Australia’s Victorian provincial government has launched a controversial task force explicitly designed to change men’s behavior, amidst reported growing violence and attacks against women.
Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan announced in May that state MP Tim Richardson, who now formerly served as Parliamentary Secretary for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, would become the inaugural Parliamentary Secretary for Men’s Behavior Change, the first of its kind in the world.
Allan said in a statement upon her announcement:
Tim Richardson will become Parliamentary Secretary for Men’s Behaviour Change, continuing the Allan Labor Government’s priority to make Victoria a safer place for women and children and work to end the tragedy of deaths of Victorian women at the hands of men.
This is the first position of its kind in Australia – and will focus largely on the influence the internet and social media have on boys’ and men’s attitudes towards women and building respectful relationships.
Richardson said in a separate statement: “The time to act on men’s violence against women is now and it starts with us men and boys.”
The Daily Aus reported: ‘Richardson’s new role is expected to focus “on boys’ and men’s attitudes towards women”. This includes the influence that social media and the internet has on behaviour.’
‘The Premier said Richardson will work alongside Family Violence Prevention Minister Vicki Ward to end “the tragedy of deaths of Victorian women at the hands of men.” It follows the alleged murders of three women in the Victorian town of Ballarat this year,’ the paper added.
Aussie support group No To Violence (NTO), an advocacy group dedicated to ending male violence against women, praised the move. NTO CEO Phillip Ripper said in a media release:
We are pleased to see the Victorian Government continuing to prioritize the safety of women, children and communities in Victoria. This appointment demonstrates that the Government is starting to back up its commitments to go beyond the budget window to explore further options to address family violence in Victoria.
We look forward to working with Mr. Richardson to ensure that men’s use of family violence also remains a key priority for the Government. You can’t truly stop family violence until you stop men’s use of violence. And we won’t stop that without increased funding for a range of effective interventions to assist men to change their behavior.
This move comes after a wave of crimes and murders against women in the province. CNN reported:
Gender-based violence is plaguing Australia – 31 women have been killed across the country so far this year, according to the Counting Dead Women project. Last year, 64 women were murdered, the group said.
Last weekend, a woman and her daughter were shot dead in Perth, Western Australia, by a man who was allegedly trying to find his ex-partner and daughter. In a statement, the man’s daughter said that, “when my father couldn’t find us he murdered her best friend and her best friend’s daughter.”
The country was rattled by multiple violent incidents in April, including when five women were killed by a man armed with a knife at a shopping center in the suburb of Bondi in Sydney. Police said CCTV footage showed it was “obvious” the man targeted women. In another violent incident, a 28-year-old mother was allegedly murdered by her partner, who was already facing charges of raping and stalking her but had been released on bail.
Tarang Chawla, who founded the non-profit Not One More Niki after his sister Nikita Chawla was murdered by her partner in 2015, told CNN he hopes the new parliamentary position will make a “tangible difference” to addressing male violence in Australia.
“This role gives me some semblance of hope that the focus is shifting away from this being a women’s problem to solve and instead is a men’s issue that we can take leadership for,” he said.
“But it also requires the Parliamentary Secretary to consult and collaborate on solutions with those working on the ground, with men, to understand their attitudes, the drivers of their actions and work to change their behaviors,” he told CNN.
Another issue arrives as to what constitutes harm and abuse against women, besides overt physical attacks and murder.
An opinion piece for News.com.au suggested “Is it time to stop men congregating in groups?,” claiming that hordes of men make it “unsafe to be a woman,” especially in the context of sporting events. The author argued:
All of which begs the question: if we have so many examples of the threat posed to women’s safety by allowing large groups of males to congregate together, should we be considering limiting their ability to do so?
But if, as a man, the idea of your civil liberties being impinged upon in such a profound way rankles, ask yourself: what civil liberties do you believe women should have when we walk out into the world?
Because whether we’re doing the shopping on an innocuous Saturday afternoon, walking to our car after dark, playing a game of weekend footy or simply doing our jobs, the truth is inescapable: we’re at an unacceptably heightened risk of violence from men.
We duck our heads, we cross the street, we hold our keys in our fists, we smile back (because being ‘nice’ mistakenly makes us feel a bit safer), we don’t make eye-contact, we don’t walk alone, we pretend to be on the phone, we pretend to have a boyfriend, we pretend to laugh, we pretend we’re not scared.
But we are, and it impinges upon our civil liberties every single day. If we’re lucky, that’s all it does, but as we well know, many of us don’t get away so lightly.
And until men in groups start raising their voices against this abuse, rather than staying silent or worse, crying #notallmen, I’m hard-pressed to think of a reason why this lack of personal freedom should be our burden to carry instead of theirs.
Moreover, a headline from The Daily Telegraph contends: “Aussies struggle to define ‘respect’ towards women: Almost half of Australians find it hard to know what is “acceptable anymore” or “wrong” when it comes to disrespect toward women.”
Be this as it may, a number of people and groups around the world have universally mocked and derided Victoria’s latest move. The Spectator, for example, wrote:
But to assume, as Allan has, that all men are toxic perpetrators-in-waiting is both lazy feminist and identity politics, and an insult to the overwhelming majority of men who deplore family violence of any sort as utterly repugnant, and who strive to be kind and loving husbands, partners and fathers.
That Allan’s sweeping generalisation about men as perpetrators is so unfair and wrong is highlighted by another court case making news in Australia today. A former beauty queen in Tasmania who became an MP for the Labor party, Kathryn Hay, is facing charges in Tasmania alleging a decade of emotional abuse, including alleged related incidents of physical assault, which did great harm to her former male partner and the father of her child.
Yet like Queen Victoria’s apocryphal denial that lesbianism exists, the all but unchallenged feminist narrative embraced by the likes of Allan – in Britain as well as Australia – is that men are only to blame for family and relationship violence and abuse, and therefore only women and children warrant protection from such violence.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
Last month I wrote a piece warning about a new wave of feminism sweeping the world, which trains women to masquerade as caring for and uplifting men, even though these types of women are still peddling the same old feminism that they always were but with a new coat of paint. In that report I mentioned this:
In 2022 Joey Borrelli (Joey B. Toonz – Joey Vs. The World) did a really good video that I encourage you to watch. He shows this clip of an Australian morning show on national television, where the hosts literally laughed at and belittled a mother who posted on Facebook her routine of how she takes care of her several children, and makes his husband’s breakfast before he goes off to work, and takes care of the home. They mocked this and made an example out of her on national television, bursting out into uncontrollable laughter. It’s absolutely repulsive.
Joey said it eloquently in response to this garbage:
This is what the feminist movement created. They convinced women that taking care of your family is slavery yet working for someone in an office eight hours a day isn’t? Now try to make sense out of that. If you can convince people of that you can convince people of anything.
Tell me what’s more fulfilling than putting effort into your family or putting effort into someone else’s business? So you’re telling women that working eight hours a day for someone away from your child serves a better purpose than spending your day raising your child hands-on?
Seriously though, I couldn’t even imagine being the child and watching your mother get reamed on national television because she loves them and her husband. But this is the backwards retarded society we live in now.
Now it is plain to all to see if it was not so obvious before: to turn women into men, and elevate them into goddess perverts; and neuter and emasculate men and turn them into fairyboy cucks. They have learned well from their idol whore Jezebel.
1 Kings 21:25 But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up. [26] And he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
2 Kings 9:22 And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?
Feminism has nothing to do with the safety and dignity of women: it’s end goal is rooted in a deep hatred for men and everything that is natural for the women; and is evidenced in that above clip that the modern feminists, especially those in Australia, despise the natural, traditional and godly woman, mother and wife.
While I am not an advocate or in favor of the extreme red pill communities, this type insanity is why those groups exist. SEE: The MGTOW Movement Now Considers Their Beliefs To Be In Line With The LGTBQIA+ Community
1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. [4] Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. [5] But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. [6] For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. [7] For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. [8] For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. [9] Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. [10] For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels. [11] Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. [12] For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

I noted that the instances in the article were primarily some form of domestic violence. The women knew their perpetrator. Law enforcement will tell you that the majority of crimes are not stranger on stranger – it’s someone they know.
Women need to learn their place. And, they need to leave the men alone. Let men be men. Don’t emasculate them, and women – be a woman! The sexes (and there are only two) are uniquely different. They each have their role.
Granted, very young men have the challenge of reining in their testosterone at times (if you get my drift). It’s a struggle for them to be sure, but they do succeed.
Women can be trying. They have traits that make men melt. That too, is a feature they need to be careful not to misuse, nor abuse.
If men are men, and women are women, and they are both saved, you have a perfect harmony.
Australia is totally taken over by Satan, and feminism is a satanic stage IV cancer that brings rot and decay.
I saw in a video reading a classic Chick tract called The Kings Of The East that Chinese classrooms call Australia “New China.” That should make the Aussies paranoid. Australia is about to become Chinese territory!
I have a question:
When China invades and claims Australia as its own territory, you think these feminist devils will be strong and powerful or will they wind up cannon fodder and go cry in a corner?
Working eight hours a day is freedom for women. If you were a woman you would think differently. Not to depend on a man is freedom. Religion above all else has hurt women the most. The violence that men commit towards women has nothing to do with feminism. This has even been going on in the time of Jesus. Men have got to take responsibility for the crimes they commit towards women.
Sorry but you have it wrong per the KJV Bible:
1Co_11:8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
1Co_11:9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
1Co_11:10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.
1Co_11:11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.
1Co_11:12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.
This is God’s way, He set it up and that’s how it is. I don’t disrespect women but do what the Lord Jesus Christ says, who is head over me and I over my wife.
Proverbs 11:22 As a jewel of gold in a swine’s snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion.
Lemme guess, when going gets tough and you need help you call a MAN for help, don’t you? As I said in the article, if you can be convinced of your delusion, you’ll be convinced of anything.
Miscka, Have you taken leave of your senses?
I’m a woman. When single, of course I needed to work full time. I waited on The Lord for the husband He provided. We’ve been married over 34 years. During that time, I have been loved, cared for and provided beyond my dreams.
Life is challenging. Going it alone for a lifetime would be exponentially difficult. God did not intend for that to be. The role of a woman is different than the role of a man. We are here for each other – to perform the skill set the other lacks. A man is not a woman and a woman is not a man.
Have you ever read the Bible cover to cover, even once?
Having a husband does not make a woman less free than she was before if you have a Godly marriage.
Additionally, you are conflating ‘religion’ and Christianity. Christianity is following Jesus Christ. Religion is not Christianity. Not by a long shot. Multitudes of religious people will find themselves in hell one day. Religion, per se, is a construct of satan – who doesn’t care HOW he gets you, as long as he gets you.
From your post, you clearly have bought into secularism and the lies of satan. In doing so, it is you that is not free, nor will be, on your current trajectory.
You speak as though all men are violent towards women and no women are violent toward men. Neither are true. Violence, however it comes about, emanates from the heart.
Jeremiah 17:9
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
King James Version (KJV)
I’ve been watching videos recently of these feminist witches who have wrongfully divorced their husbands and now they’re regretting it because of severe loneliness, they can’t attract a man, and they are financially a wreck!
I’m not going to cry over them, there’s no empathy for a Jezebel that wrongfully divorces her husband so she can suck him dry through alimony and because “she was bored,” well guess what toots, life is not a party.
She found out the hard way the grass is not greener on the other side, these Jezebels are so desperate for a man they’re going to Home Depot searching for a potential husband – and what a shock, they don’t attract anybody!
What’s coming for these devilish, God hating, KJB – hating witches is going to be treacherous and scary, when World War III hits, those so-called strong and independent women are going to cry like little girls and cower in a corner sucking their thumbs!
As if this guy is going to change all the men in Australia. That teaching needed to start in a bible believing home when the child is born, not after he’s a father himself. There’s guilt on both sides for the behavior towards the opposite sex. For instance, LGBQ nuts hate men, so of course they won’t listen, then there’s the gay men that won’t listen. It’s wonderful that the Lord is going to take the little children in the Rapture because 20 years from now this world would be one messed up place with all that’s going on today. Thank the Lord we don’t have much longer to see good become evil and evil become good.
