Class Action Lawsuit Against Norfolk Southern Asserts Residents Of East Palestine May Be ‘Undergoing DNA Mutations’

Last week on February 15th the law office of Morgan & Morgan – touted as the largest injury firm in the U.S. – filed a class action lawsuit against Norfolk Southern that not only asserts that their so-called clean-up made things worse, but that people’s DNA are undergoing “mutations” and probably for years to come, including all the other cancers they’ll most likely contract.

I’m not sure Norfolk Southern could have come up with a worse plan to address this disaster. Residents exposed to vinyl chloride may already be undergoing DNA mutations that could linger for years or even decades before manifesting as terrible and deadly cancers.

The lawsuit alleges that Norfolk Southern made it worse by essentially blasting the town with chemicals as they focused on restoring train service and protecting their shareholders.

Attorney John Morgan said in a statement, per a press release

Morgan & Morgan added in their press release: ‘The complaint goes on to allege that, rather than engaging in safer, more prudent and more costly efforts to properly contain and clean up the spill, Norfolk Southern chose a cheaper, less safe containment method — setting the spilled chemicals on fire, creating a 1-million-pound-plus chemical burn pit, and releasing Phosgene Gas into the atmosphere. Phosgene gas is a deadly chemical warfare agent banned under the Geneva Protocol.’

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the EPA have said that the controlled burn was a “success,” and that the water is safe to drink and bathe with, and that the air is fine to breathe. Video evidence and resident’s continued complaints tell a different story.

Attorneys Frank Petosa and Rene Rocha for Morgan & Morgan added,

From chemicals that cause nausea and vomiting to a substance responsible for the majority of chemical warfare deaths during World War I, the people of East Palestine and the surrounding communities are facing an unprecedented array of threats to their health.

While the lives impacted by this wholly preventable catastrophe may never be the same, we are committed to holding Norfolk Southern accountable for its actions and inactions and securing justice for those whose lives have been disrupted and remain in danger.

They said in a statement

11 Days prior to the crash the CDC discreetly updated their toxicology profile on vinyl chloride, minimizing the long-lasting effects of it, plus its effects on children.

Though an increasing number of politicians and federal agencies have finally made their way down to East Palestine, many residents are still reporting how next to nothing is being done as they still point at and talk about the problem, as residents and children continue to wax worse and worse the longer they reside there.

Governor DeWine continues to assert to residents that the water is safe per their tests, but the residents do not believe those, and are using their owns eyes and other senses to see that that is not true.

While Norfolk Southern certainly carries plenty of blame, unfortunately there are still too many parties that are not going to be rightfully judged and condemned. As far as I am concerned, DeWine, the EPA officials, officials at FEMA, CDC, and more, Buttigieg, Biden, and so forth; should all get sued, nay, indefinitely imprisoned, if not even much more that is deserved on top of the other criminal acts they have done… And there are many more that we do not even know that are involved in this: those are the real culprits here.

They will skirt their way around punishment for their hellacious crimes and scheming, but, fortunately they won’t get away with it forever.

Some men’s sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.

Nevertheless, as I said before, these people are being used as vessels to enact judgment on a nation that rejects the Lord and hates his word.
