Yesterday, Ontario, Canada’s Premier Doug Ford announced a new lockdown that is to last 4 weeks for his province effective immediately.
Ontarians immediately received emergency alerts on their phones, on the radio, and on the television, according to a report by CTV News. The alerts told them to stay home as a new lockdown was put into effect.
The alert sent by the Ministry of the Solicitor General through the province’s Alert Ready broadcast system, warned residents to not leave their homes unless for essential business such as groceries, healthcare, exercise, or work.
Premier Doug Ford says this new lockdown comes from a surge on Covid cases in the province.
‘Stores that sell goods such as groceries, cleaning supplies and pharmacy products can remain open but only to sell essential items. Non-essential retail can open for curbside pickup or delivery only,’ according to the report by CTV News.
This is the third declared state of emergency for Ontario since the beginning of the pandemonium beginning in 2020.
We are facing a serious situation and drastic measures are required to contain the rapid spread of the virus, especially the new variants of concern. I know pulling the emergency brake will be difficult on many people across the province, but we must try and prevent more people from getting infected and overwhelming our hospitals. Our vaccine rollout is steadily increasing, and I encourage everyone who is eligible to get vaccinated. That is our best protection against this deadly virus.

Some reports such as The Guardian and NBC 2 WGRZ are attributing this rise in cases due to the “B117 Variant” that is believed to be more transmissible.
This is our third wave for sure and it’s the variant, it spreads a lot faster and that’s the big concern. The good news is we’ve already vaccinated all the high-risk people in nursing homes and retirement homes, everybody over 80, now we are at everybody over the age of 55 getting their first shot.

The stay-at-home order is totally necessary, but doesn’t get at the roots of where Covid-19 variants are and how they’re spreading, particularly amongst essential workers. This order, in isolation, will not get at the crux of the matter, which is protecting essential workers who have to go to work.
Ultimately, staying home is a privilege. And if we haven’t learned that by this point in the pandemic, I don’t know when we will.

Did you catch that at the end? They are locking the joint down for officially the third time and all they had are 19 deaths. And then panic about a surge in cases. Cases can literally meaning anything from asymptomatic and not knowing you have something – to a cough and sneeze – to on your death bed. All the media does is push cases this, and cases that. They never tell you the severity of the cases nor the ages of these cases and deaths. As we know from the data (that the media and vile politicians never once mention), it is the elderly that are primarily dying, but even they have a super strong chance of survival.
I will continue to keep hammering on this to remind everyone, and for new readers: there is no Covid-19. I am convinced Covid is just some umbrella term they are using to bunch in all kinds of diseases together – for a disease that has yet to have been isolated or its so-called variants. Where did the flu go last year and to start out this year? For that matter, what about all other diseases and sicknesses? Guess they don’t matter anymore.
But don’t talk about facts, you Canadians: bow down to Ford, some chubby-trout who looks like he can barely touch his toes, is going to tell you to lockdown for “health and safety!?”

Translation: only the big corporations, the Walmarts and the Costcos and the Canadian equivalents of those in the U.S. are open for business, but the little is getting pinched. Do you see it now if you have not already? One of the main goals of these lockdowns is to force small businesses to go extinct while all traffic is redirected to the big boys. The little guy is not “essential,” but Walmart sure is: and they continue to get richer with their cheap goods from China.
Ontario, being the largest of the Canadian provinces and with the largest production operations in the country – expect to see Canada fall apart even more. We have not been reporting a whole lot about their economic shape, but they, like pretty much all other nations, are in a tailspin.
