The Japanese Red Cross Society posted on their website who cannot donate blood.
Those who were vaccinated against the flu, Japanese encephalitis, whooping cough, tetanus, toxoids, cholera, hepatitis A, and pneumococcal bacteria, cannot donate their blood for at least 24 hours.
Those inoculated for hepatitis B cannot donate for at least 2 weeks. Anti-HBs human immunoglobulin recipients, or in combination with the hepatitis B shot, for at least 6 months.
Recipients of a rabies vaccines are advised not to donate blood for a year.
Mumps, rubella, BCG, and other weakly poisonous live vaccine recipients cannot donate blood for 4 weeks. Smallpox vaccine recipients are advised to not donate until 2 months have passed. Those inoculated against tetanus, snake venom, gas vesicles, and botulism can donate blood for at least 3 months after administration.
The Japanese Red Cross Society then said on March 31st and April 13th, reports the Solari Report, that, “Those who have been vaccinated against new coronaviruses are not allowed to donate blood for the time being.”
The Society has updated their stances again, and they currently mandate this for the Covid vaccines:
Those who have been vaccinated against new coronaviruses are not allowed to donate blood. Those who have been vaccinated with [a] RNA vaccine (including mRNA vaccine) can donate blood as long as 48 hours have passed.

A brother in Christ sent this to me and it is interesting that one of our readers was just asking about the potential of blood donations with someone who has received a Covid death shot.
It is also very dubious as to why the Japanese Red Cross one minute said they do not allow blood donations with those that have been vaccinated with a Covid shot, to then specifically allowing blood donations after a couple of days since receiving a Covid vaccine with mRNA. These would be the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.
