One concept currently on the table is called the “Ultra Low Emission Zone,” which would mandate a £12.50 ($17.05) each day to enter, and enact a “clean air charge” of around £2 ($2.73) for “all but the cleanest vehicles.” Those outside of London would be charged roughly £3.50 ($4.78) to enter the city.

London, England’s Mayor Sadiq Khan is seeking to enforce a new policy to charge British motorists for every mile they drive.

This plan is designed is to leverage many residents to ditch their gas or diesel-powered vehicles, and switch to the city’s public transportation, or convert to walking or cycling, or use an electric scooter in certain areas and situations.

This is to ensure the city meets its 2030 carbon sequestion goals, after he commissioned a study that reportedly found a 27% reduction in London’s car traffic was needed.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan seen arriving at the Global Radio Studios in London last week. He has been accused of clobbering hard-up motorists with his plans to charge them by the mile in London

‘A report by City Hall said per-mile charges would be a ‘simple and fair scheme’ that could replace existing fees such as the Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zone. No figure was started for how much the fee could be,’ reported the Daily Mail.

City Hall documents say that Khan’s policies are “still years away from being ready,” but he and his administration are looking at policies that can make these plans a reality within the next few years or less.

The most arduous of the policies, one which Kahn tends to reportedly lean towards, is a plan that would require a £75 billion ($102,325,500,000) investment between now and 2030 for infrastructure, that would also be scraped together from public and private sectors.

The Daily Mail says, ‘Hitting the target will require 2.2 million heat pumps in operation by the end of the decade, more solar panels on roofs, and bringing in heat networks for heating homes.’

Many are frustrated at the sound of these ambitions goals, with some saying “only the rich will be able to drive,” and others frustratingly stating the plans are “a money maker by a skint mayor.”

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

According to the Absolute Zero goals for travel, they say “Development of petrol/diesel engines ends; Any new vehicle introduced from now on must be compatible with Absolute Zero.” Driving cars and trucks end, in other words, as does flight and most shipping, and rail systems are set to be installed; while the ruling elite get to have all the “toys” they want to play with.

They are not playing around with this garbage. The UN said they want to get rid of used cars off the roads and scrapped by 2030. Why? Not because of carbon, but for total control. They must eliminate how much free movement you have, and keep you confined to a cage like a zoo animal. This was the real goal behind banning the flights for Covid and deliberately crushing the airline industry: all about limiting your free movement.

All this is because the masses will “Own Nothing And Be Happy” by 2030.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
