Argentina has become the first South American nation to allow citizens to identify as nonbinary on their Identification documents and passports.

Starting yesterday, all Argentinians who choose not to identify as male or female, will be indicated as gender “X” on official documents.

President Alberto Fernandez, along with the Minister of Women, Gender and Diversity, Elizabeth Gómez, and the Minister of the Interior Eduardo de Pedro, debuted the first three ID cards with the “X” at a ceremony a week earlier, according to DW.

The state should not care about the gender of its citizens. There are other identities than men and women and they must be respected.

The ideal will be when all of us are just who we are and no one cares about people’s gender. This is a step we are taking and I hope one day we get to the point where IDs don’t say if someone is a man, woman or anything else.

Merco Press says that the nation’s Gender Identity Law guarantees citizen’s rights to identify themselves as neither male nor female.

The last decade and then some has seen Argentina has gone through many controversial changes to their laws.

In 2020, the nation passed legislature that allowed for the abortion of babies up the 14th week of maternity, though many influential Roman Catholics and Evangelicals starkly opposed the bill.

In 2012, Argentina allowed people to identify as the opposite gender without going through cosmetic surgeries and taking other hormonal medications to look and act more like the opposite sex. 2010 saw the South American nation legalize sodomite marriage.

Last week, online news outlet Crux reports that the current president is under hot water, stating,

[The president] is currently facing blowback for what critics call one of the world’s worst handlings of the COVID-19 pandemic, to the point that Bloomberg recently labeled it the ‘worst’ place to be during the global health crisis. Among other things, Argentina currently holds the highest number of deaths per capita and the poverty rate went up over 10% in the past 18 months, which means that close to half of the country cannot make ends meet.

[4] And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, [5] And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

Matthew 19:4-5

Every once in a blue moon you’ll encounter a sodomite that knows the Bible has their number, so they try and say “Well, Jesus never condemned it.” That above passage sounds self evident to me, wouldn’t you say?

But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

2 Timothy 3:13

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • I have a hunch that Argentina will now experience some sort of disaster, such as a flood, tornado, earthquake, etc., or perhaps it can be something else such as an attack from a foreign army or the cartels.
