On the official first day of talks of this year’s G20 summit meeting in Bali, Indonesia, the national health minister, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, called for the nations to adopt an international digital health passport, where people’s autonomy will be quite limited unless their passport is up-to-date.
Sadikin addressed businessmen and inventors present during the conference explaining what they should do in order to prepare for “the next pandemic” – a phrase that the health minister habitually spoke of, as a formality that will unavoidably occur.
Sakidkin first discussed how the health sector, the Minister of Finance, and G20, were able to form the “Global Pandemic Fund,” where tens of billions of dollars will be funded retroactively each year as a way to “prepare the world from the future pandemic” – to which he tells the crowd to start investing in health.
But the health minister did emphasize that stockpiling money is certainly not the sole answer to problem, “so we have to translate money into emergency medical countermeasures.” This, he says, will allow all nations to have a more equitable response and reception of the necessary treatments, and not having all the larger countries gobbling up all the funds and treatments.
Again, he emphasized to investors to start funding diagnostics, vaccines, therapeutics, and other related ventures. “Again, invest in health,” he said.
He then said, “We understand that our enemy is not human being: our enemy is pathogen [sic] – can be bacteria, virus, or parasite.” Sakidkin gives his solution to fight this enemy:
So these pathogen[s] need [a] surveillance system, like when you are being attacked by alien[s] out of the country. Globally all countries will link the radar system so that they have a great surveillance if the enemy is coming from outside the earth. We need to strengthen and link our radar system for pathogen[s]. We call it a genome sequencing lab – the lab that can identify whether the new pathogen arrives in Indonesia, or in Africa, or in South America…
This is an opportunity for you [investors to] move into biotechnology, because this is the biggest trial of humanity, so people – the government will politically be in push to spend into this sector.
We understand that during the [Covid-19] pandemic the problem is, the response is, you stop the moment of people, because when you stop the movement of people you stop the movement of the virus. That is the very basic health minister response.
When you do it, when you stop the movement of people you stop the movement of goods. When you stop the movement of goods you stop the movement of money. When you stop the movement of money you create social issues. When you have that issue you have social crises. When you have social crisis you have political crisis.
So now we also identify these health issues and we realize, ‘hey, health ministers: when he have another pandemic we understand that to stop the spreading of the virus, we have to limit not stop the movement of the people.’ People that carry emergency medical countermeasure, emergency goods like energy and food, they still have to move around. The pilot, the ship’s crew: those are the people that need to be able to move around.
So let’s have a digital health certificate, acknowledged by the [World Health Organization] WHO. If you have been vaccinated or tested properly, then you can move around.
So for the next pandemic instead of stopping the movement of the people 100% – which rocked the economy globally – you can still provide some movement of the people.
Indonesia has achieve, [and] G20 has agreed, to have this digital certificate using WHO as the standard […]. So hopefully for the next pandemic we can still see some movement of the people, some movement of the goods, and movement of the economy.
[…]So if you believe, businessman, that you can spend trillions of U.S. dollars in different industry, assuming that the biggest enemy of humanity is human; then you are wrong. Historically human death, the most [are] coming from pathogen[s]. I believe that all reasonable businessmen will starting investing in [the] health sector, because they kill most of the people.
I’m a banker, I am managing wealth, I’m managing health. I can assure you that the best wealth is health, so consider to change your profession.
This is certainly not the first time others on the worldwide stage have warned and made very clear that another pandemic is a guarantee. Bill Gates of course has been shouting that from the rooftops it seems for some time now about this – to which he also has urged nations to align with the United Nations to establish a new Covid surveillance team.
President Joe Biden said two separate times this year that there undoubtably will be another pandemic. Former CDC Director Robert Redfield was also dogmatic in saying that the next pandemic will be of bird flu with a lethality of 10-50%.
Vaccine passports and digital IDs, of course, have quietly been in the works in many Western nations, and some have already mandated to gain access to many locations, especially in Eastern parts of the world.

Even though these psychos wave it around in front of the masses’ faces, they still will run and clamor for it.
Make no mistake: indeed, another “pandemic” is looming on the horizon. They tell us we are in the pandemic of the unvaccinated, and yet this next “pandemic” that they speak of will be, I believe, the mass death of all those that took a Covid death shot. Already these people are dying en masse quite rapidly, but we have not even begun to witness the deaths that are coming.
But when this moment comes – coupled with collapsing economies, supply chain breakdowns and famine, energy shortages, war – then all these passports, digital IDs, social credit scores, CBDCs, food IDs, and so forth; will then be enforced as the desperate masses grovel to the government for help.
And, as you read, this man made it very clear that it is all about the money, as it always has and always will:
[9] But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. [10] For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:9-10
These things and more are coming, and so you must therefore be mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually prepared for what is coming.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
