Quebecers who remain unvaccinated may have to start paying additional taxes, unless they get vaccinated soon.
‘Quebec Premier François Legault said Tuesday the province would be imposing a health tax on Quebecers who refuse to get their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in the coming weeks,’ wrote the CBC.
We’re looking for a health contribution for adults who refuse to be vaccinated for non-medical reasons.
These people, they put a very important burden on our health-care network. I think it’s reasonable a majority of the population is asking that there be consequences.

Legault did not reveal how much the infraction would cost – which will be revealed “in the coming weeks” – but above $50 or $100, as to make it of significance.
This fee would be tacked onto the citizen’s provincial tax filings, but did not clarify if it will affect this year’s tax filings, or next years for 2022.

Some Canadian ethics lawyers have said these taxes can be challenged as a violation of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, explained civil rights lawyer Julius Grey from Montreal, but said ‘there are legal arguments to be made in favour of making vaccinations obligatory.’
Grey feels this will ultimately be sent to the court because of heavy resistance that still exists.
Allowing the government to levy fines on those who do not agree with the government’s recommended medical treatment is a deeply troubling proposition.
A flat fee that targets all these groups the same, I think, has a harder time respecting the principle of equity and justice compared to other measures the government could choose.

However political commentator Hugo Talks noted that this tax, if it stands, affects the vaccinated more so than the unvaxxed. He notes that Canada, similarly to the United States, is considering making the booster shot apart of the “fully vaccinated” regime. If someone where not to get their booster shot, then they could fall into this tax category by default, for not being ‘up to date.’

Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently spoke directly to young children in public address, for them to get vaccinated and coerce their parents to get them vaccinated.

Assuming this goes through, if I were in Canada, I would not pay the garbage: the government can go stick it.
But what Hugo pointed out is a very great point to remember. These liars in the government can decree that you are not “up to date” anymore, and if someone chooses not to get vaccinated once again, it’ll show up on their tax fillings unawares. It’s a trap. If you have already compiled, and have bowed down and received the sacrament of vaccination, then the government can manipulate you however they want.
Moreover, I have noted this before, but since the world governments are scrapping the status of “fully vaccinated,” then whenever the media says “the vaccinated are filling up the hospital beds and dying,” are they referring to someone who has had their two doses, or are now “up to date?” It’s a crafty bait and switch, that allows the media to coverup for the mass deaths that are occurring with those who have taken a Covid death shot, while dividing and conquering by blaming those in society who have taken zero shots – such as the case with Calgary.
