The following report is by The Trends Journal:
IBM collaborated with the All England Lawn Tennis Club, the Wimbledon tournament’s parent organization, to create an AI that offers commentary, context, and analysis of the matches.
Using IBM’s Watson AI engine, the digital commentator will analyze over 100,000 data points from every shot each player makes, according to IBM.
The AI also will offer “draw analysis,” forecasting each player’s chances of making it to the finals, based on which opponents they face next and the player’s performance so far.
This unique insight enables tennis fans to uncover anomalies and potential surprises in the singles draw that may not be evident solely by considering the players’ rankings.
AI news said.
The technology will “help fans gain even more insight into the singles draw and access commentary on a wider variety of matches through our match highlights videos,” Usama Al-Qassab, the tennis club’s marketing director, said in announcing the new guest in the press booth.
The AI’s comments will be paired with videos of match highlights. Viewers have the option of listening to the AI’s insights or choosing not to.
The AI tennis buff “produces narration with diverse sentence structures and vocabulary, enhancing the informative and engaging nature of the clips,” according to AI News.
TRENDPOST: AI has been writing short sports news items for newspapers for the past two years or more. Branching into commentary was inevitable.
As AI becomes more capable and sophisticated, AI sports commentators could develop their own fan bases and even debate each other’s insights.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY
Unsurprisingly AI has made its way into sportscasting and news journalism, and it will rapidly replace white collar jobs at a blistering pace, all because people are lazy and companies want to save money.
The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour.
Proverbs 21:25
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

Hopefully God will send a nice thunderstorm to Wimbledon, to test the accuracy of this new commentator; to make sure it’s up to snuff.

No, and trying to spam to the same comment won’t help it. I don’t know why the system tags random comments.
wasnt trying to spam it. was simply trying to post my comment. since there are o guidelines on the filtering we’re left to figure it out on our own as we go along.
this is a perfect example i didnt understand why it tagged my comment and neither do you.
