Vaccination campaigns, quarantine efforts, tracking, and “Handling panic and maintaining public order” will be just some of the topics discussed.

As pandemic fears widen around the world, two forums will be held this October to discuss the threat of Highly-Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) and how it can be treated. These two forums will be held around the same time in different locations.

The first one, hosted by the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville), called the International Avian Influenza and One Health Emerging Issues Summit, will be held on September 30th to October 3rd.

The forum’s website states: ‘Since January 2022, multiple HPAI viruses have infected tens of millions of wild birds, commercial poultry flocks, and more than two dozen species of terrestrial and marine mammals worldwide. This bird flu panzootic has also spread across Africa, Asia, the Americas, Australia, Europe and even into Antarctica. That is why we decided to modify the scope of the Summit this year.’

‘The first day will be to cover HPAI in commercial poultry with talks directly to poultry veterinarians as Dr. Caldwell suggested. The next day will cover the panzootic situation. Nevertheless, as suggested by Dr. Hargis, this year we are including Emerging Issues to cover other important economic diseases affecting commercial poultry, swine, cattle, bees, and humans as One Health,’ the university added.

The forum is still looking for a number of sponsors to help better fund the event and cover expenses.

A number of scientists, researchers, professors and other guest speakers will be talking about a plethora of topics relating to bird flu and the current reported outbreaks happening in the U.S.

One of the speakers include Bill Hewat, a veterinarian with Tyson Foods who works with both domestic and international poultry operations.

Some of the topics include “Vaccination against high pathogenicity avian influenza: first lessons from the French duck vaccination plan;” “The use of backyard flocks as an avian influenza and Newcastle disease early warning system;” “Economic Impacts of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza;” “One Health in Aquaculture by Biofloc technology to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);” “The looming threat of a new influenza pandemic” and many more.

Another summit will take place at the same time in Washington D.C., on October 2nd-4th, called the “International Bird Flu Summit.” The window for registration has closed to end out June.

According to the event’s brochure, the group said: “Welcome to the International Bird Flu Summit, where we address the pressing concerns surrounding the recent developments in avian influenza. With the emergence of a highly virulent strain of bird flu affecting both cattle and humans, it is imperative that we come together to discuss preparedness, response strategies, and the future implications of this evolving situation.”

Pandemic Fears

The WinePress has reported on several occasions the words of former CDC Director Robert Redfield, who has warned that bird flu will be the “next pandemic,” and will have a devastating mortality rate of 25-50%.

Moreover, The WP has occasionally quoted a handful of recent mainstream media headlines warning about the bird flu contagion and food contamination, which assert that could lead to a new pandemic. Some of these recent articles include:

  • Experts: Nation needs to prepare for next pandemic, even if it’s not bird flu – (UPI News)
  • US to test dairy products including ice cream and butter for H5N1 bird flu virus – (The Telegraph)

Finland has already begun a vaccination campaign to vaccinate against bird flu, though several weeks in actual uptick is unknown.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

The bird flu ataxia is not going away – it’s something I speculated for a long time that the handlers would use a clever proxy to justify the mass-culling and vaccination of livestock, including livestock and pets; and provide an excuse to yank meat and dairy from the shelves, put restrictions on it and farmers, consolidate farms, and tax the daylights out of the products.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

Now we have these forums cropping up this autumn and it will be interesting to see who will all be in attendance, as this could be – similar to Event 201 and Crimson Contagion – key players getting all their ducks in a row before this narrative is put into full gear. 2025 will prove to be an insanely crazy year where a confluence of events will meet in the middle, I believe.

Continue to pay attention to this stuff and warn who you can that will still listen, namely that of farmers especially.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Matthew 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and PESTILENCES, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Don’t forget this prophecy from God himself. This will only get worse! What a time to be alive.
I’ve never seen how mind-controlled people are to fear everything until I trained with two women at a new job. They have to have a cellphone and know everything that is going on when it happens. They are anxious about everything, but also gossip/murmur about EVERYTHING their minds think of.

  • According to “Redacted” and other reliable news sources, the vaxscenes are ready to be rolled out this month and into August, . Finland has already poked them into their pin cushion people. Clearly, the summits are designed to get together to see who won the bet as to how many people would be killed by them! The secondary purpose is to see how well their carefully thought-out plans (as seen here) are working for them. I only used two brain cells to reach that conclusion…
