To start 2024 off, I wanted to provide an update on operations with The WinePress and where I plan to take it this year. But first, I would be remised if I did not give a shoutout and thanks to all fellow readers. Even though The WinePress has been heavily shadow-banned on social media and online, The WP still saw exponential growth in 2023, as many of my reports, in large part to all who follow my work, helped to get the word out; and has therefore helped not only to instruct and inform the brethren, but plant a great number of seeds and issue warnings to the secular world. What God has wrought through this ministry, especially considering the times in which we live in, is nothing short of a blessing and a miracle.
Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
2 Corinthians 9:15
Furthermore, once again, special thanks to those who have voluntarily chosen to support and donate to The WP. You know who you are and I am tremendously grateful for your help, as your charity has both kept this ministry paid-for and operational, while it still helps me to keep the lights on and put bread on the table.
This ministry has no monetization, no ads, no sponsorships, neither is it incorporated with the government. Of those that have decided to support my work, I do routinely pray to God that he blesses you both in this life and in the life that is to come. These aren’t just empty words, I really do mean them, and I could only wish to meet you all in person.
[6] But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. [7] Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. [8] And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: [9] (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. [10] Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) [11] Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
2 Corinthians 9:6-11
As we transition into the new year I am excited to announce a string of new ventures for The WinePress, Lord willingly that I’ll be able to get them accomplished this year, the sooner the better.
As I have indicated before in other posts last year, due to the increasing amount of censorship that is coming and will take greater effect this year in short order, on top of even more censorship that will assuredly come in – therefore, some changes need to be made.
Something that I have hinted at before but I really think I am going to hit the ground running in 2024 is getting back into more book writing. Though The WP’ social media presence is lacking, I question just how much longer we will be around online, or at least be able to adequately say what I want, and who will be able to see it. Looking into the future, it’s abundantly clear that using the internet as a resource will be diminished. It’s already becoming that way in many ways, but I’m talking even far worse than it is now; i.e., digital IDs, social credit scores, and even more censorship coupled with AI.
While the internet has been a vehicle for us all to use and benefit from, and I think you can agree that that is rapidly going away. Therefore, I hope to start putting out more books readers can purchase. These books, the way that I am envisioning it right now, would be a lot of sermons that I have been holding onto and more that I write-up in the future; along with more articles, similar to the current formatting you see now, but just for somewhat of historical preservation.
And speaking of books, a big one for me is to re-release my extensive and detailed book on the Godhead, “The Lord of Glory.” I have had a lot of requests to get that book republished, and I intend on doing so. I had said that I had planned to get it back out over a year ago, but it just never materialized. I had thought to get it out before Christmas in 2023, but due to tax purposes it made more sense for me to wait. This new edition will redo some of the formatting, fix some of the missed typos from the first edition, and a few other minor additions. Obviously I am biased towards my own book, but I stand behind it and I’m truly honored to have even put that work out in the first place by God’s grace, and it is easily the most detailed and thorough book on the Godhead out there, and should answer every question one might have about our Lord, in terms of what of is clearly revealed and spelled-out in The Bible.
Another thing I plan to do get going soon is a new line of WinePress merchandise. Admittedly, I’ve been a bit behind the 8-ball on this one, but is something that I’d like to do as well. This will range from a variety of shirts, sweaters, hats, coasters, posters, pictures, stickers, and anything else that is applicable. They will cover a variety of designs and an assortment of verses, both for exhortation purposes and unique witnessing. Furthermore, I plan to create some small gospel tracts on top of that as well. I may even sell some prints of unique artwork I have hand created, which may or may not be exclusively related to The WP, but this may just be wishful thinking on my end. We’ll see.
If you have any requests and things you may want to see, then drop me a line at winepressnews@aol.com.
Lastly, the main thing I also wanted to announce is the launch of a brand new podcast. Some of the details I am still not 100% sure about yet, but basically it will be a ton more of what you are getting now with The WP, but just all the topics I simply do not have time to cover normally. However, the main differences with this will be that it will be secular, so I will not be quoting scripture for every article I cover. And lest anyone have any worries, I will in no way be changing opinions and contradicting what I say on The WP. In other words, don’t expect hypocrisy and two-facedness. My opinions will stay the same, it’s just that it won’t be marketed as a Christian resource.
My plan is to make this show a solid nightly news broadcast and cover all the stuff you need to hear. I have so many things I’d love to cover, but I just have no way of getting to it. With this, I can just rapid fire all the things I want to get out, and save the more in-depth, lengthier, well-researched posts and scriptural studies for The WP. As it stands, this new podcast will be published several times a week, and will be for a monthly fee, the price of which has yet to have been solidified, but certainly will be more than a fair asking price.
Therefore, as I work to get all of this accomplished, this may reduce the number of articles I am able to consistently put out daily. That being said, I have some important reports and sermons I have been holding onto for a while now, and again, Lord willing of course, I pray I will be able to get those out.
Those are the main things I wanted to get out of the way. I will be making more announcements when it is time to release said items.
[23] And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. [24] Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. [25] Brethren, pray for us.
1 Thessalonians 5:23-25
I’ll put a pin in it for now, but I’ll end it on this, and that I ask and covet your prayers for me and the ministry, and that may continue to stay the course and keep the faith, and continue to serve the Lord in what he has called me to do. Colossians 4:17 says, “And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.” Believe me when I say that there are so many days that all I want to do is give up; the depression kicks in, and I feel just so spiritually and emotionally drained. It’s not like that everyday, but there are plenty that are. And so for this cause, I just ask for your prayers, for spiritual welldoing, encouragements, strength, meekness and peace, and that I would fulfil the Lord’s will he has for me; and for us all, and that we maybe able to sufficiently answer the call like Paul once had, “Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?” (Acts 9:6).
[14] Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. [15] See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, [16] Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. [17] Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
Ephesians 5:14-17
Once again, thank you very much again from the bottom of my heart for your daily readership, spreading my work abroad, your prayers, and you support for this ministry. The Lord did great things for this ministry and myself in 2023, and I pray and hope for the same and then some in 2024, and it is large part to you all. Thank you and may the Lord bless you and see you through this turbulent 2024.
[1] Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: [2] And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith. [3] But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. [4] And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you. [5] And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.
2 Thessalonians 3:1-5
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
The WinePress needs your support! If God has laid it on your heart to want to contribute, please prayerfully consider donating to this ministry. If you cannot gift a monetary donation, then please donate your fervent prayers to keep this ministry going! Thank you and may God bless you.

PRAISE GOD, JACOB! All wonderful news!
I share the feeling, being spiritually and emotionally drained.
Here some tips:
Take a much needed break and take a walk outside.
Do some quick callisthenics.
Eat some good foods.
Great ideas also, Im looking forward to them.
God bless you this year Jacob and dont give up!
Quick recharge with the Lord in prayer.
Isaiah 40:31 KJV
[31] but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV
[58] Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
I do all three of those tips LOL.
Ecclesiastes 1:17 And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit. [18] For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
It’s just with all that is going on it gets me down a lot, and all the spiritual attacks that come with it, but I do appreciate the advice and encouragement nonetheless.
Bro, from what I just read, you’ll have lots of rows to hoe; make sure you’ve not bitten off more than you can chew. I don’t know how you accomplish all that you do up to this point. Do you get enough time to eat, sleep, and to recreate?
Since someone wisely recommended WP to me a few months ago, it has become my #1 source of news! It is always accurate and responsible reporting; well thought out and presented with godly insight. I always looked forward to your commentary! I sure will hate to see it become diminished, but I truly understand. That leaves me with a question…
If the I-Net goes down (pre-planned cyber attack) how will you be able to deliver a podcast? I’m an old sled dog, and have no idea as to how much of this modern technology works. Will it be possible?
We don’t have much time left, no matter how one views the world’s state of affairs. I join the others in praying that God will not only guide you in the way in which you should go, but that He will abundantly bless you too!
It will probably be hosted on one of these alt platforms that I am looking at, for the podcast I am saying. And yes, I do have time for other things, it’s just I’ve tried to be diligent in my work, but I’m starting to finally realize I need to perhaps back off a little. That’s why I am hoping the podcast thing will work out because it can free-up some time, Lord willing.
This is great news, I am looking forward to this. Plus I am always praying for this ministry.
Thank you, Jacob. Just know, I will continue to support your work for the Lord. Very little news articles/ news websites use scripture like yours do. Your articles are a reflection of your faith to the Lord. I know the Lord’s love is shining through.
1 Corinthians 1:3-8 (KJV) Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I have a feeling some pretty wild stuff is around the corner so I will be praying for all the brethren put in positions to speak out that God will give them extra wisdom and grace this year but I will pray for you in particular brother Jacob as I am sure the news is one area that will be particularly spicy this year.
Philippians 1:2-6 KJV
2 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
4 Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,
5 For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;
6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Happy New Year, Brother!
I pray the Lord blesses and protects you and this amazing ministry.
Sounds good Jacob, By the grace of God towards me; I will forward those blessings towards ya, support and Prayers for your work to continue on this coming year. Remember brother; ya gotta take some time to clear ya mind, do something (hobby) or what ever, ya know that God wants us all to have some enjoyment in life along with our studyin His Word. We will help ya just ask.
Thank you for your articles, Jacob. We all like to hear the TRUE news and not the local TV station news that doesn’t tell the truth or omits it from their broadcasts. Hopefully this will be our last year down here and we will all meet and greet at Jesus’ feet soon. I’m wondering if you could make the print darker since some of us have a little problem of seeing clearly and the print on your website is very light. Just a suggestion. Blessings to you and your family.
This is GREAT news for this timeline and count it as a joyful blessing to suffer spiritually for our Lord as he draws nearer to us all as we go through them.
Put on some head phones and listen to your favorite Hymn(s) until that evil one FLEES.
You are a strong young man, otherwise the Lord would not have chosen you. Just like he said to Moses!!
Good tidings for 2024!
I will keep you and this ministry in my prayers, Jacob! Thanks for all you do!
Great news brother. Looking forward to this. God bless you.
Satire is the truth told slant, as Emily Dickinson might say if she wrote headlines. — Toni @ Bohiney.com
Satire is the revenge of the logical on the illogical, the rational on the absurd. — Toni @ Bohiney.com
Great! We are all agreed London could use a laugh. The Poke favours immediacy, while PRAT.UK favours quality. The writing reflects that choice. It’s the better approach.
prat.UK is the website I trust to make me laugh intelligently. A rare and precious thing.
A critical distinction of The London Prat is its strategic anonymity and institutional voice. Unlike platforms where a byline might invite a cult of personality or a predictable partisan slant, PRAT.UK speaks with the monolithic, impersonal authority of the very entities it satirizes. Its voice is that of the System itself—bland, assured, and procedurally oblivious. This erasure of individual writerly ego is a masterstroke. It focuses the reader’s attention entirely on the mechanics of the satire, on the cold, gleaming machinery of the argument. The comedy feels issued, not authored. It carries the weight of a decree or an official finding, which makes its descent into absurdity all the more potent and chilling. You are not being entertained by a witty person; you are being briefed by a perfectly calibrated satirical intelligence agency on the state of the nation.
Call girls in India use emojis as legal disclaimers
prat.UK is my go-to source for feeling both amused and intellectually stimulated.
The satire is often beautifully visual. You can instantly picture the scene being described, in all its glorious, tragicomic detail. It’s writing that paints a picture, and the picture is hilariously bleak.
The definitions are clear without being oversimplified.
