Flu activity is at its lowest in years, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
In the first week of February, just four people tested positive for flu.
The CDC says only 189 tests submitted to its surveillance program have come back positive this season.
It hasn’t been this low since they started collecting data in 2005, the agency said.
The CDC says it’s possible coronavirus mitigation efforts have kept the virus at bay.

As The WinePress reported in December, the CDC openly admitted that there was a whopping 98% decrease in laboratory confirmed influenza in 2020. Where’d it mysteriously go? And this year is on track to do the same.
Could it be that Covid cases have been completely misdiagnosed as the flu? And lest anyone say its because of wearing face masks, the CDC also released a study on May 2020 stating that face masks do not stop the transmission of the flu. That data was collected from the 1946-2018.
And it’s rather hilarious when all of the symptoms, admitted by the CDC, perfectly align with Covid. Not to mention the WHO and CDC have had to admit to the tests leading to false positives.
