Donald Trump Says He Wants To ‘Terminate The Constitution’ To Reestablish Himself As President

Last week former President Donald Trump turned some heads and caused yet another uproar when he declared that the United States constitution should be suspended and to “terminate” it.

Since Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, he too has also been causing riffraff and more division. Musk has now begun to release cryptic internal documents from Twitter that would indicate suppression of the on-going drama concerning Hunter Biden’s laptop and the documents it contains, and how tons of accounts were canceled for trying to discuss said revelations, some of which purportedly dealt with the 2020 election results.

Twitter CEO Musk announced late Friday afternoon he would be revealing “what really happened” when the story about Hunter Biden‘s laptop was banned on the social media app, and the New York Post Twitter account was suspended over the story.

After hours of delay, Musk retweeted a thread by Matt Taibbi that was eagerly glommed by some, but panned by many others as an overhyped and misleading packaging of cherry-picked internal documents that did not amount to much upon further scrutiny.

But the revelations excited others, who saw the internal documents as evidence of wrongdoing by the company and a variety of Democratic political entities.

That Friday night Trump to took his social media outlet Truth Social and posted his thoughts on the infodumps:

Wow! That’s a really big story about Twitter and various forms of government Fraud including, specifically, Election Fraud. The same level of Fraud took place with the other Big Tech companies, if not even worse (if that’s possible?). We are living in a VERY CORRUPT COUNTRY &, AS THEY ARE SAYING ALL OVER THE INTERNET, “NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT & FBI ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT.” But they’ll keep investigating “boxes” that were legally & openly taken from the W.H.

The following day he posted the message that has caused an uproar:

So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great “Founders” did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!

Of course most major outlets and politicians picked this up and had a field day with this, along with Elon Musk responding to the news, though there were still plenty of supporters on Trump’s side.

President Trump’s proposal was regarding terminating rules that represent obstacles to election integrity issue in the Constitution. This can be done through the Amendment process.

On the 5th Trump tried to then backtrack his comments and say that the fake news mainstream media totally maligned what he was advocating for:

The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to “terminate” the Constitution. This is simply more DISINFORMATION & LIES, just like RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, and all of their other HOAXES & SCAMS. What I said was that when there is “MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION,” as has been irrefutably proven in the 2020 Presidential Election, steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG. Only FOOLS would disagree with that and accept STOLEN ELECTIONS. MAGA!

This is not the first time some of Trump’s other supporters have advocated to overthrow the constitution, such as with Qanon-pusher and former General Michael Flynn, who reposted an ad that called for Trump to declare marital law in early-December, 2020.

When the legislators, courts and/or Congress fail to do their duty under the 12th Amendment, you must be ready Mr President to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these federal elections, for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote.

Only then can the winning candidate be accepted as legitimate by a true majority of We the People who must give our consent to be justly governed! Unfortunately we are at a point where we can only trust our military to do this because our corrupt political class and courts have proven their inability to act fairly and within the law.

Of course, as we all know (those that are awake to truth and reality, that is), know that the government has been trampling over our constitutional rights for a VERY LONG time, unabated and unopposed by the masses, blissfully unaware and unconcerned. The establishment politicians on both sides of the aisle, plus the media, must make people think that they still have all their constitutional freedoms in tact, within reason, as to make them believe they still have a free country; when in reality, the Divided States of America is this hybrid of communism and fascism, with so few freedoms left remaining.

At the end of the day, the Constitution and Bill of Rights is only as strong and impactful as the people who uphold it. People so often get this confused, that our rights and liberties do not come from the Constitution: they come from God and his word; but the Constitution and Bill of Rights are there to protect the government from infringing and intruding upon these God-given rights, and then some, before these papers were even written.

If people would not allow their liberties and rights to be trampled, and by simply obeying the law of God that is written upon every man’s heart (Romans 2:1-18), we would not have these issues.

For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

That being said, what Trump is touting should, once again, tell you everything you need to know about this man.

Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

Trump’s paradox is essentially saying, ‘the government needs to take away your rights so we can give you freedom.’ We who have a brain know that once civil liberties are suspended, we will never get them back. And besides that, Trump already was and is an enemy to the constitution. The Covid lockdowns and vaccines are the greatest example of this; but then you have instances where Trump – flying in the face of the MAGA propaganda – says he is pro- red flag laws, where prosecutors can take people’s guns without question or trial; and Trump is quoted as saying, “Take the guns first. Go through due process second.” This is of course a violation on the second amendment.

You can look up the Constitution and Bill of Rights for yourself to see what would be suspended if martial law were enacted, but it includes reneging on things like:

• The freedom of religion, the press, and speech (I)
• The right to bear arms (II)
• Quartering soldiers in your home (III)
• “To be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures” (IV)
• Free and open trials (V-VIII)
• “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people” (VIIII)
• Individual state rights (X)
• Presidential elections (XII)
• “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;” (XIV)
• Term limits (XX, XXII)

There are of course more, but those are just some of the rights that would get indefinitely suspended.

Moving forward I believe the U.S. will at some point be thrust into full-blown martial law. The initial Covid lockdowns were a watered down version of it, but a true martial law is coming I am afraid…
