If the media is not going off the rails about Covid, then it’s about some other hot-button issue. And so what’s the latest from the media? Russia invading the Ukraine, with the U.S., and other Western allies dropping in.
One of the major points being spread around in the media as of recent, is how satellite imagery depicts the Russians are setting up medical tents near the border, along with landing war ships moving from the Baltic Sea, and into the Mediterranean regions.
At the same time, with a focus on the build-up of Russian forces around Ukraine’s borders, there remains the concern that these naval maneuvers, as well as fo [sic] due to take place in Belarus, could be part of the Kremlin’s planning for a new campaign against Ukraine.
These fears have been reinforced not only by the sheer scale of the Russian military deployments in the border areas but also the appearance of certain offensive weapons systems, including Iskander short-range ballistic missiles and combat aircraft.
Wrote The Drive
Reuters wrote, ‘Russia’s military buildup near Ukraine has expanded to include supplies of blood along with other medical materials that would allow it to treat casualties, in yet another key indicator of Moscow’s military readiness,’ which implies, according to them, that Russia is quite keen on invading at some point.
And today, the Pentagon announced that America will be sending 3,000 troops to Germany, Poland, and Romania. These troops are not the same 8,500 troops that were recently ordered to be on stand-by and alert, according to John Kirby, the Press Secretary for the Pentagon.
You can read more about the deployment, and Russia’s recent moves here:
But even though troops are being deployed, the White House just recently announced that they are backpaddling on calling a Russian invasion “imminent.”
I used that once. I think others have used that once. And then we stopped using it because I think it sent a message that we weren’t intending to send, which was that we knew (Russian) President (Vladimir) Putin had made a decision.
I would say the vast majority of times I’ve talked about it, we said he could invade at any time. That’s true. We still don’t know that he’s made a decision.
Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, reported by CNN
Western media, on seemingly all different vectors of opinion, believe that an invasion and war is on horizon.
What War?
But instead of asking the opinions of Westerners on what will transpire, based off what Western media and intel let’s them know, what do the Ukrainian and Russian people think?
Well, the aforementioned CNN report mentions Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says there is low risk of war, and got angry when American media used such terms as “imminent.”
There is a feeling abroad that there is war here. That’s not the case.
But to gather a greater perspective of what is going on, peering into the lives of the average Ukrainian could give some insight as to how they see it.
Olga Reznikova, a video blogger from the Ukraine, who documents what life is like in her country and the various sites to see, has been publishing the opinions and actions of the people in her land.
On January 29th, Olga posted a short video at a mall to discuss these tensions, and report on what the people think and feel.
She starts of the video by explaining that the overall vibe is,
[The Ukrainians] are not in fear of invasion because they don’t see it possible.
According to her, the Ukrainians know what Russian propaganda and scare tactics look like, as the nation used to be one of them, and are the same people. In short, they are not worried, and view this as more propaganda.
In her video, she cites a mother on social media who was indeed concerned about the threat of war, and how she lost her peace of mind and sleep. Many on social media told this lady to not watch the television and get on with her daily life.
[The people] believe that it is some kind of media hype, the media is talking so much about it, so much visible that it cannot be true.
Olga refers to the fiasco in 2014 and the plans to occupy Crimea, and how it was a long thought-out operation by the Russians, that no one was expecting. Ukraine was left sleeping at the wheel, as were the troops and were unprepared to fight. On top of that, the she notes of government corruption that was in place at that time, that was actively weakening their military on purpose.
Olga lays out the main theories that are being most tossed around:
Firstly, many people see this as the media trying to scare them and is typical Russian intimidation. Gleaning from that, the media says there will be attacks, but the Russian defense minister has said that there are no plans to attack. The Ukrainians feel the same. Others believe that it is because the Ukraine plans to join NATO, and that is making Russia mad. But Olga says the Ukraine has been in talks to join NATO since 2004.
Some parts of people think that it’s [propaganda] from Russia to trade for something because, yes, the invasion is very dangerous and Russia should understand by themselves it’s totally not bebeficial for them, so they want to scare everybody in the world, and need them to remove sanctions, for example, to open some Russian projects which they freeze because of invasion to Ukraine – to some other things which maybe we are not aware of it, but they both know what they want to trade for, and this is their to pressurize the West and pressurize [the] U.S., to do what they want.
Other Ukrainians theorize it has to do with legal and business agreements and contracts. Therefore, Western nations see this as acts of invasion, and will then send weapons and troops, to ultimately reinforce the deals to be made.
At the end of her report, she pans the camera around different areas of the mall and shopping centers. People could be seen acting very normal and casual: no signs of any panic and apprehension to speak of. Kids could be seen playing at the park, people eating at restaurants, couples making-out on the benches, and so forth.
In a separate video a few days prior, she published a short third-second video that compiles President Joe Biden, Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and Western media; stoking fears of an invasion and attack on the Ukraine. The video then shows four Ukrainians totally laughing it off, calling it fake, gossip, and telling people to “calm down.”
Furthermore, in a video published on December 23rd, Olga and crew interviewed both Ukrainians and Russians on the escalating events. And while there were some Ukrainians and Russians who thought war would breakout, the majority thought not.
One Russian said they will not invade, saying that Ukraine has nothing for them, while Russia has “everything.” He says the Russian troops are training in their territory, and how America would not dare to engage with Russia.
Another Russian man said this war is by stirred up by their politicians and media.
It is just defensive reaction against Americans who want to have influence in Ukraine. [The Americans are] just taking everything from Ukraine.
In short, it seems that both sides are not actually interested in war, and think it is all hype.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
I agree with the Ukrainians: this is PURE hype and hysteria, per usual from our media. Since when has our media been honest with us? And they would tell the truth about Russia and Ukraine? Exactly.
[7] And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. [8] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.Mark 13:7-8
There will indeed be real wars ahead, and I do believe a war with Russia is in America’s future, but this Ukraine ordeal seems to be another rumor.
I personally, based off what I have seen, believe some kind of under the table arms deal is going on, we are not supposed to know about. But this is speculation on my part.
All modern warfare waged by so-called developed nations is a racket, and is for one sole reason only: MONEY.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
1 Timothy 6:10
War is unquestionably the biggest money-maker out there, and this is why the U.S. wages these endless wars (that are not called wars, but fighting “terrorism” and “peacekeeping”), because it makes the military industrial complex lots of money. I think this propaganda conflict has a side benefit, which is, it can allow for the markets to be temporarily sustained for a bit longer. The West is totally dead economically, and all that is left is for the banks to pull the plug. I think rumors of war will keep things propped a tad bit longer this year, as the FED’s rate hikes will be microscopic. Time shall time.
In short, I do not believe an invasion will occur; and do as the Ukrainians: stop watching the media!
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

I’ve noticed at my job we are calling more and more past due accounts than before thus far. The longest I have seen is 89 days past due for some kind of loan.
We know of two young missionary families in the Ukraine. Both comment that life is going on pretty much as usual, life a struggle for the average person & drug use, prostitution rampant. There’s a far-right faction out of Ukraine from the ousted admin working Oregon, the Portland area, supposedly agitated by the far left! Big time drug & prostitution cartels. Looks like the BLM leaders distractors are apparently taking their ill-gotten gain & ‘retiring’ to multi-million dollar estates, leaving white supremacist, trad-cat Ukrainian and Antifa faction in charge. BLM people retiring to Canada & this side both.
–
People are still traveling back & forth across the border to and from Russia & the Ukraine, which is apparently the normal process for a lot of working class people living on one side, working on the other. Interesting how the antichrist globalist corporatists are ‘evolving’ and revising the post-WWII history with NATO, the UN and all. They want to move from the Vatican-US-Saudi petro dollar to their ‘better idea’, usefully power transferring digital, wiping out what remains of free middle class people worldwide. The US is target one with its liberty & private armament, remaining biblical literacy & dwindling remnant.
–
The family closest to the border recently & reluctantly sent mother & children west to a city further removed from the politicized & externally funded, directed immigrant agitating. No doubt this is involving market manipulations & propaganda distracters by the Biden-Clinton racket with their internationalist controllers & the other fascist right working in left-right lockstep march fashion, coming together in their Druckerian-Warren ‘communitarianism’ synthesis: but one cannot help but notice with biblical overview how the Ezekiel 38-39, Psalm 83 sides are lining up w/ China&Russia tightening their alliance. The final verses of Daniel 11, and, also taking into consideration Revelation 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
Also huge armament deals involved as with Benghazi etc. ‘Green’ monies disbursements also covering crony funding & payoffs. It’s no wonder God is judging.
