Grandma Captures “Devil Spirit” Standing Over Toddler’s Crib

The 41 year-old grandmother set up a motion activated camera at her son’s house after hearing complaints that his two year-old daughter Amber McKenzie was communing with someone or something in the middle of the night.

Several days later the camera captured a disturbing apparition of what is being described as a figure with “a horn on its head and long claws.”

This capture was made just before 3 AM, which in the occult and necromancy world is known as the “witching hour” – an hour which is believed to unleash more paranormal activity at this time.

Naturally, the grandma was petrified to make this discovering. She attempted to rid the “evil presence” by burning oils, which resulted in poltergeist activity with curtains and cabinets opening and closing on their own, and music would begin to play around the house.

McKenzie shared her findings on a paranormal Facebook group. Many of them said to just sell the house and get out of there.

McKenzie claims that in January they recorded orbs floating around the children and caused her and Ryan to remove one of the children from the room.

It was so shocking when I saw it. I had to do a double-take. The first thing I saw was horns on its head, so you immediately think it’s the devil or a demon.

When we caught videos of the orbs we thought it was a family member looking after the kids, but that picture, I have no idea. It’s terrifying.

I showed the kids and my 13-year-old son was scared by it. I ran over to the house and showed my eldest son. We were just in shock and he couldn’t explain it either.

Everybody was asleep, so it couldn’t have been my son or his partner. We have still shots of him in there and it looks nothing like that. I know that it’s something supernatural.

Ryan has moved the kids out of their room and into his room. Nothing bad has happened to them yet, but it’s the fact that it could.

The two-year-old isn’t scared of [the figure] and thinks it’s her friend, but one night she told it to go away.

Ryan has let me try and figure it out where to go with this, so I thought I should post it on Facebook to try and get some help.

I just want to get rid of whatever it is.

Her Facebook post said this:

[Something] has been making contact of some sort with my two-year-old granddaughter and seven-month-old grandson.

It started out talking to the two-year-old keeps her up every night, usually laughing and talking, until one night we heard her telling it no, and to go away, but it never went away and my son thought he heard me in her room talking to her but I wasn’t there.

Also we were told to burn nettle salt and palo santo and it kept going out and wouldn’t stay lit. Every time we tried to light it a song would come on by itself and would play for five seconds then turn off and kept doing that it would stop until we tried to burn that stuff again.

The song is silly but it is All American Rejects ‘move along’ and the other one was ‘leave me alone’. Those songs are not even on their playlist.

And after we attempted to burn that there were tons of orbs all over the camera more than I had ever seen.

And every night since there are tons of orbs I counted over 25 in a six-minute time frame. And it looks like the two-year-old can see the orbs she watches them fly around the room (we have that on camera).

So I guess obviously my main concern is that it’s not there to harm us.

But I kinda feel like it’s trying to get our attention to tell us something.

How do I find this out, and who it is? I kinda feel like I know who it is, by the way I feel when I’m in that room.

The reactions were mixed across the board. Some said to pour gasoline in the house and burn it down. Some said it could be a lost soul passing through. Others said it is maybe deceased family overlooking the children. Others were terrified as well and were quick to call it demonic.

As a lost man I have had my experiences with necromancy. Most of it was “fan-boying” over different shows, most notably “Ghost Adventures” from the Travel Channel, but I have had my own experiences as I was also fascinated with the “afterlife” and spirits. I have had my own encounters and I have unmistakably ‘seen some things.’

For this family to have the devil oppression they are experiencing comes from keeping idols in your home – things that will cause evil and unclean spirit oppression and possession. Idols do not have to be actual statues you pray and sacrifice to: it could be something worldly that you greatly covet – you idolize it.

[19] What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? [20] But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. [21] Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.

[20] And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: [21] Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

When king Saul sought out the witch at Endor, he wanted to commune with the then dead prophet and judge of Israel, Samuel. As this witch opened up this “portal,” she said she saw “gods.” She is referring to the spirits she was seeing. This confirms the above passages from the New Testament.

And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.

1 Samuel 28:13

All of this to say, you need to be very careful about what you keep in your house. What you listen to, what you read, what you watch, so on. I know there are fleshly false teachers who prance around proclaiming everything under the sun is at “liberty” for the Christian to indulge in; but that is VERY wrong and deceptive. Maybe they have some spirits attached to them.

[13] Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. [14] And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. [15] And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? [16] And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. [17] And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified. [18] And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds. Perhaps you need to do some “book burning.” If you have idols in your house you know are wrong and sinful, GET RID OF THEM! If you do not have the ability to burn the object, find some way to destroy it and throw it away.

What do you do if you in fact have devil spirits messing with you, family, and are playing around in your house? Well, I can to you, superstitious actions of burning oils, sage, candles, crystal healing, dreamcatchers, “holy water” and screaming “The power of Christ compels you!,” and playing an alternative rock band from the 2000s will not fix your problem. If you are saved, you need to pray and fast fervently. If you are not saved, put everything else aside and truly come before the Lord as a repentant and contrite sinner trusting in Christ’s finished work on the cross, and that he rose again the third day.

[17] And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; [18] And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not. [19] He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me. [20] And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.
