An apology don’t cut the mustard. Perhaps I’ll eat my words if she really goes through with all of this and more, but naturally I would be super-duper skeptical. The damage is done and irreparable, and many-many people have died or will die because of these death shots, and no amount of subsidies and pleb checks will gloss over that.
I don’t know nearly enough about Canadian politicians to make an educated statement and judgment on her, but I try to have a ‘hands off’ approach to things.

However , she is changing the province’s approach to addicts towards a recovery model rather than the liberals “harm reduction “ model. Like every city, Edmonton and Calgary is decaying daily and I work with the inner city population so it is good to see some change in that regard. I’m not defending her but seeing some opposition to Trudeau is new and overdue. Fun fact: she didn’t get voted to be the leader of the party; she replaced the former leader Jason Kenny ( San Francisco university, hmmm). As for her apology , it’s nice but nothing . Pay me back my 4.5 months of unpaid leave and I’ll accept it but talk is cheap. Canada is bleeding out while Alberta is where sanity still resides. New legislation: “ The Alberta sovereignty act” is a good sign that we’re not following what the federal government says.
