First reported by CBS, these new findings were published on Friday in the New England Journal of Medicine, where researchers mimicked the pasteurization process in their labs and did not test conventional milk from the store.
The research was conducted by scientists at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a subsidiary of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The study authors noted that “HPAI A(H5N1) genome copies were quantified by quantitative reverse-transcriptase–polymerase-chain-reaction (qRT-PCR) assay.”
The Associated Press wrote:
The virus used in the experiments had been isolated from the lungs of a dead mountain lion, mixed with raw, unpasteurized cow milk samples, and heat-treated at 63 degrees C (145.4 degrees F)and 72 degrees C (161.6 degrees F) for different periods of time.
After treatment at 72 degrees C for 20 seconds – five seconds longer than the industry standard for pasteurization at that temperature – very small amounts of infectious virus were detected in one of three samples, the study found.
“This finding indicates the potential for a relatively small but detectable quantity of H5N1 virus to remain infectious in milk after 15 seconds at 72 degrees C if the initial virus levels were sufficiently high,” the authors note.
Within 2.5 minutes, treatment at 63 degrees C caused a marked decrease in infectious H5N1 virus levels, indicating that standard industry pasteurization of 30 minutes at that temperature would eliminate infectious virus, the researchers said.
It remains unknown whether ingesting active H5N1 virus in milk could cause illness in people, the researchers added.
A Food and Drug Administration (FDA) spokesperson commented on the findings, saying, “The study reflected experimental conditions, and should not be used to draw any conclusions about the safety of the U.S. milk supply.”
Vincent Munster, chief of the virus ecology unit at the NIAID, posited that perhaps commercial dairy farmers should consider pasteurizing the milk for an additional 5-10 seconds to be safe.
During a TV segment, a host for CBS said lamented by saying “here we go again,” drawing comparisons to Covid-19 and the progression that narrative took. Dr. Celine Gounder, a medical contributor for CBS, warned that of “Frankenstein flus” that could trigger another pandemic, expressing danger if bird flu and human fluids begin to mix and spread.

Again, to be clear, I think this whole thing with bird flu is a load of malarky and made-up lies, but the media needs an elaborate cover story to sell the deception; to provide the eventual justification to perform mass cullings of livestock, wildlife and pets, and yank meat and dairy from the store shelves. I’ve been warning about this for years now, and now this sinister ambition is steadily building steam…
