“Thanks [Liquid Death] for this rare opportunity but please be careful with my life force. Looking forward to our future “collaborations” as long as they don’t involve replicants.”

Famous skateboarder Tony Hawk has partnered with the water company Liquid Death – a simple water-based drink marketed with dark overtones – giving away 100 limited edition skateboards with his blood in them.

They sold out immediately when they hit the market.

Yes, there is actually @tonyhawk’s real blood in these skateboards. And yes, we sterilized it first. Own your very own piece of the Birdman today at liquiddeath.com/hawkblood. But act fast! There are only 100 of them! Disclaimer: Although it could arguably make the world a better place, never ever use these boards to make clones of Tony Hawk.

Said the company on an Instagram Post

Hawk posted on his Instagram this statement:

Always read the fine print! Thanks @liquiddeath for this rare opportunity but please be careful with my life force. Looking forward to our future “collaborations” as long as they don’t involve replicants.

Hawk, as seen in the video, donated a vial of his blood, which was then added to a bucket of red paint used in the printing of the boards. The decks cost $500.

CNN says, ‘The company said it will donate 10% of profits from the boards to charities 5Gyres, which works to reduce plastic pollution in the oceans, and The Skatepark Project, which builds skateparks in underserved communities.’

In late March, rapper Lil Nas X released his “Satan Shoes” coupled with a controversial music video. His shoes also contained blood in them, but from someone working at the manufacturing facility.

The rapper spoke out on social media when the backlash was nowhere as severe compared to what he received.

Him and Hawk squashed contentions, as seen in a TikTok and Twitter post.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

This might be old news to some of you (as this occurred in late-August), but I still wanted to talk about it.

What we are now seeing is more and more glorification of Satanism, and that the idea of having someone else’s blood is now cool and a hot commodity; hence, why these promotions are currently coming out in small numbers.

Give it some more time and drinking it will become acceptable. Moreover, The WP reported in April a giant story from Newsweek talking about the “benefits” to use and consume blood to reverse anti-aging. You can see my additional commentary there.

[28] For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; [29] That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

Their feet are swift to shed blood:

[10] And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people. [11] For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
