Today state legislators in the state of West Virginia have succeeded in passing new regulations that prohibit most abortions.
The bill is very similar to predecessors passed in Indiana and Oklahoma earlier this year, that nearly eliminate all once-legal abortions with some exceptions. West Virginia’s bill is described as having ‘some relatively narrow exceptions,’ according to WV Metro News.
Indiana Passes Bill To Prohibit Most Abortions, Becoming One Of The Most Pro-Life States
The bill passed in both the House and Senate with votes 77-17 (six absent) and 22-7 (5 absent).
WV Metro News detailed the specifics of the bill:
The bill passed by lawmakers would not allow for abortion at any time during pregnancy, except for in some limited circumstances. In recent years, West Virginia law had allowed abortion up to 20 weeks of gestation.
The bill allows exceptions for a nonmedically viable fetus, an ectopic pregnancy, which is when a fertilized egg implants and grows outside the main cavity of the uterus, or a medical emergency, not including psychological or mental health situations.
The bill specifies that several things are not considered abortion: a miscarriage, stillbirth, use of established cell lines or human fetal tissue research, in vitro fertilization or contraceptives.
The version that passed would put the licenses of medical providers at risk if the boards that oversee their professions conclude that they’ve gone beyond the boundaries of the law. People who aren’t licensed to provide abortions could still face criminal penalties if they attempt the procedure.
The bill allows abortions for rape and incest up to eight weeks for adults, and a police report must be made.
Minors who are rape or incest victims may undergo an abortion within 14 weeks and may either make a report to law enforcement or be treated by a licensed medical professional in the hospital. The medical treatment may not be provided by the same person providing the abortion.

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
Isaiah 49:15
As I have noted before, while these bills are steps in the right direction, it does not mean America is somehow getting reformed and returning to the “glory days,” neither will the Lord forget the decades of murdering the innocent.
Meanwhile Senator Lindsey Graham has said that if Republicans sweep the House and Senate, he will propose a bill to ban all abortions for all 50 states. This alone may sway enough liberals to go out and vote more Dems in.
I cited a report not long ago that said the largest healthcare system in Indiana is defying the law, so, clearly the people are not returning to righteousness, and enforcing the bill is another beast in of itself.
Indiana’s Largest Healthcare System Plans To Defy State’s Abortion Ban And Do Them Anyways
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

An outright ban would be great. Nonetheless, the insane liberals will defy it and go on murdering their own children, and this would be used to incite more national chaos and rioting.
Hurray for West Virginia, even if they have a very devout Catholic for its most “powerful” and potentially devious Senator, Joe Manchin. I have heard a study by Harry Katz about Joe Manchin, and if I’m understanding correctly, coal mining will continue, albeit, as usual, average persons will not benefit as much as he will, if Mr. Katz projects correctly. Check it out on YouTube and his “Hounds of Diana” series. You’ll recognize the episode by the funny pic of Manchin, whose family surname at one time was Mancini.

Force and law is all that is left when there’s no evangelism or conversion going on changing lives so that freedom is possible.
being “pro-life” is not the standard. Catholics, Mormons etc. are pro- life but these topics are secondary to The indentity of Christ and the word of God, that’s the standard.
