U.S. President Joe Biden made an unannounced visit to Kyiv, Ukraine, today, visiting with President Volodymyr Zelensky to once again reaffirm that the U.S. will stand with Ukraine by whatever means necessary.
As the world prepares to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine, I am in Kyiv today to meet with President Zelenskyy and reaffirm our unwavering and unflagging commitment to Ukraine’s democracy, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
I also look forward to traveling on to Poland to meet President Duda and the leaders of our Eastern Flank Allies, as well as deliver remarks on how the United States will continue to rally the world to support the people of Ukraine and the core values of human rights and dignity in the UN Charter that unite us worldwide.
Biden said in a short statement, per the White House website
The White House deceived the public on what the President would be doing for the day, as the Independent points out.
The US managed to pull off President Joe Biden’s top-secret trip to Ukraine with the help of a fake White House schedule, travel under the cover of darkness and a last-minute message to Russia.
Deputy national security adviser Jon Finer told CNN after Monday’s visit that a small group of the president’s top aides, including officials from the chief of staff’s office, the National Security Council, the White House Military Office, the US Secret Service, the Pentagon and the Intelligence Community were planning the visit for several months, navigating the various risks.

However the United States alerted Russian officials that Biden would be making the trip 24-hours ahead of time, reported by RT. “We did notify the Russians that President Biden would be traveling to Kiev,” National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, adding that the message was sent “hours before” Biden left D.C. and was provided “for deconfliction purposes.”
RT added, ‘Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who is deputy chairman of the Security Council, confirmed via his Telegram channel that Biden had received “safety guarantees” from Moscow for his visit. In the same post, Medvedev called Washington’s aid to Kiev a way for “NATO countries’ military industries to profit,” and referred to the US president as an “old man from across the ocean.”’
Ukraine rolled-out the red carpet for Biden as the band played and soldiers stood at attention and escorted the President and Zelensky around. Meanwhile air-raid sirens were being sounded as Biden was being greeted.

I want to thank Joe Biden’s national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, with whom we worked, in particular, on the issue of the visit.
I am very happy to work constructively with Jake, which always gives a powerful result.
Believe me, Joe Biden’s visit is strategic. A lot of issues are being resolved and those that have been pending will be expedited. Our common goal is the victory of Ukraine over Russia and the triumph of Ukrainian soldiers and Western weapons.

During the speech Biden announced another $500 million in aid to Ukraine. The package, according to Ukrainska Pravda, will include ‘additional shells for HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system, 155 mm artillery shells and 120 mm mortar shells.’
‘Also in the package will be included: four electronic warfare systems, man-portable Javelin air defense systems and explosive shells (quantity is not specified), nearly 2,000 anti-tank missiles, four Bradley infantry combat vehicles, two tactical vehicles, Claymore anti-personnel mines, night vision devices, communication devices, medical devices and spare parts for military equipment,’ the outlet added.
Biden then later went on to patronize Zelensky and the Ukrainian people for their resolve, and how the “whole world” stands with Ukraine. He also noted that more sanctions will announced later this week. He further said that “Russia’s economy is now a backwater.”
It’s worth fighting for, for as long as it takes. And that’s how long we will be with you Mr. President – as long as it takes.
Biden said
In a separate statement by Zelensky, he said, according to his official website:
We have just held talks with Mr. President of the United States in a face-to-face format and in an expanded format, and it was a conversation that really brings our common victory in this war closer. We can and must make sure that this year, 2023, becomes the year of victory.
Right now, the fate of the rules-based international order is being decided in Ukraine. Together with Mr. President Biden, our allies and partners, we must continue to do everything possible to ensure that the democratic world wins this historic battle.
Because this period is the most difficult one, as our country is fighting for its freedom and freedom for all Europeans, for all people of the free world. And this shows what great results we have already achieved and what historic results we can achieve. But only together – with the whole world, with Ukraine, with the United States, with the whole of Europe.
Zelensky said
In a separate interview Zelensky conducted German paper Die Welt, the Ukrainian President said that if China unifies with Russia it would create a new world war, and hopes that is not the case, though has his doubts.
If China allies itself with Russia, there will be a world war, and I do think that China is aware of that.
However, unbeknownst to the general masses in the West, China and Russia have already made affinity together, and have declared to lead the new world order together as the West continues to topple.

Putin said the world is undergoing multiple changes, yet the one thing that remains unchanged is the friendship and mutual trust between Russia and China, adding that the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination is as stable as mountains.
Both Russia and China stand for a more equitable and reasonable international order, setting a fine example in international relations, he said.

After Biden and Zelensky had their talks, the Ukrainian President then presented Joe Biden with a plaque in his honor for his continued support of Ukraine.
Today, on the Walk of the Brave in Kyiv, we are unveiling a plaque dedicated to Mr. President Biden. The first call on the night of February 24 last year, our negotiations, the constant strong attention to our struggle and defense of Ukrainian democracy, as well as Mr. President Biden’s personal contribution to strengthening the position of freedom in the world – this is something that will forever remain in history.
Ukraine is grateful to you, Mr. President, Ukraine is grateful to the United States of America – to all Americans in all cities and communities who cherish freedom as much as we do.

I was reminded of that verse. I can’t think of a better way for Biden to flip the bird at the USA than him taking an impromptu trip to Jew-hating Ukraine while there’s a very bad situation in Ohio that most likely will be affecting all Americans, perhaps not right away but in a few short years. But hey, he already knows that. I can only hope he meets up with that toxic cloud of poison on the way back home, if he even decides to come home.
