Recently a huge swath of land was sold to an undisclosed number of buyers in Southern California, but upon further investigation The New York Times was able to reveal the names of the buyers.
According to their report, these multibillionaires from Silicon Valley jointly invested $800 million in land grants worth 55,000 acres, to build a brand new utopian city out in the desert of California. The NYT lists the names of the investors, which are:
- Billionaire venture capitalist Michael Moritz, Reid Hoffman, the LinkedIn co-founder, venture capitalist and Democratic donor
- Marc Andreessen and Chris Dixon, investors at the Andreessen Horowitz venture capital firm
- Patrick and John Collison, the sibling co-founders of the payments company Stripe
- Laurene Powell Jobs, founder of the Emerson Collective
- Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross, entrepreneurs turned investors.
The NYT wrote that in 2017, one of the venture capitalist’s sales pitch stated: “A chance to invest in the creation of a new California city.”
ZeroHedge reported, ‘Brian Brokaw, a representative of Flannery Associates, stated the investor group is mainly “Californians who believe that Solano County’s and California’s best days are ahead.” He said the group will begin talking with Solano County leaders, residents, and Air Force officials next week.’
Citing ABC7-I Team, the outlet learned that Flannery Associates had purchased a total of 55,000 acres of dry farmland that have been acquired since 2018.
Stephanie Sierra for the network asked a local official: “Have you seen anything like this in your career?”
Glenn Zook, Solano County’s Assessor, explained, “No, I definitely haven’t.”
We see a lot of investors. There’s usually a target, a plan, but there doesn’t seem to be that in this case, other than targeting the specific area, which happens to be around the Air Force Base.
Zook added
‘One local rancher told the San Francisco Chronicle that Flannery Associates’ buying spree “was like a hostile takeover […] it was Shakespearian, a ‘Game of Thrones’ kind of thing,”‘ ZeroHedge added.
According to a screenshot of the survey obtained by the paper says,
This project would include a new city with tens of thousands of new homes, a large solar energy farm, orchards with over a million new trees, and over ten thousand acres of new parks and open space.

The rich man’s wealth is his strong city, and as an high wall in his own conceit.

It is worth noting that in 2021 I reported on this document published in 2019 referred to as the “Absolute Zero” agenda, that spells out the green-globalist agenda to radically transform Western society by 2030 and 2050. Accompanied with this included a map of the new smart city regions that are to be build and interconnected. Of this includes a decent chunk of Southern California, exactly where these billionaires bought-up this land.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
