empty and abandoned houses in small 19th century villages.

From that report, written in the perspective of a lady living in her autonomous smart city where she literally owns nothing.

‘Adapt Or Die:’ Tech Groups Call For Interconnected Grids And Tracking Through AI At COP26

The World Is A Stage – Order Out Of Chaos

And so, bringing it back to current times, a cyber attack is indeed on its way. This conflict with Russia and the Ukraine, is another construct to get us there: and if it means sacrificing innocent men, women, and children to do it, they will not hesitate and smile while doing it.

It is one big dog & pony show, if you want to call it that. But that is not just me saying it: Unlimited Hangout recently posted another lengthy article dissecting so much of what is going on, and how all these world leaders are just pawns to bring this “Great Reset” to fruition.

Due to it’s length, I will not publish it here, but I highly recommend you look it over, as it covers very critical details to the power structure and actions being taken currently; clearing showing how all these world leaders are in bed together, working towards the same prospects. However, I will include some excerpts below:

The International Rules-Based Order (IRBO) is under threat and global power is shifting. As East and West rekindle old enmities we are led to believe that this struggle will determine the future of international relations and the direction of nation states. However, the global transformation is not led by national governments but by a global network of stakeholders and global technocracy is their goal.

The introduction to their article

From that report:

According to Reuters, European banks need to prepare for Russian cyber attacks. CBS claims the DHS are on full alert for the looming cyber war, while the UK media carried the same scary stories. Forbes reported that Russia had been waging a cyber war against the West for 20 years and the Guardian alleged that this was typical fare for the Russian Federation.

All of this seems extremely odd given that western global corporations such as IBM, Deutsche Bank and Santander were engaged in cyber polygon preparedness exercises that were largely run by a Russian state-owned bank. If any of the MSM’s claims are even remotely plausible, the industrial espionage risk alone would appear to have been off the charts.

Governments from across the western world participate in the WEF Cyber Security Centre which was founded, in part, by Sberbank. At the same time, they keep warning their populations about the danger of Russian cyber attacks.

Frankly, these Russian cyber-threat stories are puerile. The western governments and corporations, who appear to follow G3P orders to the letter, are seemingly content to be guided by a Russian state bank’s cybersecurity assessment and recommendations.

A far more credible rationale for these MSM stories and government fearmongering is that they are designed to prepare us, and provide justification, for the digital transformation of the financial sector. In their 2020 cyber threats report, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP) stated that the pseudopandemic had necessitated this change.

In a barely concealed reference to Russia and China, the CEIP asserted that cyber attacks from nation states were inevitable. They then predicted that the response to this supposedly unavoidable attack would be to fuse the activities of banks, the financial authorities and the national security apparatus of nation states.

Centralising authority, especially over financial systems, is always the solution as far as the G3P are concerned. Primarily because they assume the right to exercise that authority.

On the major issues, governments don’t form policy and policy is instead curated by the G3P think-tanks like the CEIP. We should not labour under the illusion that the think-tanks simply offer suggestions. They have the financial, economic and political power to make decisions on the global stage and they have done so for generations.

No one votes for think-tanks. To this extent, so-called representative democracy is a charade. We, the people, have never had any say on the “big issues.” For those of us who live in western democracies, government grandstanding simply serves to convince us that we are somehow represented in the deliberations. It is essentially a confidence trick.

This is the context within which we can come to understand the International Rules Based Order. While it currently relies upon what appears to be the western hegemony and is transitioning towards a Eurasian led multipolar system, both are just convenient mechanisms through which the G3P wields power and authority.

But beware: with every major move to control you and lead you down a path that leads to your enslavement, there is the counter-revolution. While the Great Reset is shoved in your face, the “Great Awakening” acts as a bastion of hope, prosperity, freedom, and heaven on earth. And yet, they both lead to the same goals and same path.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

As laid out in great detail, The WinePress has warned that a total reform, a “reset,” of the current internet systems must be implemented. But, it is obviously difficult to get the slow moving masses to do this. So, The WP points to an artificial and scripted “cyber attack” to usher this in, by bringing down the grid and internet systems, to then institute the new, much more heavily censored and social credit score-ran internet. And, of course, it is to be in place by the year 2030.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

[4] And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. [5] For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. [6] And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. [7] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. [8] All these are the beginning of sorrows.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

Matthew 24:4-8; Mark 13:8; Luke 21:9

Jesus Christ’s prophecy, in light of what you just read, and are seeing play out, take on a whole new meaning, when you realize that this great famine that he warned about, would come of these of totally staged and scripted cyber attacks; on top of the already very deliberate acts to stymie the supply chain.

Though, understand and realize, that when the media calls it a cyber attack, what they really mean is the handlers flipped a switch on the systems, causing these outages. And lest you think I am making that up, then I suggest checking into our report that showed that China has access to America’s power grid.

Jen Psaki Discusses Biden’s Executive Order To Give China Access To U.S. Power Grid

But, these wars are so CLEARLY scripted. I mean, remember how all these world leaders – from the top down to the very long wrung of governors, mayors, and health councils – worked in tandem and lockstep to usher in the Covid pandemonium, the world came to a standstill for a month at a bare minimum? And so now, these same leaders decide they want to go to war, and tout fears of a cyber attack? All while most of Europe and America are pulling back many of their Covid restrictions? This is because the masses can only handle so much at once. Once this conflict is allowed to end, then, I firmly believe, the Covid war will return even harder; or another “pandemic” will arise because of this conflict – assuming a “cyber attack” is not yet unleashed.

A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Proverbs 27:12

The masses will get utterly wiped out from this, because they chose to be willfully ignorant.

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Hebrews 11:7

Now that you have been warned, do something about it. Do not be a simpleton, vote for some scumbag, and sit on your hands: do something. You can’t change these plans, but you can change how it adversely affects you. Admittedly, if you are not off the grid and away from the cities, it will be difficult, but continue to work towards that.

I also believe that in the wake of these crashes, I do think that perhaps a choice will be given: either join these new smart cities (now that the masses have lost everything), or live out in these “19th century” communities the WEF scoffs at. It should go without saying that you need to pick the second option, or you can choose to sear your conscience and merge with the machine.

To the believer out there, I urge PATIENCE. This was my message to start the year. The King James Bible also says to “walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15-16). I know so many professing Christians that talk about how much faith they have, but they don’t live like it, and are very slothful and conceited in all that they do. If you think for a nanosecond that just because you are a Christian, and God won’t judge you harshly, you are quite deluded.

[20] Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: [21] For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

Romans 11:20-21

But, in terms of patience, walk circumspectly but not arrogantly. I do believe the Lord will provide for a lot of you who are caught in a pickle and feel stuck right now. Those whom I speak with off The WinePress know what I am alluding to, but I shall not say here, as I can make no guarantees, and instill a false hope to many. But, the Lord will provide in time.

[12] Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. [13] There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. [14] Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

1 Corinthians 10:12-14

As concerning The WinePress, it is in the Lord’s hands, and I will continue to fight until the Lord pulls the plug and wants me to move on.

[10] If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. [11] If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; [12] If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?

Proverbs 24:10-12

But, why are all these scripted events playing out? The Bible has the answer:

The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.

Proverbs 16:4 and Zephaniah 3:8

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
