The following report is by ZeroHedge:
Investigative journalist Chris Papst of Fox45 News’ Project Baltimore has revealed yet another bombshell report on the massive grade scandal in Baltimore City Public Schools, which ranks as the country’s fourth most funded school system: “40% of Baltimore City high schools, where the state exam was given, did not have any students score proficient in math. Not one student.”
Papst’s team obtained unredacted state test results for every school in Baltimore City through a source at the school system. He said, “The results are hard to believe.”
Here’s the list of 13 high schools where no student tested proficient on the 2023 state math exam:
- Achievement Academy at Harbor City High
- ConneXions: A Community Based Arts School
- Coppin Academy
- Edmondson-Westside High
- Excel Academy at Francis M. Wood High
- Frederick Douglass High
- Joseph C. Briscoe Academy
- New Era Academy
- Patterson High
- Reginald F. Lewis High
- Renaissance Academy
- The Reach! Partnership School
- Vivien T. Thomas Medical Arts Academy
Papst explained more:
In total, students at 33 Baltimore City high schools took the state math exam last spring. Project Baltimore did not include Eager Street Academy in our analysis because it’s located in the Baltimore City Detention Center.
Of the 32 high schools remaining, if 13 had zero students test proficient, that means 40% of Baltimore City high schools could not produce a single student doing math a grade level. The list of 13 schools includes some of Baltimore’s most well-known high schools, including Patterson High School, Frederick Douglass, and Reginald F. Lewis.
But that’s not the only alarming finding we made. In those 13 high schools, 1,736 students took the test, and 1,295 students, or 74.5%, scored a one out of four. One is the lowest level, meaning those students were not even close to proficient.
Jason Rodriguez, deputy director of People Empowered by the Struggle, a Baltimore-based nonprofit, told Papst, “This is educational homicide” at its finest.
“There is no excuse,” Rodriguez said, adding, “We have a system that’s just running rogue, and it starts at the top.”
In 2022, Baltimore City Schools were allocated a record $1.6 billion from taxpayers, making it the fourth-highest funded school system in the country.
Additionally, they received $799 million in Covid relief funds from the federal government. Despite this, students in the corrupt and crime-ridden metro area have yet to show increased proficiency on state math exams.
Earlier this year, Papst’s team revealed that 23 schools, including elementary, middle, and high schools, had not one student who could do math at grade level.
Perhaps we should ask why Democrats are throwing record amounts of funding at a school system that is not helping students. The story from Papst about school system corruption is far from over.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
This level of illiteracy and unintelligence is not just present in Boston but across the country. In February I highlighted a report that showed no students at 53 schools were proficient in math, and not any better in reading either.
To call the public education system an abject failure is wrong: the machine is working as intended, making kids functionally illiterate more and more with each graduating class. But ever since the Covid War the freefall drop-off is incalculable. We are only getting crumbs as to how bad it is statistically; but we see how bad it is by just interacting with younger people and high schools on the streets, and man ‘o man do you notice it…
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

This is all being done by design! These devils have weaponized dumbing down people and they hide it in an “education” cover. There’s as much education in this psychological operations weapon as there is actual fruit in Fanta soda!
This has been going on I bet even before 1962 when prayer and the King James Bible were kicked out of schools. They shouldn’t have had school systems in the first place.
Really parents, was doing it the Bible way of educating as well as caring for children yourself at home such a bad thing? No it’s not, but because you just “needed a career” so you could chase rainbows of being rich and drive two cars, live in a big suburban house, and be all well-to-do, you destroyed your children!
Baltimore: Catholic stronghold….ditto Boston. Teach yourself, teach your own. Singapore and Rod & Staff are thorough, solid arithmetic and math programs, & aren’t ridiculously expensive. Not sure where Singapore stands currently with sodomite, trans thing, but so far Rod & Staff is standing firm, though you’ll want to be sure to tweak the Augustinian doctrine & over-positivity with good sober family Bible time, warning & training concerning being overly trusting etc. Nothing wrong with having some fun with it, but with the current level of stealthy vile behavior & perversity, you have to get the point across about right and wrong, bodily integrity & violation, & the folly of being overly trusting. Of course, parents bear the heaviest part of that burden & it’s not necessary to traumatize to get the point across.

We’ve used, especially in the early grades, workbook pages removed & put in clear page protector sheets & used dry erase markers to stretch the savings & still are, though hard to tell how some of that will work out with all the supply chain issues & inflation coming.
–
Bear in mind also, that some of the ‘proficiency’ tests measure ridiculous ‘new’ math procedures meant to keep parents from helping their children, & making the teachers to appear the ‘masters’ and ‘geniuses’ that children need. Classic scholasticism rooted back to the big three sodomite Western philosophers: Socrates, Aristotle & Plato at its worst, & carried up through Rome, science falsely so called etc. Don’t let them demoralize you with their psych games.
Dumbing down of the children.
Just throw money at the problem to fix a broken, corrupt system.
This is shameful
