The Washington Post and other mainstream outlets suggest that Americans should seriously consider forbidding to have children in order to mitigate the effects of climate change.
The WinePress has noted that in previous reports that many climate activists and groups have suggested families have one less child to reduce CO2 emissions, such as this infographic for example:
On December 2nd The Post published a piece titled, “Should you not have kids because of climate change? It’s complicated.”
The author began the article by writing about a woman who agonized over whether or not to have children, but ultimately settled on having at least one and that having the one would not adversely effect the earth in some manner.
“After much research, Sanghani-Jorgensen and her husband decided that having a child — a single child — could fulfill their desires without putting undue burden on an overheating world. ‘I was very particular about only having one,’ she said.
The Post wrote
The piece then goes on to recite studies that warn of the ‘detrimental’ carbon emissions we emit, particularly in more developed and populated nations.
“Any children we have in the developed parts of the world will be incredibly environmentally expensive,” said Travis Rieder, a bioethicist at Johns Hopkins University who has argued for a shift toward smaller families. “And they might go on to have kids who also consume more than their fair share.”
The Post added
Joe Doran for The Trends Journal wrote, ‘In other words, the article suggests that it’s perfectly reasonable to advocate that Americans demographically depopulate, while at the same time keeping its borders wide open for burgeoning, demographically expanding third-world populations.’
‘The WP story offers virtually no facts regarding which regions of the world are in fact creating the vast majority of carbon emissions (hint, it isn’t the U.S. or Europe),’ Doran added.
The article also cited two other pieces pushing the same agenda: the first one from NBC titled, “Science proves kids are bad for the Earth,” published in 2017.
Travis Rieder, Director of the Master of Bioethics degree program, Berman Institute of Bioethics, opened his piece by writing:
[…] Having a child is a major contributor to climate change. The logical takeaway here is that everyone on Earth ought to consider having fewer children.Several years ago, scientists showed that having a child, especially for the world’s wealthy, is one of the worst things you can do for the environment.
Furthermore, some amount of an offspring’s emissions count towards the parents’ ledger. Most environmentalists accept this sort of ledger view when it comes to recycling, driving, and flying, but support begins to decrease when applied to family planning.
Consider a different case: If I release a murderer from prison, knowing full well that he intends to kill innocent people, then I bear some responsibility for those deaths — even though the killer is also fully responsible. My having released him doesn’t make him less responsible (he did it!). But his doing it doesn’t eliminate my responsibility either.
Something similar is true, I think, when it comes to having children: Once my daughter is an autonomous agent, she will be responsible for her emissions. But that doesn’t negate my responsibility. Moral responsibility simply isn’t mathematical.
[…] Having a child imposes high emissions on the world, while the parents get the benefit. So like with any high-cost luxury, we should limit our indulgence.
The second piece The Washington Post referenced was by The Guardian, titled, “Want to fight climate change? Have fewer children” – also published in 2017.
Damian Carrington wrote: “Overpopulation has been a controversial factor in the climate change debate, with some pointing out that an American is responsible for 40 times the emissions produced by a Bangladeshi and that overconsumption is the crucial issue.”
The article goes onto cite a study that was recently published at the time that claimed to prove that having children is the biggest contributor to emissions.
We recognise these are deeply personal choices. But we can’t ignore the climate effect our lifestyle actually has. It is our job as scientists to honestly report the data. Like a doctor who sees the patient is in poor health and might not like the message ‘smoking is bad for you’, we are forced to confront the fact that current emission levels are really bad for the planet and human society.
In life, there are many values on which people make decisions and carbon is only one of them. I don’t have children, but it is a choice I am considering and discussing with my fiancé. Because we care so much about climate change that will certainly be one factor we consider in the decision, but it won’t be the only one.

The WinePress has noted in other reports that mainstream media is becoming much bolder in expressing that the world population is being systematically primed to take a massive haircut; such as Business Insider explicitly saying a drop in the world population is “excellent news for the world,” or the nation of Gabon’s Environmental Minister saying more people need to die to reverse climate change.

[1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 1 Timothy 4:1-3
The only way to truly prevent child birthing is to prohibit marriage, which, interestingly enough, is also paired with abstaining from meats – which is precisely what these eco-psychos also are promoting. These restrictions on marriage will be coming soon enough.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

The LGBTQIA sodomy agenda is also behind the sterilization.
I’m not going to obey this evil! I’m fasting and struggling while I repent of my past life because I’m praying and believing for a woman my age to be sent to my life so that I can have a companion and children. If she has stepchildren, I will accept and love them like my own!
Exactly. Here is what Amazon said about the sodomite marriage equality law (This is from my atoz (website for amazon employees)):
At Amazon, we are excited to see Congress advance the Respect for Marriage Act and look forward to seeing the president of the United States sign it into law. Earlier this year, Amazon joined over 200 companies signing a letter urging the Senate to pass this bill, which grants same-sex and interracial couples the certainty that they will continue to enjoy the same equal treatment under federal law as all other married couples.
We believe that the rights of LGBTQ+ people must be protected. We were early and strong supporters of marriage equality, and are working at U.S. federal and state levels on legislation, including supporting passage of the Equality Act.
We also work hard to foster an inclusive work environment, including providing resources and benefits for LGBTQ+ employees. The Glamazon affinity group is a community available to all Amazonians, for example, and the LGBTQIA+ Strategy and Initiatives Office, led by Ashe McGovern as part of the Global DEI team, provides support for LGBTQIA+ Amazonians specifically. You stated you have a wife in a previous article.
why would anyone want to bring a child into today’s world? I agree 100% that couples should go childless, raise animals instead.
Married couples will and should have children. Because for married couples, going childless would mean having to do all sorts of things to prevent the wife from having a child, whether not doing the duties meant to be done by both within the sanctity of the marriage bed, getting “fixed”, or other unnatural, wicked things that go against the Lord Jesus Christ’s will in his word.
Psalm 127:3-5
Authorized (King James) Version
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.
5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed,
but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
Plus if the couple are saved and will guide their children right according to the word of God, and grow up and be saved (given that the catching up doesn’t happen yet), Jesus Christ can protect them against the evil of this world and use them as labourers for his word.
in the world we live in couples should not have kids, you can’t afford to feed, clothe, and pay bills to keep yourself alive. why would you want to bring an innocent baby pinto this world just to let it suffer? people need to use the brain God gave them instead of being selfish. I really hope God closes the wombs of women so they can’t conceive a child.
Are you sure you’re saved? Better get your statements right with God’s word. You won’t find anywhere in the King James bible saying not to have children for married couples.
yes, I have been saved for 30 years and have studied eschatology for 25 years. why don’t you scroll through Jacob’s news articles then come back and let me know if you still think bringing an innocent life into this world is still a great idea.
Proverbs 20:6 Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?
Yes and I too have a MA and PhD from St. Snuffleupagus University, so I am quite learned myself.
I will grant you that raising children nowadays is much more difficult in terms of shielding them from all the wickedness, but premeditated birth control is not God’s design whatsoever. He wants children. Forbearing children is literally what people like Bill Gates and these satanists want. 1 Timothy 4:1-3 makes it very clear that forbidding marriage – by which children are to be brought into this world – is a doctrine of a devil. Plain and simple.
John 16:21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Proverbs 17:6 Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.
Ecclesiastes 11:6 In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.’
1 Timothy 5:14 I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. [15] For some are already turned aside after Satan.
God dropped someone dead for forbearing to give seed:
Genesis 38:8 And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother’s wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother. [9] And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother’s wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. [10] And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.
Keep the child closed in with mom and dad and raise them with the King James Bible. Totally separated from outside with a few exceptions but definitely no school buildings or cult buildings.
but WOE unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. KJV Luke 21:23
you folks can do what you want, just don’t cry when you have been told not to give birth to an innocent child when you can’t feed it, keep it warm, and give it all the things it needs to survive!
That’s to Jews for the time of Jacob’s trouble: this is not written to the church. Bottom line: It’s God decision to seal the womb in a marriage, not yours. Deal with the other scriptures others and myself have listed.
Proverbs 15:31 The ear that heareth the reproof of life abideth among the wise.
right now we are living in the shadow of Jacobs trouble and yes, the whole bible was written for the Jews and Greeks, now if you want to debate with me, I can debate with the very best! like I said I am a scholar in eschatology, so bring it on I am ready, are you?
Proverbs 14:3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.
I am not going to waste time on this anymore than I have. So if you want to throw a party and declare ‘victory,’ go knock yourself out.
Proverbs 14:7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.
I guess we can shake hands and move on then, I have never claimed victory by default! have a nice day.
Don’t be smug, Cary.
Congress just went forward with their so called marriage equality act, and at least 200 companies including amazon support it. Here is what Amazon said (this is from my atoz):

With this, I think we will see more of this. We are past perilous times for we are in the beginning of sorrows.
