Pakistan Government Prohibits Use Of Smart Phones If The Person Refuses To Get Vaccinated

According to a recent report from a Pakistani newspaper, Dawn, The Punjab government on June 10th made the decision to block the SIM cards in people’s smart devices if the individuals refuse to get a Covid-19 vaccine, said officials.

Final decision has been taken to block the mobile SIM cards of people not getting vaccinated.

Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid chaired a high-level meeting and came to the decision to to set up mobile vaccination camps outside major shrines in the province, and businesses that completely open in areas that are at least 20% of the people have been vaccinated.

‘Vaccinated people will be allowed to go to cinema halls and restaurants and marriage halls will be opened. People suffering from terminal illnesses like HIV/AIDS and cancer will now be vaccinated on priority, according to the spokesperson,’ says the report by Dawn.

We have seen considerable decrease in [the] number of cases. The government is utilising all our resources for control of Covid-19 under the leadership of Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.

She credits the reduced number of cases because of the administration’s actions, noting that at least 677 vaccination centers have been operating in the province.

After the opening of these walk-in facilities, adults would be able to get inoculated after providing their CNIC cards.

CNIC card is equivalent to a license/ID in the states – “National Identity Card (NIC) is issued to the citizens of Pakistan. It is a blend of state-of-the-art technology and well-defined business rules to guarantee its authenticity and validity. The unique 13 digit identification number is recognized all over the country. It is the first requirement of individuals as it is mandatory to obtain documents like license, NTN, bank account, passport, cellular connection etc. Every citizen of Pakistan, 18 years and above, is eligible for NIC.”

The Punjab chief secretary said where 20% of the population has been vaccinated, all business are subject to comply with mask wearing.

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) officially announced that Covid vaccination is mandatory for all public and private sector employees, and that all government employees must be inoculated by the end of this month.

On top of all that, the Sindh government, a provincial government in Pakistan, mandated that the salaries of government employees be withheld entirely if they refuse to be vaccinated by July.

The Pakistani paper Dawn reported last week that the vaccination drive in Punjab has been “dead slow,” as the government plans to get all 67 million people vaccinated by years end.

‘The provincial government had started vaccination in the first week of March to achieve the target by the end of 2021,’ says the paper.

Employees will be fired, bank accounts shuttered, gas pumps inactivated, prohibited abilities to use the internet outright, purchasing food from the grocery store and markets, you name it: it’s coming. You might say, “C’mon Jacob, surely that is stretching it?” -and perhaps it is; but if the Pakistani government can flip a metaphorical switch to block the SIM cards of those who refuse the vaccine, and slash their paychecks, then anything is fair game.

Bryan Denlinger of King James Video Ministries made some of these iterations in a recent sermon, reasoning from the scriptures why Jesus Christ, the Creator and sustainer of all life, would NEVER take or advocate a vaccine.
