Trump Says Supporters Should ‘Take Credit’ For The Vaccine. Gets Booed By Audience. Contradicts Previous Statements

In a recent open forum with the former Fox News host and acclaimed author Bill O’Reilly, President Donald once again reiterated and bragged about the Covid vaccine rollout and how many lives he says it has saved.

Speaking directly to the crowd, the former President said,

We did something that was historic. We saved tens of millions of lives worldwide – we, together, all of us, not me, we.

We got a vaccine done, three vaccines done, and tremendous therapeutics like Regeneron and other things that have saved a lot of lives. We got a vaccine done in less than nine months, that was supposed to take from five to twelve years.

Because of that vaccine, because of the vaccine, millions and millions of people – I think this would have been the Spanish Flu of 1917 where up to 100 million people died. This was going to ravage the country far beyond what it is right now.

Take credit for it. Take credit for it, it’s a great – what we’ve done is historic. Don’t let them take it away, don’t take it away from ourselves; you’re playing, you’re playing right into their hands when you’re like, ‘oh the vaccine…’ If you don’t want to take it you shouldn’t be forced to take it. No mandates. But take credit because we saved tens of millions of lives, take credit. Don’t let them take that away from you.

Trump Says The Covid Vaccines Should Be Called The ‘Trumpcine.’

That last statement garnered a cheer and applause from the crowd.

O’Reilly then said he was also vaccinated, and asked if Trump had received his booster shot. The former President hesitated, but said he did, as did O’Reilly.

This statement caused some boos to be heard smattered throughout the assembly, to which Trump immediately called out and repeated ‘don’t’ many times, and pointed to what Trump referred to as a small group in the corner of the room who did not agree.

Trump’s announcement that he had been boosted surprised some in the media, such as Fauci, but expressed his gratitude all the same. The same went for Biden who also noted this in his recent address in tackling Omicron and rising hospitalizations.

However, Trump’s admission is a change of posture from several months ago when he openly challenged the booster shot narrative when they were first being launched.

He told Fox News at the time,

How good of business is that? If you’re a pure businessman, and you say ‘You know what, let’s give them another shot, that’s another $10 billion dollars of money coming in. The whole thing is crazy.

You wouldn’t think you would need a booster. You know when these first came out they were good for life. Then they were good for a year or two, and I could see the writing on the wall. I could see the dollar signs in their eyes of that guy that runs Pfizer.

And yet Trump himself not that long ago that if it where up to him he would sell the Covid vaccines instead of mandating them.

It will never cease to amaze me how the Trumptards still keep going along for the ride with this joker. How much more evidence must be shown that he is just another shill and government swamp creature?

It’s obvious that this buffoon, and papist O’Reilly, did not get their boosters; and I do not believe for a second Trump got the other two. If he did, it was a dud on purpose.

But I mean, comparing this to the Spanish Flu? Seriously? Not to mention the fact he totally amplified the numbers on purpose to make it sound worse than it was. And then this imp wants us to take credit for it – credit for the slaughter of hundreds of thousands by now, and “millions and millions worldwide” on the way.

And yet brain-dead morons there and online kiss this dude’s feet like he is a god, because he said the death shots should not be mandated. How long will that last? Places your bets.
