Dr. Berg is an advocate for the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. I have never tried keto, but I have incorporated some of the practices recommended by Dr. Berg into my lifestyle. I can say I have done some intermittent fasting, and I can say that it definitely does work. Fasting is a biblical practice. Health fasting is more of a mind game than anything else.

But the evidence is super clear: Covid-19 is nowhere remotely close to being deadly, unless you are in poor health; but even then, the data still points to unhealthy people beating it. This is why the media has gotten drunk off of case numbers and supposedly “packed hospitals” because the death rates continue to go down.
