If you can’t tell from the headline, I will be out of the office for a bit, about a solid week: but I will attempt to continue to publish some reports.

I will not go into too many details, but I will be attending a funeral that will be out of town. My grandfather on my Dad’s side of 81 years of age has sadly passed away. From what I understand, it appears my grandfather might have had a heart attack and dropped dead suddenly, conking his head on the way down. Of course, regulars of The WinePress knows what this means, so I shan’t go any further.

Be that is it may, the funeral is a ways away so I will be traveling out of town to attend, which will obviously keep me away from the computer.

I will be traveling with my father, and I’ll be riding shotgun, so it might give me sometime to put out some reports on the go. It will definitely take me longer to post things, but I will do my best to get some articles uploaded. More than likely I will be copying a pasting a lot of reports.

If I cannot, then please understand the dilemma, as that is why I will be in out for probably a solid week.

So, if you could say some prayers for me: that the Lord keep us safe on our journey to and fro, and while I am at the funeral, and that the Lord allow me to get some articles posted while I am gone – that be much appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding.

And again, thank you to all those out there that continue provide The WinePress with relevant and insightful facts and articles, sharing the reports, your continued prayers, and those who help support this ministry monetarily. May the Lord bless you in return.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • It’s good to have a break once in a while Jacob. I always have brothers like you and Bryan who are fighting for the Lord and his word in my prayers. Have a safe trip.

    • Bryan and Jacob are the textbook definitions of a Godsend. We need to thank God for them; had it not been for God, they wouldn’t exist!

And I will certainly pray for you, that the Lord may keep you safe on your travels, and that he gives you comfort. May God bless you brother.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, From whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, Which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: The LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, Nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth, and even for evermore.
    Psalm 121:1‭-‬8 KJV
