American Express says offering some like this, which will provide “enhanced safety and ease to online transactions, making ID checks stronger, speedier, and more intuitive,” the company says.
According to the company’s press release, the fingerprint and facial recognition technology underlying SafeKey were ‘developed by using Web Authentication technologies from the FIDO Alliance and World Wide Web Consortium. These technologies create a simpler authentication process with higher security over passwords alone and are supported on all major web browsers as well as iOS and Android platforms,’ the credit card company explains.
A select numer of card holders will be eligible to become part of the pilot, with SafeKey available to all customers by early 2024.
We’re focused on developing solutions that keep us one step ahead of fraudsters, so our Card Members can shop safely online.
Now, checking out safely and securely is as easy as unlocking your phone. SafeKey’s biometric facial and fingerprint recognition minimizes friction while maximizing security for our Card Members at checkout. It’s how we check in when you checkout.

As we inch closer and closer to CBDCs and digital IDs, it of course no surprise to see more biometrics introduced to facilitate this new system. And, of course, we see yet another brick being laid for the coming mark of the beast.
[16]And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
[17]And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
[18]Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Revelation 13:16-18
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

Lord God,
I don’t know Melaney’s situation or the situation with her parents, but I pray that you help her and them prepare and show them what to do, Lord.
I pray you provide for them and you help them have everything they need and show them ways on how to get through what Your wrath is yet to bring for America.
I pray Lord you help me as well as our true believing brothers and sisters in You, Lord on how to prepare for what’s coming and how to do it.
In Your name I humbly ask,
Amen.
