“Flying is not a right, and the case for restricting it to vaccinated people is straightforward: The federal government is the sole entity that can regulate the terms and conditions of airline safety.”

Is it possible that Americans who refuse to not get a Covid-19 vaccine, could be banned from purchasing firearms or even possess one? Some sources say that is the case.

Over two weeks ago the U.S. Federal government began introduce new threats and potential mandates. On August 14th, The WinePress reported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is effectively labeling those who are opposed to new federal and state edicts and mandates associated with Covid-19, as a potential terror threat.

potential terror threats

Not long after this announcement, The WP reported the following day that the Biden Administration is considering a potential restriction barring interstate travel for those who are not vaccinated.

A few days later, The WP again reported that Congress introduced a bill in August that would place the unvaccinated on a “no-fly” list. It is titled, “H.R.4980 – To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to ensure that any individual traveling on a flight that departs from or arrives to an airport inside the United States or a territory of the United States is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and for other purposes.”

With these new proposed laws on the table, and being labeled as a potential terror threat for not being vaccinated, some sources say this will naturally extend further and result in the confiscation of firearms.

According to Evan Nappen, a gun lawyer from AmmoLand.com, says that if these aforementioned laws in part into effect, then that would result in the unvaccinated’s guns being stripped, and the prevention to get another one.

He references Rahm Emanuel, a former White House Chief of Staff under President Barack Obama, who has touted a “No Fly, No Buy” gun control law that targets the individual owner and not the gun itself.

What it means is that anybody who is on the “no fly” list becomes a prohibited person, for purposes of possession and purchase of a firearm.

The idea is to make it a national disqualifier. So, in the same way when you fill out a 4473 and they ask if you ever been convicted of a crime, or maybe you’re being committed for a mental health issue, etc.; one of the questions will be” ‘Are you on a “no-fly” list?’

[…] If you are on the no-fly list then you get denied. […] New Jersey already has such a law, so this is not something being done in the “experimental states.”

Even Nappen

Nappen also notes that in New Jersey, that former Governor Chris Christie (a Republican) signed into the books one of these “terrorist” laws that prevented certain people from obtaining a firearm. Nappen makes the point that these types gun-restricting laws very easily can cross party lines.

Nappen further notes that President Joe Biden was asked if he supports this type of “no fly, no buy” law, and he very much is in favor of that.

On top of that, the gun lawyer also brings to the attention that Juliette Kayyem – a former secretary for Homeland Security under Obama, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, teaches international security at Harvard, and is a guest for CNN – recently proposed that the government must put the unvaccinated on a no-fly list.

Flying is not a right, and the case for restricting it to vaccinated people is straightforward: The federal government is the sole entity that can regulate the terms and conditions of airline safety.

And although air-filtration systems and mask requirements make transmission of the coronavirus unlikely during any given passenger flight, infected people can spread it when they leave the airport and take off their mask.

Vaccinated people should no longer carry the burden for unvaccinated people.

Kayyem said

Just several days ago she told Wbur:

Kayyem: […] We have to begin to assert burdens on those who are choosing not to be vaccinated. What we’re finding is that while there are headstrong unvaccinated and, of course, the anti-vaxxers, many of the unvaccinated just need a nudge to get their shot. And so airline travel, if they want to see their family at the holidays, is one area that we should begin to look at.

The host: There is a large group that says, I am an American with a valid ID; I have a credit card. I can afford a flight to Los Angeles to go see my family for the holidays. The government telling me what I have to do with my body before I can get on a flight that I can pay for is big government at its worst.

Kayyem: Yeah, yeah. Well, welcome to reality. The other times that you went on an airplane…

I mean, come on. I mean, you’re giving up your name, your number. I mean, you’re giving up your birthday. You’re having X-rays go through your system. You can’t drink your water. You can’t smoke if you’re still doing that.

The government sets all sorts of regulations for safety and security. We already live in that world. And this is just an additional requirement. Think of what the government can do as simply setting the floor for appropriate conduct. You can do whatever you want. You can not get the vaccine. You can choose to go over the speed limit. But there will be consequences for that. And putting a requirement for vaccination for the privilege – because that’s what it is, flying or getting from point A to point B – is consistent with all sorts of other safety floors that the federal government has done across almost every aspect of your life.

With this in mind, gun lawyer Even Nappen concludes this would effectively squander American’s Second Amendment rights.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment II

And it’s not just notable Democrats such as Biden, Obama, Clinton, and many others who have advocated and pursued tighter gun laws. In 2016, Time reported that soon-to-be President Trump was also in favor of a no-fly gun control bill.

Taking it a step further, Mike Adams of Natural News, has made the implications that this could eventually make it easier for those labeled “as high risk individuals” to be removed and placed in “green zones” as part of a “shielding approach to separate those at higher risk from the “low-risk” – something The WinePress has explained in other reports.

Adams further mentions that this potential gun confiscation will make it all the more easier for these “vaccine surge teams” to confront individuals – something that has gone rather quiet weeks after the announcement.

Vaccine Surge Teams Begin Rolling Out Around The Country But With Actual Vaccines

Just yesterday CNN aired an interview with the CDC’s Rochelle Walensky, and how she and the CDC are going to try to step up to minimize gun-related violence.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

[9] By reason of the multitude of oppressions they make the oppressed to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm of the mighty. [10] But none saith, Where is God my maker, who giveth songs in the night; [11] Who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, and maketh us wiser than the fowls of heaven? [12] There they cry, but none giveth answer, because of the pride of evil men. [13] Surely God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty regard it.

Job 35:9-13

You want the oppression and draconian edicts to stop? Simple: the nation has to repent towards the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and do the works meet for repentance (Acts 26:18-20). But, we all know isn’t going to happen, nor all the calls for revival and a “great awakening” among Charismatics, Apostolics, and Baptists are a sign of anything but apostasy and delusion.

The bottom line is simple: I have said it before, so say I again: I will NEVER take these death shots, no matter what the government tries to do to me. I have the Lord on my side. He’ll fight and provide no matter what, and I trust that. So, fine, take your smelly planes Corporate America – I didn’t want to ride on one anyways. And if you want my guns, I’ll guess you’ll have to come and try to take them. But don’t expect me to give them up.

On top of this, I would greatly consider getting more firearms and ammo before these laws inevitably take effect. We know they will.

[1] A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? [2] When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. [3] Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. [4] One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple. [5] For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. [6] And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. [7] Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. [8] When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. [9] Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. [10] When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. [11] Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. [12] Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. [13] I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. [14] Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Psalms 27:1-14

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Come and take them, the ONLY reason any government has for taking away the ability of the people to defend themselves is because they want to do something to the people they can’t do if the people are able to meaningfully defend themselves. I have not yet been a part of any gun violence, but once free men must rise up against domestic tyranny they will surely be labeled as terrorists, criminals Et al.. If they follow through, and they will, people will be dying in the streets and not just from the vaccine. Speaking of vaccine, just found out an old client of mine that lives next to my parents had gotten the vaccine. He is dead now, woke up, felt bad, went and laid down again, family found him dead later when they went to check on him.
