The app will be available at 16 different Albertsons Companies brands, including Albertsons (the grocery chain), Safeway, Vons, Shaw’s, Jewel-Osco, Acme, Tom Thumb and more.
We are introducing Sincerely Health with a singular intention to improve lives. As a grocery and pharmacy retailer committed to the health and wellness of our communities, we are empowering customers to have a connected and personalized view of their health across food, nutrition, activity, mental well-being and pharmacy services, enabling them to make more informed choices.
Omer Gajial, Chief Digital Officer and EVP Health at Albertsons Cos., said in the press release
According to the press release the app works as follows:
The Sincerely Health experience begins with a brief questionnaire that measures a customer’s Health Score based on seven dimensions of well-being. The scores are calculated using actuarial science, considering varying lifestyle factors such as age, gender, nutrition, lifestyle choices and mental health.
The platform also enables users to link activity trackers such as Apple Health, Fitbit and Google Fit, as well as log their vitals and medication regimen to have better visibility and control over their health and well-being. Customers can then set small achievable goals to improve their Health Score, track their progress and receive actionable insights and rewards for achieving those goals.
Sincerely Health also offers an online pharmacy experience, including tools for managing prescriptions, scheduling vaccine appointments and connecting users with general practitioners via convenient telehealth services.
Customers joining Sincerely Health from their preferred banner’s grocery app will receive an initial incentive of up to $25 off an upcoming grocery purchase redeemable across stores. As customers take additional actions such as set a health goal or respond to a health recommendation, they can earn additional points.
In a statement to Fierce Healthcare, the company said that customer’s health scores and other forms of data are not sold to third parties.
Additionally, all personal data collected within the pharmacy experience, pertaining to prescriptions or pharmacy services, is considered protected health information and subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act rules and safeguards.
A spokesperson said via email
Fierce Healthcare added, ‘”Pixel” tracking technology, which has been the subject of several lawsuits regarding patient privacy of health system websites, is used to track users’ interests and provide relevant content. Users can opt out of the use of “pixels,” according to Albertsons.’
Albertsons is currently speculated to be merging with Krogers via a proposed $24.6 billion acquisition of Albertsons, though customers are suing to prevent the merger.
‘Walmart recently teamed up with Avanlee Care, which offers caregivers a similar platform integrated with Walmart shopping lists and pharmacy tools. Similar tech investments by retail giants have been seen across the industry as Walmart, CVS and Walgreens seek shopping supremacy,’ Fierce additionally noted.

More like you’re offering a social credit score…
My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
Proverbs 1:10
Anything and everything these days seems to have some arbitrary score and rating attached to it. Scores for monetary credit, scores for social life and citizenry, scores for carbon, scores for internet interaction and behavior, scores for food and health, and on and on.

Albertsons, and Walmart included, are just greasing the wheels to get the public to accept the real thing when CBDCs finally are implementing. Right now the corporations and the media need to get the masses familiarized with them, and when the time is right then the real thing will get mandated; with the masses readily accepting of it and then some.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

All these gimmicks of accumulating scores, points and getting rewards or bonuses, pretty much connect with the perpetual conditioning of our brains for years with sports, video games and the like, and other things of similar nature.
