This is done because the White House asserts that Congress has failed to act.
According to an official press from the White House, Biden ‘will continue taking bold action to secure a safe, healthy, clean energy future—all while saving families money, delivering clean air and water, advancing environmental justice, and boosting American manufacturing and competitiveness.’
More specifically, Biden’s three main agendas are as follows:
- Protect Communities from Extreme Heat and Dangerous Climate Impacts: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is announcing $2.3 billion in funding for its Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program for Fiscal Year 2022— the largest BRIC investment in history, boosted by the President’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. This funding will help communities increase resilience to heat waves, drought, wildfires, flood, hurricanes, and other hazards by preparing before disaster strikes. BRIC is among hundreds of federal programs that the Biden-Harris Administration is transforming to support the Justice40 Initiative and prioritize delivering benefits to disadvantaged communities.
- Lower Cooling Costs for Communities Suffering from Extreme Heat: Today, the Department of Health and Human Services is issuing guidance that for the first time expands how the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) can promote the delivery of efficient air conditioning equipment, community cooling centers, and more. In April, the Biden-Harris Administration released $385 million through LIHEAP to help families with their household energy costs, including summer cooling—part of a record $8 billion that the Administration has provided, boosted by the President’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
- Expand Offshore Wind Opportunities and Jobs: The Department of the Interior is proposing the first Wind Energy Areas in the Gulf of Mexico, a historic step toward expanding offshore wind opportunities to another region of the United States. These areas cover 700,000 acres and have the potential to power over three million homes. President Biden is also directing the Secretary of the Interior to advance wind energy development in the waters off the mid- and southern Atlantic Coast and Florida’s Gulf Coast —alleviating uncertainty cast by the prior Administration. These actions follow the President’s launch of a new Federal-State Offshore Wind Implementation Partnership that brought together Governors to deliver more clean, affordable energy and new jobs.

ORIGINAL 7/19: As the media continues to foment a ‘heat apocalypse” pounding the Western nations, with the United Kingdom setting a new record for the hottest temperature on record today, there are rumors that the Biden administration will declare this to be a national emergency very soon.

The Biden administration is considering the declaration of a climate change emergency in response to congressional inaction on the issue.
It’s unclear when and if such an announcement will come, though the White House had been considering a move as early as Wednesday.
Two sources familiar with the discussion on Tuesday morning told The Hill that the announcement could come Wednesday — the same day that Biden is expected to discuss climate during a trip to Massachusetts.
A third source also told The Hill that a climate emergency was under White House consideration.
By Tuesday afternoon, one of The Hill’s sources said that while the White House had planned to declare the emergency as soon as Wednesday, it has since advised that it will not do so on that day.
The Associated Press separately reported Tuesday afternoon that the White House would hold off from a declaration on Wednesday.
The Washington Post first reported late Monday that the White House was considering declaring the emergency as soon as this week.
The White House announced Tuesday that Biden will travel on Wednesday to Somerset, Mass., to deliver remarks on tackling climate change.
A White House official declined to directly comment on whether Biden will pursue a climate emergency declaration, saying only that many options are under consideration.
The President made clear that if the Senate doesn’t act to tackle the climate crisis and strengthen our domestic clean energy industry, he will. We are considering all options and no decision has been made.

The move comes as hopes for climate action on Capitol Hill have stalled, as swing vote Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) backed away from talks last week following months of negotiations. The potential climate legislation, as part of Biden’s broader economic agenda, was expected to include major investments in clean energy.
In the days since, some Democrats and activists have been putting pressure on the White House to declare a climate emergency in the days that followed, with Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) and Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) telling reporters on Monday evening that the Biden administration should explore it as an option.
After Manchin said last week that he wanted to move forward with a deal focused only on health care, Biden said he would take “strong executive action” but didn’t specify what that would include.
President Trump declared emergencies both to deal with the coronavirus pandemic, enabling additional funding, and to divert funding from other purposes for a border wall.

My question has been, if it took an “emergency” (we all know is not true) to bring about “mandates” then the only way anything could be reinstated from being suspended is by another “emergency”. And a national emergency at that. And how would they tie in another national emergency requiring more jabs… from people dying from the first round of jabs, that’s how. Massive die off would be the only thing to pass off as national emergency right now. Not sure they have the majority public opinion right now to force another “pandemic” emergency. (although they’re trying still).
What I am noticing is the “climate” garbage lies ties into their latest attempt to switch the victim, from man to nature. Water testing for Covid like crazy at the universities and elsewhere. This makes a victim of nature, and because the “water” cannot talk back or oppose their false science. Water has no voice, compared to man. They will then mobilize efforts on the ground to force compliance, by shutting off water or displacement of people off their lands. Environmental terrorism.
The funny thing about climate change (and not the part where politicians and billionaires are still buying prime ocean front property to this day) is that the lost world being taught falsely by evil men and devils, doesn’t know that the Lord Jesus Christ is making the change, because He is coming back. “The heavens shall be shaken…”

I was just skimming over the heatwave article in Europe posted on Dial-The-Truth Ministries website by Terry Watkins, which I haven’t really visited in a while.
Something always bothered me about this website. I’ve read some good articles there in the past, but in two of their tracts that they distribute, they are quoting Ronald Reagan in a positive light, and also Billy Graham (though we know God uses lost people to speak truth sometimes, but why quote them without a disclaimer or warning that these people are lost and wicked?)
From their tract “That Amazing Book”:

I’ve emailed him last year or two about this but I never got a reply. I’m not sure if the guy’s even still alive, since I haven’t seen anything new that he wrote. I apologize that I’ve linked this website before in possibly two or three of my comments here on the WP, but I’ve realized that this is a false ministry.
That’s quite odd. I have never really followed that website’s work, or used Watkins’ tracts, but that is really weird that he use those people in his tracts. Sounds like he is just another compromiser conforming to the Baptist traditions of men, and wants to be friendly with the world.
