The report mentions the vaccine panic from yesterday’s WinePress report.
The vaccine supply we thought we were going to lose in a few hours we could actually re-refrigerate and administer later.

To me it seems clear that this event was triggered to further get the vaccines distributed as fast as they can. As the creator of The WinePress, I can tell you that my reports on the current state of the economy do not even form a drop in a bucket. If you have not figured it out yet, the economies of the world are in MASSIVE freefall. Now the government is racing to try get these vaccines gone and over with, or the economy will go thermal nuclear sooner than planned.
That statement by that county judge revealed they are using the polar vortex as an excuse to get the vaccines out as best as they can. She admits that they could be re-refrigerated, so that was more Covid panic as usual.
Let us not forget that the Lord is charge of the weather. There are not “natural disasters” or “mother nature” stepping in: it’s Jesus Christ.

I do believe that man has limited capabilities in weather manipulation – things such as chemtrails or projects that Bill Gates has been working on to a certain degree.
