Kuwait News, a branch of the Kuwait Times, is now using an AI-generated news reporter that looks lifelike to report headlines.
Speaking in classical Arabic, “Fedha” began appearing on Twitter posts over the weekend and reported on internet headlines. Fedha is an AI woman wearing a light-colored hair without the traditional hijab, wearing a black jacket and white shirt.
I’m Fedha, the first presenter in Kuwait who works with artificial intelligence at Kuwait News. What kind of news do you prefer? Let’s hear your opinions.
The AI woman replied
‘The Arabic-speaking AI news anchor learns with the help of live videos and works 24/7,’ The Kuwait Times said.
Abdullah Boftain, deputy editor in chief for both outlets, told AFP via The Kuwait Times that this is a move to test AI’s potential to offer “new and innovative content.”
Fedha is a popular, old Kuwaiti name that refers to silver, the metal. We always imagine robots to be silver and metallic in color, so we combined the two,
Fedha represents everyone.
Boftain said
The WinePress recently reported that a growing number of mainstream media outlets are adopting AI to help write their posts, if not outright, with publications such as the Associated Press relying on the technology since 2015.
Last year the British government debuted their new “e-stroke” technology with AI-generated figures, that, similarly to Fedha, looked quite realistic.

But Kuwait and the United Kingdom are not the first to use lifelike similitudes for demonstrations and the news. Chinese state media began doing this in 2018, though the voice still had a noticeable robotic ring to it, reported by Digital Trends.

Some things never change, now do they?
[4] Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands. [5] They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not: [6] They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not: [7] They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat. [8] They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them. Psalms 115:4-8
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

and to think that at one point in mankinds history a beautiful garden was there, paradise and the beginning of life sprang out of there to now this blasphemous and they’ve destroyed it to a dump.
cant wait for the devil and his children to be cast in the lake of fire and brimestone.
its so sickening to see just how they have destroyed and made the earth filthy lucre when to me like to many its a beautiful gift of inheritance from my God, my father who created all this for everyone.
and who are we that he should deserve such a paradise and waited on like so when he is the KING and worth of such and more.
